经编涤纶格栅专用乳化沥青涂料及制备方法,其特征是所组成成分质量配比为:沥青40~55%、丁腈橡胶2.5~3.5%、稳定剂0.08~0.15%、乳化剂0.5~0.9%、去离子水30~50%、阻燃剂4~8%。本发明所述的经编涤纶格栅专用乳化沥青涂料生产成本较低,产品的性能稳定,产品的抗拉强度较高,生产制备方法简单,产品使用方便。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,更具体的说是一种经编涤纶格栅专用乳化沥青涂料及其制备方法。 
背景技术
土体具有一定的抗压和抗剪强度,其抗拉强度却很低,为了提高土体的抗拉强度,通常需要在土体内掺入或者铺设加筋材料,形成加筋土,可以不同程度地改善土体的强度和变形,目前,现有技术的加筋材料为聚酯纤维,将聚酯纤维编织成格栅,聚酯纤维格栅存在易燃、耐磨性差、耐腐蚀性差等缺点,因此,需要在其表面涂覆一层耐磨、阻燃、耐腐蚀性的涂层,以便起到保护作用。 
现有技术的涂层材料一般为沥青涂料,现有技术的沥青涂料生产过程中极易造成环境污染,且生产操作繁琐,产品成本较高,产品的性能不稳定,抗拉强度较低,影响了其推广使用。 
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种产品成本较低、产品的性能稳定、抗拉强度较高的经编涤纶格栅专用乳化沥青涂料及制备方法,其特征是:所述的经编涤纶格栅专用乳化沥青涂料的组成成分质量配比为:沥青40~55%、丁腈橡胶2.5~3.5%、稳定剂0.08~0.15%、乳化剂0.5~0.9%、去离子水30~50%、阻燃剂4~8%。 
本发明所述的稳定剂,其特征在于所述的稳定剂为氯化钙。 
本发明所述的乳化剂,其特征在于所述的乳化剂为十八烷基二甲基氯化铵。 
本发明所述的阻燃剂,其特征在于所述的阻燃剂为磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯。
本发明所述的经编涤纶格栅专用乳化沥青涂料的制备方法是: 
将适量的丁晴橡胶放入丙酮溶剂中至完全溶解,然后放入热融的沥青中搅拌均匀,温度控制在120℃,取适量去离子水,依次向去离子水中加入十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、氯化钙、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯,同时边搅拌边加入盐酸,将其pH值控制在5~6之间,然后,放入到胶磨体中加热至65~70℃,快速搅拌,同时将已制备好的热融沥青混合物加入,乳化20~30分钟即可。
本发明所述的经编涤纶格栅专用乳化沥青涂料生产成本较低,产品的性能稳定,产品的抗拉强度较高,生产制备方法简单,产品使用方便。 
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例进一步详细说明本发明的实施方案,以便公众更好地掌握本发明的具体实施方法。 
实施例1 
经编涤纶格栅专用乳化沥青涂料组成成分的重量配比为:沥青40%、丁腈橡胶3%、氯化钙0.1%、十八烷基二甲基氯化铵0.7%、去离子水45.2%、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯11%。
配制100千克经编涤纶格栅专用乳化沥青涂料:将3千克丁腈橡胶放入到6千克丙酮溶剂中至完全溶解,然后放入40千克沥青中搅拌均匀,至丙酮完全挥发,温度控制在120℃,取去离子水45.2千克,向去离子水中依次加入中加入十八烷基二甲基氯化铵0.7千克、氯化钙0.1千克、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯11千克,同时边搅拌边加入盐酸,将其pH值在5~6之间,然后放入到胶磨体中加热至68℃,快速搅拌,同时将已制备好的热融沥青混合物加入,乳化25分钟即可。 
实施例2 
经编涤纶格栅专用乳化沥青涂料组成成分的重量配比为:沥青55%、丁腈橡胶3%、氯化钙0.1%、十八烷基二甲基氯化铵0.7%、去离子水30.2%、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯11%。
配制100千克经编涤纶格栅专用乳化沥青涂料:将3千克丁腈橡胶放入到6千克丙酮溶剂中至完全溶解,然后放入55千克沥青中搅拌均匀,至丙酮完全挥发,温度控制在120℃,取去离子水30.2千克,向去离子水中依次加入中加入十八烷基二甲基氯化铵0.7千克、氯化钙0.1千克、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯11千克,同时边搅拌边加入盐酸,将其pH值在5~6之间,然后放入到胶磨体中加热至68℃,快速搅拌,同时将已制备好的热融沥青混合物加入,乳化25分钟即可。 
本发明所述的经编涤纶格栅专用乳化沥青涂料生产成本较低,生产制备方法简单,产品的性能稳定,产品的抗拉强度较高,产品使用方便。 

Claims (1)

1.经编涤纶格栅专用乳化沥青涂料,其特征是所述的经编涤纶格栅专用乳化沥青涂料的组成成分质量配比为:沥青40~55%、丁腈 橡胶2.5~3.5%、稳定剂0.08~0.15%、乳化剂0.5~0.9%、去离子水30~50%、阻燃剂4~8%,各组分质量配比之和为100%,所述的稳定剂为氯化钙,所述的乳化剂为十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,所述的阻燃剂为磷酸三酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的经编涤纶格栅专用乳化沥青涂料的制备方法,其特征是将适量的丁晴橡胶放入丙酮溶剂中至完全溶解,然后放入热融的沥青中搅拌均匀,温度控制在120℃,取适量去离子水,依次向去离子水中加入十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、氯化钙、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯,同时边搅拌边加入盐酸,将其p H值控制在5~6之间,然后,放入到胶磨体中加热至65~70℃,快速搅拌,同时将已制备好的热融沥青混合物加入,乳化20~30分钟即可。
