多叶式卧式便携式风力发电机具有体积小,重量轻、拆卸容易,携带方便、设备简单、操作方便、功率大、小型化、箱式等特征,它填补了目前风能领域发电机体积大、机动性差、风的利用率低、携带难的弊端,采用重叠式叶片技术对风能的利用率高达95%以上,可360度方向自动调整风向运行。发电机内部结构和生产制造技术简单、技术含量高、制造成本低廉。特别适合于偏远山区、民宅、野游、垂钓、地质勘察队、部队野营拉练、渔船、草原游牧民、远离国家电网环境下的各种用电需求。

本发明属于风力发电机技术领域。
背景技术
本发明的多叶式卧式便携式风力发电机是属于适合一种可拆卸、便于携带、便于操纵的箱式发电机。
目前在国内外风力发电领域使用的风能动力装置均属于固定式的风能利用装置,对利用风力发电缺乏机动性、灵活性、轻便性无法满足小型、轻微型发电设备的需求。
研究《多叶式卧式便携式风力发电机》的目的在于使风能发电的用电期限更短、设备更简单、操作更便利、满足多样化的需求,就相似于旅行箱随提随走随用,更加深入与民间普通人群的日常生活,达到发电全民化,用电全民化的目的。
发明内容
发电机分由6个部分组成;a)小叶片;b)发电机;c)大叶片;d)方管式传动轴;e)支撑杆;f)套管与拉线环。
(1)小叶片:发电机的前半部分的12个小叶片4片为一圈一组,分3个组12个叶片安装在传动轴管。
(2)发电机:带动发电机发电的主动轮形状相似于网球拍状,框内主动轮用皮带把被动轮转动起来使发电机发电。
(3)大叶片:发电机的后半部分的12个大叶片4片为一圈一组,分3个组按装在传动轴管。
(4)方管式传动轴:发电机主动轮为中心方管式传动轴分为前后两个部分组成,发电机前端部分的迎风面安装小叶片传动轴管,后端部分安装大叶片传动轴管。
(5)支撑杆:支撑杆相似于网球拍的手把,支撑杆的套管套在木桩上,或着用其他方法竖立起来,用拉线加固即可发电。
(6)套管与拉线环:发电机的支撑杆与套管是活动的,套管上的4个拉线环固定在地面后可旋转360度自动调整风向运行。
发电机可以根据客户的需求安装到现场直接接通220V的照明电源,不必要其它补助配套设施。发电机装入手提箱时发电机卸成叶片,发电机、传动轴管、支撑杆共4部分一同装入箱内。
此发明具有如下特征:(1)系统简单、操作方便、生产成本低廉、小型化、重量轻、功率大。
(2)叶片大、叶片多,而且采用重叠式叶片。外观形状有:(a)梯形长方形;(b)梯形正方形;(c)梯形竖式长方形叶片。
(3)采用重叠式叶片技术将叶片面积可加大30%对风能的利用率高,可以把大小风都能利用起来,对风能的利用率可达95%以上。

具体实施方式
发电机主机固定板钢板、套管除外用铝质材制造。a)首先制造转动轴管(图1-⑤);b)转动轴管叶片连接槽上(图-④)安装叶片(图1-①②③);c)转动轴管上安装叶片的角度为30度角固定;d)制造好的小叶片和传动轴管(图1)安装在发电机主动轮的迎风面一方(图2-④);e)大叶片与传动轴管组装在主动轮的后边(后图2-④);f)制造发电机主动轮与外壳(图2-⑤⑥);g)被动轮的转速达到1500转/分以上;h)用拉线方法固定套管上的拉线环(图3-⑥⑦)。
本发明的发电机内部结构和生产制造技术简单、制造成本低廉。特别适合城市楼顶、农村民宅、别墅、野游、垂钓、地质勘察队、部队野营拉练、渔船、草原游牧民等偏远的野外作业生活用照明发电。

1.一种多叶式卧式便携式风力发电机,其特征是:所述多叶式卧式便携式风力发电机由传动轴管、叶片、发电机、主动轮、被动轮、皮带与皮带框、支撑杆、套管及拉线环组成,叶片以梯形长方形、梯形正方形、梯形竖式长方形的顺序安装在传动轴管上,叶片包括大叶片和小叶片,且呈重叠式布置,叶片设于十六片到二十四片以内,叶片在带动发电机发电的主动轮的前后安装呈横卧式状态运行,大叶片与小叶片分开处于主动轮的前后两侧;且主动轮、被动轮以及皮带与皮带框与皮带框整体呈网球拍状,其中是主动轮直径大于被动轮直径;发电机靠套管套在木桩上的方法竖立起来,套管用4根拉线固定,套管上的4个拉线环固定在地面,套管与支撑杆是活动的,使得风力发电机可旋转360度自动调整风向运行;所述多叶式卧式便携式风力发电机是一种可拆卸装在箱子里随提随走的箱式发电机。
