Abstract

The iron includes a handle body 2 and a freely revolving roller 1. The roller is heated and has a thermostat and temperature setting dial 4 to control the temperature of the roller. The handle includes steam holes 3 at various positions. The dial 4 also regulates the heat of steam or water within a reservoir in the handle that may be pumped onto an item to be pressed or ironed.
