本发明公开了一种电解抛光刀具用固定架,包括底座和固定在所述底座上的电解槽,所述电解槽为矩形槽体,所述电解槽内设有与阴极板相连的阴极杆,所述电解槽内还设有阳极杆,其特征在于:所述电解槽的两侧槽壁上设有相对应的可限定刀具用的挡条。本发明通过挡条的设计,可将需抛光的刀具有序的放置在电解抛光槽内,可调节刀具的位置,使电解抛光效果更优。

技术领域
本发明涉及电解抛光领域,具体地说是一种电解抛光刀具用固定架。
背景技术
电解抛光,即利用金属表面微观凸点在特定电解液中和适当电流密度下,首先发生阳极溶解的原理进行抛光的一种电解加工,又称电抛光,英文简称ECP。电解抛光是对金属工件表面进行精加工的方法,将金属工件放在装有电解抛光液的抛光槽中,对电解抛光液通电进行电解抛光。而电解抛光槽性能的稳定性在电解抛光中起到重要的作用。电解抛光中,试样作为抛光的对象与阳极相连,不同型号的刀具对电解抛光时的距离、电流要求都有所不同,如何提供一种在电解抛光时能达到最优效果的刀具固定架成为目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
根据上述提出的技术问题,而提供一种电解抛光刀具用固定架。本发明采用的技术手段如下:
一种电解抛光刀具用固定架,包括底座和固定在所述底座上的电解槽,所述电解槽为矩形槽体,所述电解槽内设有与阴极板相连的阴极杆,所述电解槽内还设有阳极杆,其特征在于:所述电解槽的两侧槽壁上设有相对应的可限定刀具用的挡条。
优选地,所述阴极板由不锈钢板制成,并通过设置在其上的连接孔与所述阴极杆相固定。
优选地,所述电解槽由耐腐蚀材料制成。
本发明通过挡条的设计,可将需抛光的刀具有序的放置在电解抛光槽内,可调节刀具的位置,使电解抛光效果更优。电解抛光时间短,而且可以多件刀具同时抛光,生产效率高;电解抛光所能达到的表面粗糙度与原始表面粗糙度有关,一般可提高两级。

本发明提供一种电解抛光刀具用固定架,下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种电解抛光刀具用固定架,包括底座1和固定在所述底座1上的电解槽2,所述电解槽2为矩形槽体,所述电解槽2内设有与阴极板相连的阴极杆3,所述电解槽2内还设有阳极杆4,所述电解槽2的两侧槽壁上设有相对应的可限定刀具用的挡条5。
所述阴极板由不锈钢板制成,并通过设置在其上的连接孔与所述阴极杆3相固定。
所述电解槽2由耐腐蚀材料制成。
本发明通过挡条的设计,可将需抛光的刀具有序的放置在电解抛光槽内,可调节刀具的位置,使电解抛光效果更优。电解抛光时间短,而且可以多件刀具同时抛光,生产效率高;电解抛光所能达到的表面粗糙度与原始表面粗糙度有关,一般可提高两级。

1.一种电解抛光刀具用固定架,包括底座(1)和固定在所述底座(1)上的电解槽(2),所述电解槽(2)为矩形槽体,所述电解槽(2)内设有与阴极板相连的阴极杆(3),所述电解槽(2)内还设有阳极杆(4),其特征在于:所述电解槽(2)的两侧槽壁上设有相对应的可限定刀具用的挡条(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电解抛光刀具用固定架,其特征在于:所述阴极板由不锈钢板制成,并通过设置在其上的连接孔与所述阴极杆(3)相固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电解抛光刀具用固定架,其特征在于:所述电解槽(2)由耐腐蚀材料制成。
