多叶式卧式家用风力发电机具有体积小,家庭化、小型化、重量轻、设备简单、操作方便、功率大的优点。它填补了目前风能领域发电机发电功率小、体积大,风的利用率极低等弊端,采用重叠式叶片技术和活动叶片技术对风能的利用率高达95%以上,可避免风灾的袭击和破坏,可360度方向自动调整风向运行。该发电机内部结构科学技术含量高,生产制造技术简单,制造成本低廉。最大发电量可达1kw-20kw/110v-220v,特别适合于村庄、民宅、别墅、城市楼顶、海岛、地质勘察队、部队营房、草原游牧民、远离国家电网环境下的各种用电需求和出口创汇。

[0004]目前在风力发电机领域使用的风能动力装置均属于固定式的风能利用装置,对风能的利用缺乏机动性、灵活性、轻便性,无法满足小型、轻微型发电设备的需求。研究《多叶式卧式全自动家用风力发电机》的目的在于使风能发电设备更简单、操作更便利、满足多样化的需求,更加深入到民间的普通家庭和人群。并采用重叠式叶片技术将叶片面积增大,可提高30%对风能的利用率,可以把大小风都能利用起来,对风能的利用率可达95%以上.[0005] 发明内容
[0006] 多叶式卧式全自动家用风力发电机分为前后转动轴管、重叠式前后活动叶片、发电机、主动轮与被动轮、皮带与皮带框、立柱式支撑杆、自动控制板、吊绳、调整砣组成。叶片以一面梯形长方形、一面梯形正方形、一面梯形竖式长方形叶片,以此顺序安装在发电机的转动轴前管,前叶片用弹簧的弹性来调整角度,后叶片的角度由自动控制板控制。叶片以十六片到三十二片,在发电机主动轮的前后横卧式状态运行,并在立柱式支撑杆在底座墩上根据风向360度自动调整方向运行。

发电机主机用钢质材制造。a)首先制造前后转动轴管(图1-⑤⑥);b)前转动轴管上安装带弹簧的小叶片固定槽内固定(图6-①③);c)后转动轴管上安装大叶片(图6-②③);d)制造好的小叶片和传动轴管安装在发电机主动轮的迎风面一方:e)大叶片与传动轴管组装在主动轮的后边;f)制造发电机主动轮与外壳(图5-⑥),壳内安装主动轮与被动轮(图5-④①)、主轴(图5-③)、皮带(图5-⑦);g)安装发电机底座的固定螺丝孔(图7-①)与底座墩的螺杆(图8-①)用螺帽固定;h)活动轴内套筒(图7-②)与主机的外套管(图5-⑧)套住360度调整自动风向;j)挖深5米直径2米,用钢筋水泥灌造发电机底座墩,水平安装底座墩的螺杆盘。被动轮的转速达到1500转/分以上。
本发明的发电机内部结构和生产制造技术简单、制造成本低廉。特别适合村庄、民宅、地质勘察队、部队营房、草原游牧民.、小型水利灌溉等生活用照明或小型动力用电。

1.多叶式卧式全自动家用风力发电机,为前后转动轴管、重叠式前后活动叶片、发电机、主动轮与被动轮、皮带与皮带框、立柱式支撑杆、自动控制板、吊绳、调整砣组成,叶片以一面梯形长方形、一面梯形正方形、一面梯形竖式长方形叶片,以此顺序安装在发电机的转动轴前管,前叶片用弹簧的弹性来调整角度,后叶片的角度由自动控制板控制,叶片以拾六片到三拾二片,在发电机主动轮的前后转动轴卧式状态,其立柱式支撑杆的底座墩上360度自动调整风向运行。
