技术领域
本发明属于传热技术领域,具体涉及一种喇叭花状散热装置。
背景技术
风扇散热是目前常用的散热方法,缺点在于有噪声,有能耗,有灰尘和空气交换受到环境的不利影响。对流散热是一种无风扇的散热模式,目前常用的对流散热方式是采用厚重的金属部件增大热源与空气的接触面积,这一方面会增大散热带来的成本,同时发热源和金属部件的距离也受到热管传热距离和效率的限制,更为重要的是,这种散热的方式不能够适用于大功率散热,而且受到现有电子产品结构的限制。因此,对流散热如何成功应用于电子产品的散热问题,既能够顺应当前电子产品的结构和布局,又能够有效地进行散热,同时做到经济耐用,迄今为止仍然没有得到解决。
散热技术中,几乎所有的热量都是散发到空气中,一般与空气接触的部位为了增大表面积,往往采用并排多个散热鳍片的结构,这种结构虽然能够增大与空气的接触面积,但是却不能和家居环境协调,很难直接作为外观,外面往往需要加上覆盖物,这样就会抑制空气的流动,而导致设计者不得不引入风扇。另外,散热鳍片的制作工艺复杂,材料成本高,而且散热鳍片的形状受到空间的严重限制。当灰尘附着在散热鳍片表面,散热性能会降低,而且这些灰尘难以用抹布进行去除,往往需要用高压气流,这样极大地限制了去除灰尘的频率,提升了清理成本。
针对散热鳍片的缺陷,需要提出一种新的散热方法,既能够顺应当前电子产品的结构和布局,又能够有效地进行散热,同时做到经济耐用,更能够符合人们生态宜居的趋势性消费理念。
发明内容
针对现有风扇散热和散热鳍片的缺点,本发明作为发明人提出的一整套仿生对流散热方案中的一个重要组成部分,提供一种散热叶,应用于大面积暴露在空气中,实现热量传导到空气中的功能。
本发明是这样实现的,一种喇叭花状散热装置,由流体、金属碎屑、喇叭花表面、流体导管、流体腔下表面和流体腔体组成,喇叭花表面呈喇叭花状,由片状材料卷曲制成,形成喇叭花上开口和喇叭花下开口,流体腔下表面和喇叭花表面贴合密封包围的体积连接流体导管,构成流体腔体,流体腔体填充有流体,流体导管的底部紧贴需要进行散热的热源,流体导管的底部的流体腔体填充有金属碎屑。
优选的,所述流体腔体的最厚部位的厚度为至少1.5毫米。
优选的,所述喇叭花表面、流体导管和流体腔下表面的材质是金属材料。
优选的,所述流体导管的朝向与垂直方向所呈的夹角小于60度。
优选的,所述流体腔体的体积的至少百分之一到百分之十未被流体填充。
优选的,所述流体腔体填充液体。
优选的,所述金属碎屑为铜材或者铝材的切削碎屑。
本发明的技术原理:热羽流在流体腔体的底部、和热源接触的部位产生,金属碎屑增大了热源和流体的接触面积,同时但多片散热装置层叠的时候,金属碎屑可以提供力学支撑,另一方面,金属碎屑的尖锐表面有利于热羽的发射,各个发射的热羽团聚以后就会形成大尺度的热羽流;热羽流沿着垂直方向、也就是流体导管的方向流动,热流体的热量通过喇叭花表面和空气接触,热空气在喇叭花表面构成的喇叭型空间中升起并带走热量;喇叭型空间的空间会产生烟囱效益,有利于热空气的上升。
本发明也可以通过这样的技术原理实现:液体在金属碎屑的部位蒸发,变成蒸汽,蒸汽携带热量沿着垂直方向、也就是流体导管的方向上升,在和喇叭花表面接触过程中,蒸汽的热量通过喇叭花表面与空气接触,热空气在喇叭花表面构成的喇叭型空间中升起并带走热量;喇叭型空间的空间会产生烟囱效益,有利于热空气的上升;蒸汽在上升的过程中逐步凝结,凝结的液体向下流动,回流到金属碎屑的部位,再次变成蒸汽,进入下一个热循环。
本发明的创造性在于:
a、散热装置呈喇叭花状,符合人们的家居和办公的审美习惯;
b、散热装置有流体导管,具有柔性特征,使得散热装置能够通过复杂的空间,一方面便于和电子设备的热源连接,一方面给散热装置的喇叭花表面部位的放置提供了灵活度;
c、散热装置的结构适合多片散热装置共同使用安装,设计人员可调整散热装置的长度和散热叶片的面积,得到一个喇叭花丛,一方面可以提高散热的性能,一方面可以得到一个美丽的外观。
本发明的技术效果是:结构简单,制作成本低,易去除灰尘,无风扇,无噪声,易安装,易扩展,容易适应现有电子产品的结构和布局,在外观上仿植物造型,易被人们接受。

具体地,所述流体腔体5的最厚部位的厚度为3毫米。
具体地,所述喇叭花表面2、流体导管3和流体腔下表面4的材质是铜箔。

2.根据权利要求1所述的喇叭花状散热装置,其特征是:所述流体腔体的最厚部位的厚度为至少1.5毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喇叭花状散热装置,其特征是:所述喇叭花表面、流体导管和流体腔下表面的材质是金属材料。
