本发明公开了一种模具浇口防漏环，包括环本体（1），环本体（1）上设有一通孔，所述通孔设有上大下小的锥形段（2），其特征在于：所述锥形段（2）上设有至少一齿形环（3）。由于浇口和注塑口接触时，齿形环因整体强度较低而发生塑性变形，以配合浇口形状，因而形成了若干类似“密封环”结构，有效的解决了浇口与注塑口的缝隙中会泄漏物料，造成严重浪费的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及模具技术领域，具体涉及一种模具浇口防漏环。
背景技术
在注塑小件复杂结构产品时，由于机构复杂，形体细小，需较大注塑压力才能打满模具，而高压力对模具的整体密封提出了更高的要求。由于浇口和注塑口密封不严，因而注塑过程中会从浇口与注塑口的缝隙中泄漏出物料，造成严重浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种模具浇口防漏环，以解决由于浇口和注塑口密封不严，泄漏物料，造成严重浪费的问题。
为达到上述发明目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：提供了一种模具浇口防漏环，包括环本体，环本体上设有一通孔，所述通孔设有上大下小的锥形段，其特征在于：所述锥形段上设有至少一齿形环。
所述齿形环为三至八环。
所述齿形环为六环。
所述环本体为铜合金。
本实用型的有益效果是：由于浇口和注塑口接触时，齿形环因整体强度较低而发生塑性变形，以配合浇口形状，因而形成了若干类似“密封环”结构，有效的解决了浇口与注塑口的缝隙中会泄漏物料，造成严重浪费的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细地描述：
该模具浇口防漏环，包括环本体1，环本体1上设有一通孔，所述通孔设有上大下小的锥形段2，所述锥形段2上设有至少一齿形环3。在锥形段2的下方还可设置柱形段4。
所述齿形环3可为三至八环。在只有三环是，泄漏量降为原泄漏量的30%左右，增至五环是完全避免泄漏。为求委托，所述齿形环3设为六环。
为更好使齿形环3产生塑性变形，可采用强度较低的金属制造该环，如：铜合金。

1.一种模具浇口防漏环，包括环本体（1），环本体（1）上设有一通孔，所述通孔设有上大下小的锥形段（2），其特征在于：所述锥形段（2）上设有至少一齿形环（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模具浇口防漏环，其特征在于：所述齿形环（3）为三至八环。
3.根据权利要求2所述的模具浇口防漏环，其特征在于：所述齿形环（3）为六环。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的模具浇口防漏环，其特征在于：所述环本体（1）为铜合金。
