一种组合式电流电压传感器，本发明涉及用于高压开关设备电气参数在线采集的一种组合式电流电压传感器，属于智能高压开关数据采集系统技术领域。包括电流互感器线圈和铜箔环；所述电流互感器线圈的内壁设置有绝缘层，所述铜箔环的外壁上连接有屏蔽线作为电压采集引出线，所述铜箔环置于电流互感器线圈的中心孔内，所述铜箔环的外壁贴合于电流互感器线圈内壁的绝缘层上，在电流互感器线圈的外壁、铜箔环的内壁以及电流电压传感器的两侧壁分别设置有耐高温绝缘层。本发明提供了一种可同时在线采集三相电压和三相电流信号的传感器，结构简单，机械稳定性好，降低了维修成本，并且制造和安装工艺相对简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于高压开关设备电气参数在线采集的一种组合式电流电压传感器，属于智能高压开关数据采集系统技术领域。
背景技术
现有智能高压开关设备在线采集测量电流、电压等电气参数时，一般采用内置电流互感器、外置电压互感器来进行数据采集，外置电压互感器的最大缺点就是保险丝容易烧断，特别是在雷电天气下，损坏几率更大，影响电压测量可靠性。此外外置电压互感器成本高，特别是在配网线路上，测量三相相电压需要配置3只外置电压互感器，用户需要专门考虑安装位置，且需要定期进行维护保养。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以同时在线采集三相电压和三相电流信号的组合式电流电压传感器。
实现上述目的的技术方案是：一种组合式电流电压传感器，其特征在于：包括电流互感器线圈和铜箔环；所述电流互感器线圈的内壁设置有绝缘层，所述铜箔环的外壁上连接有屏蔽线作为电压采集引出线，所述铜箔环置于电流互感器线圈的中心孔内，所述铜箔环的外壁贴合于电流互感器线圈内壁的绝缘层上，在电流互感器线圈的外壁、铜箔环的内壁以及电流电压传感器的两侧壁分别设置有耐高温绝缘层，所述屏蔽线伸出高温绝缘层。
进一步地，所述绝缘层为电工绝缘纸层。
进一步地，所述耐高温绝缘层包括内层的室温硫化硅橡胶层和外层的环氧树脂层。
本发明的工作原理：工作时该组合式电流电压传感器固定套在高压开关设备的一次侧导电件上，当高压开关设备的一次侧导电件流过交流电流时，电流互感器线圈感应到交流电流大小，在电流互感器引出线上输出随一次电流大小而变化的二次电流，供保护测控装置进行电流采集；当高压开关设备的一次侧导电件加上交流电压时，在铜箔环上会感应出交流电压大小，在屏蔽线上会输出随一次电压大小而变化的二次电压，供保护测控装置进行电压采集。
本发明提供了一种可同时在线采集三相电压和三相电流信号的传感器，结构简单，机械稳定性好，降低了维修成本，并且制造和安装工艺相对简单。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本发明包括电流互感器线圈1和铜箔环2。
所述电流互感器线圈1的内壁设置有电工绝缘纸层3，所述铜箔环2的外壁上连接有屏蔽线4作为电压采集引出线，所述铜箔环2置于电流互感器线圈1的中心孔内，所述铜箔环2的外壁贴合于电流互感器线圈1内壁的绝缘层3上，在电流互感器线圈1的外壁、铜箔环2的内壁以及电流电压传感器的两侧壁分别设置有室温硫化硅橡胶层5和混合环氧树脂浇注层6。

1.一种组合式电流电压传感器，包括电流互感器线圈和铜箔环；所述电流互感器线圈的内壁设置有绝缘层，其特征在于：所述铜箔环的外壁上连接有屏蔽线作为电压采集引出线，所述铜箔环置于电流互感器线圈的中心孔内，所述铜箔环的外壁贴合于电流互感器线圈内壁的绝缘层上，在电流互感器线圈的外壁、铜箔环的内壁以及电流电压传感器的两侧壁分别设置有耐高温绝缘层，所述屏蔽线伸出耐高温绝缘层；所述绝缘层为电工绝缘纸层；所述耐高温绝缘层包括内层的室温硫化硅橡胶层和外层的环氧树脂层。
