一种自清洁挂烫机
技术领域
本发明涉及熨烫设备领域，特别地，是一种带自清洁蒸汽喷头的挂烫机。
背景技术
挂烫机也叫挂式熨斗、立式烫斗，就是能挂着烫衣服和布料的机器。挂烫机通过内部产生的灼热水蒸汽不断接触衣服和布料，达到软化衣服和布料纤维组织的目的，并通过“拉”、“压”“喷”的动作平整衣服和布料，使衣服和布料完好如新。研究表明，衣服经常使用平板熨斗压烫，容易损坏衣服面料，导致面料发硬与老化。而挂烫机则是在自然悬挂状态下进行熨烫，在衣服自身重力与高温蒸汽(温度在98度左右)双重作用下避免了对面料的直接损伤，并能快速、方便、轻松熨好衣服，使衣服光亮如新、保持最佳穿着形状。
一般的挂烫机的蒸汽喷头采用多个呈“一”字形排列的小喷口形成，当使用时，小喷口所在的平面接触需熨烫衣物的表面进行熨烫，由于衣物表面含有大量纤维杂质，蒸汽接触衣物形成水汽后，蒸汽喷头上会沾染大量的纤维杂质，此纤维杂质会随着蒸汽喷头的运动沾染到衣物其他地方或者别的衣物上，如果手动清洁极易产生烫伤事故。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种自清洁挂烫机，该自清洁挂烫机的蒸汽喷头具有自清洁功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
该自清洁挂烫机包括蒸汽喷头，所述蒸汽喷头内旋转设置有至少二个同轴设置的环形轮，所述环形轮的外壁上均布有一列喷孔，所述环形轮上至少一个喷孔位于所述蒸汽喷头的外侧，所述蒸汽喷头内设置有导气通道连通所述环形轮的中心，所述蒸汽喷头内设置有驱动所述环形轮旋转的驱动装置，所述环形轮外壁与所述蒸汽喷头旋转接触的内壁上设置有纤维清除装置。
作为优选，所述环形轮的喷孔不在所述环形轮的径向上，使所述环形轮形成类似涡轮的风道结构，所述喷孔喷出的蒸汽形成所述环形轮的反推力，使所述环形轮旋转，构成所述环形轮的驱动装置，使整个装置的结构简化。
作为优选，所述纤维清除装置为毛刷或者海绵，所述所述纤维清除装置在所述蒸汽喷头内设置有可拆卸壳体，方便清理毛刷或者海绵堆积的纤维杂质。
作为优选，所述毛刷或者海绵上设置有杂质储存腔。
本发明的优点在于：
利用环形轮形成所述蒸汽喷头的熨烫平面，使熨烫平面提供蒸汽的同时，始终在转动，使用纤维清除装置将旋转的环形轮进行清洁，达到了清洁蒸汽喷头的目的。

参阅图1，在本实施例中，该自清洁挂烫机包括蒸汽喷头200，所述蒸汽喷头200内旋转设置有至少二个同轴设置的环形轮100，所述环形轮100的外壁上均布有一列喷孔110，参阅图3，所述环形轮100上至少一个喷孔110位于所述蒸汽喷头200的外侧，参阅图4，所述蒸汽喷头200内设置有导气通道240连通所述环形轮100的中心，所述蒸汽喷头200内设置有驱动所述环形轮100旋转的驱动装置，所述环形轮100外壁与所述蒸汽喷头200旋转接触的内壁上设置有纤维清除装置300。
参阅图1，所述环形轮的喷孔不在所述环形轮100的径向上，使所述环形轮100形成类似涡轮的风道结构，所述喷孔110喷出的蒸汽形成所述环形轮100的反推力，使所述环形轮旋转，构成所述环形轮100的驱动装置，使整个装置的结构简化。
参阅图4，所述纤维清除装置300为毛刷或者海绵，所述纤维清除装置300在所述蒸汽喷头200内设置有可拆卸壳体。
上述的自清洁挂烫机，所述毛刷或者海绵上设置有杂质储存腔310。
上述的自清洁挂烫机工作原理：
所述喷孔110喷出的蒸汽形成所述环形轮100的反推力，使所述环形轮旋转喷气，使用纤维清除装置300将旋转的环形轮100进行清洁，达到了清洁蒸汽喷头200的目的。

所述蒸汽喷头（200）内旋转设置有至少二个同轴设置的环形轮（100），所述环形轮（100）的外壁上均布有一列喷孔（110），所述环形轮（100）上至少一个喷孔（110）位于所述蒸汽喷头（200）的外侧，所述蒸汽喷头（200）内设置有导气通道（240）连通所述环形轮（100）的中心，所述蒸汽喷头（200）内设置有驱动所述环形轮（100）旋转的驱动装置，所述环形轮（100）外壁与所述蒸汽喷头（200）旋转接触的内壁上设置有纤维清除装置（300）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁挂烫机，其特征在于：所述环形轮的喷孔不在所述环形轮（100）的径向上，所述环形轮（100）形成涡轮的风道结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁挂烫机，其特征在于：所述纤维清除装置（300）为毛刷或者海绵，所述纤维清除装置（300）在所述蒸汽喷头（200）内设置有可拆卸壳体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自清洁挂烫机，其特征在于：所述毛刷或者海绵上设置有杂质储存腔（310）。
