Abstract
一种光电连接器,包括本体、固持于所述本体内的电路板、收容于所述本体内且彼此沿前后方向对齐的透镜及套管,所述套管内装有光通道,所述电路板上装有若干光元件,其中,所述光电连接器进一步包括固持于所述本体内的固定件,所述固定件包括磁性元件及金属片,所述金属片借助磁性元件的磁力作用而固持于所述套管后方以向套管提供向前的弹性抵靠力从而令套管与透镜固持。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种光电连接器,尤其是一种光电连接器之令套管与透镜紧密抵靠的结构。
【背景技术】
与本发明相关的现有技术请参照2010年9月14日公告的美国第7794156号专利、2009年9月1日公告的美国第7581891号专利、2008年7月22日公告的美国第7401985号专利。该等专利皆揭示了一种光电连接器,其具有本体、收容于本体内的透镜及光纤套管。光纤套管内装有光纤。光纤套管与透镜对齐以令光纤与透镜配合。
所述光电连接器的光纤套管与透镜容易出现配合不十分可靠的情况。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可令套管与透镜紧密抵靠从而令光通道与透镜可靠配合的光电连接器。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种光电连接器,包括本体、固持于所述本体内的电路板、收容于所述本体内且彼此沿前后方向对齐的透镜及套管,所述套管内装有光通道,所述电路板上装有若干光元件,其中,所述光电连接器进一步包括固持于所述本体内的固定件,所述固定件包括磁性元件及金属片,所述金属片借助磁性元件的磁力作用而固持于所述套管后方以向套管提供向前的弹性抵靠力从而令套管与透镜固持。
所述若干光元件包括镭射光源及光收发器,所述光电连接器进一步包括固持于所述电路板上且包覆所述透镜的包覆部。
所述磁性元件设置成一对,所述固定件进一步包括一对金属件,所述金属片为柔性金属片,所述一对金属件固持于所述柔性金属片的两侧且被吸附于所述一对磁性元件上。
所述一对金属件焊接于所述柔性金属片前表面的两侧。
所述一对金属件卡扣于所述柔性金属片的两侧。
所述各柔性金属片的两侧设有一对嵌入槽,所述各金属件设有向外侧开口的扣持槽,所述各金属件嵌入柔性金属片的嵌入槽内,且令柔性金属片的边缘部分与所述扣持槽扣持。
所述本体设有一对侧壁,每个侧壁设有前固持部、后固持部及位于前固持部与后固持部之间的固持槽,所述每个磁性元件卡扣于对应固持槽内。
所述每个磁性元件设有前壁、后壁、及位于所述前壁与后壁之间的固定槽,所述每个磁性元件的固定槽与所述后固持部卡扣,所述每个磁性元件的前壁嵌入本体的固持槽中,后壁位于后固持部后侧以吸附所述金属件。
所述电路板与所述本体中的一者设有凹口,另一者设有与凹口配合的突出部,电路板通过凹口与突出部的配合而固持于本体上。
所述光电连接器进一步包括覆盖于本体上的盖体。
相较于现有技术,本发明的光电连接器借助磁性元件的磁力作用使得柔性金属片向套管提供向前的弹性抵靠力,以令套管与透镜紧密抵靠,从而令光通道与透镜可靠配合。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
如图1至图5所示,符合本发明的第一实施方式的光电连接器100包括具有收容腔110的本体11、覆盖于本体11上的盖体12、收容于本体11的收容腔110内的电路板3、装有光纤7的导光件4、固定件51及安装部52。光电连接器100进一步包括包覆光纤7的线缆包覆部6、安装于本体11上的解锁机构2、与解锁机构2配合的弹簧81及盖板82。于其他实施方式中,光纤7亦可设置为蚀刻光通道等其他光通道。
本体11具有底壁111及一对侧壁112。所述各侧壁112内表面设有突柱1121、朝向收容腔110突出的前固持部1141、后固持部1142、及位于该前固持部1141与后固持部1142之间的固持槽115。各侧壁112外表面设有配合槽118。所述本体11内进一步设有一对台阶部116及上下贯通的一对固定孔117。
电路板3上设有镭射光源、光收发器等若干光元件(未图示)。电路板3两侧设有与所述一对突柱1121配合的一对凹口31。于其他实施方式中,所述电路板3亦可以设置成突出部而令本体11的侧壁112设置成凹口以实现配合。
导光件4包括透镜42、包覆透镜42的包覆部41、及沿前后方向与透镜对齐的套管43。所述套管43内装有若干光纤7。
结合图5,第一实施方式中的固定件51具有设有开口5111的柔性金属片511、一对金属件512及一对磁性元件513。各磁性元件513具有彼此平行配置的前壁5132、后壁5133及位于前壁5132、后壁5133之间且向外侧开口的固定槽5131。于其他实施方式中,柔性金属片511亦可设置为不具有柔性的其他金属片。柔性金属片511较其他金属片更能向套管43提供柔和弹力。
安装部52具有设有倒钩523的一对导引臂521及形成于所述一对导引臂521之间的空腔522。
解锁机构2包括解锁件21及拉带22。解锁件21具有一对解锁臂211。各解锁臂211上设有与本体11的配合槽118配合的解锁部212。
参阅图1至图5,组装光电连接器100时,将所述电路板3、装有光纤7的导光件4、固定件51及安装部52收容于本体11的收容腔110内。所述包覆部41包覆所述透镜42并安装于电路板3上。电路板3通过凹口31与突柱1121的配合而固持于本体11上。装有光纤7的所述套管43与透镜42对齐。将一对金属件512焊接于柔性金属片511前表面两侧。令一对磁性元件513与两对固持部114卡扣。每个磁性元件513的固定槽5131与后固持部1142卡扣。每个磁性元件513的前壁5132嵌入固持槽115中,后壁5133位于后固持部1142后侧。令焊接有柔性金属片511的一对金属件512分别吸附于一对磁性元件513的后壁5133,从而使得柔性金属片511抵靠于套管43后方。柔性金属片511通过金属件512被紧紧吸附于磁性元件513上。磁性元件513又通过与固持槽115的配合而固持于本体11内。柔性金属片511向套管43提供向前的弹性抵靠力以令套管43与透镜42紧密抵靠。所述安装部52的倒钩523与本体11的台阶部116卡扣以防止安装部52向后脱离本体11。所述固定件51、柔性金属片511及安装部52皆设置为中空结构以令光纤7通过。将盖体12覆盖于本体11上。
令解锁件21的解锁部212与本体11的配合槽118配合。将弹簧81弯折成V形且两端与解锁件21连接以向解锁机构2提供弹力。盖板82覆盖于弹簧81上。螺栓83穿过固定孔117以将盖板82固定于本体11上。
在图6及图7所示的第二实施方式中,固定件51’具有设有开口5111’的柔性金属片511’、一对金属件512’及一对磁性元件513’。柔性金属片511’的两侧设有一对嵌入槽5112’。各金属件512’设有向外侧开口的扣持槽5121’。各磁性元件513’具有彼此平行配置的前壁5132’、后壁5133’及位于前壁5132’与后壁5133’之间且向外侧开口的固定槽5131’。
结合图4,安装时,将一对金属件512’嵌入柔性金属片511’的嵌入槽5112’内,且令柔性金属片511’的边缘部分与扣持槽5121’扣持。令一对磁性元件513’与两对固持部114卡扣。每个磁性元件513’的固定槽5131’与后固持部1142卡扣。每个磁性元件513’的前壁5132’嵌入固持槽115中,后壁5133’位于后固持部1142后侧。令扣持有柔性金属片511’的一对金属件512’分别吸附于一对磁性元件513’后侧,从而使得柔性金属片511’抵靠于套管43后方。第二实施方式中的其他安装步骤与第一实施方式相同。
柔性金属片511、511’通过金属件512、512’被吸附于固持于本体11内的磁性元件513、513’上而实现固定。柔性金属片511、511’固定于套管43后方以向套管43提供向前的弹性抵靠力,以令套管43与透镜42紧密抵靠呈固持状,从而令光纤7与透镜42可靠配合。
Claims (10)
1.一种光电连接器,包括本体、固持于所述本体内的电路板、收容于所述本体内且彼此沿前后方向对齐的透镜及套管,所述套管内装有光通道,所述电路板上装有若干光元件,其特征在于:所述光电连接器进一步包括固持于所述本体内的固定件,所述固定件包括磁性元件、金属片及一对金属件,所述一对金属件固持于所述金属片的两侧且被吸附于所述磁性元件上,所述金属片借助磁性元件的磁力作用而固持于所述套管后方以向套管提供向前的弹性抵靠力从而令套管与透镜固持。
2.如权利要求1所述的光电连接器,其特征在于:所述若干光元件包括镭射光源及光收发器,所述光电连接器进一步包括固持于所述电路板上且包覆所述透镜的包覆部。
3.如权利要求1所述的光电连接器,其特征在于:所述磁性元件设置成一对,所述金属片为柔性金属片。
4.如权利要求3所述的光电连接器,其特征在于:所述一对金属件焊接于所述柔性金属片前表面的两侧。
5.如权利要求3所述的光电连接器,其特征在于:所述一对金属件卡扣于所述柔性金属片的两侧。
6.如权利要求5所述的光电连接器,其特征在于:所述各柔性金属片的两侧设有一对嵌入槽,所述各金属件设有向外侧开口的扣持槽,所述各金属件嵌入柔性金属片的嵌入槽内,且令柔性金属片的边缘部分与所述扣持槽扣持。
7.如权利要求3所述的光电连接器,其特征在于:所述本体设有一对侧壁,每个侧壁设有前固持部、后固持部及位于前固持部与后固持部之间的固持槽,所述每个磁性元件卡扣于对应固持槽内。
8.如权利要求7所述的光电连接器,其特征在于:所述每个磁性元件设有前壁、后壁、及位于所述前壁与后壁之间的固定槽,所述每个磁性元件的固定槽与所述后固持部卡扣,所述每个磁性元件的前壁嵌入本体的固持槽中,后壁位于后固持部后侧以吸附所述金属件。
9.如权利要求1所述的光电连接器,其特征在于:所述电路板与所述本体中的一者设有凹口,另一者设有与凹口配合的突出部,电路板通过凹口与突出部的配合而固持于本体上。
10.如权利要求1所述的光电连接器,其特征在于:所述光电连接器进一步包括覆盖于本体上的盖体。
