技术领域
本发明涉及一种中性电极组合喷胶装置。
背景技术
中性电极是连接高频手术电刀的一种接地线装置,它是由具有较强粘结力和高频导电性的材料制成，手术中常放置于患者小腿部等肌肉组织较为丰富的部位,以起到良好的接地线作用，目前在临床上应用日趋广泛。中性电极在组合的时候其上面要喷涂UV胶，现有的喷涂UV胶的喷胶装置，结构简单，实用性不好，不能满足使用需求。因此，应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：针对上述不足，提供一种结构合理、使用效果好的中性电极喷胶装置。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
中性电极喷胶装置，包括胶水筒，所述胶水筒上连接有喷胶泵，所述喷胶泵的出胶管道上设有电磁阀，所述电磁阀与控制器相连接，所述出胶管道的端部设有喷胶头，所述胶水筒的外部设有外壳体，所述外壳体与胶水筒之间形成中空腔体，所述中空腔体内设有电加热装置，所述外壳体上设有与电加热装置相连接的充电插座。
所述电加热装置为电加热管。
所述外壳体由保温材料制作而成。
所述外壳体的厚度为10-15mm。
本发明中性电极喷胶装置，喷胶泵的出胶管道上设有电磁阀，所述电磁阀与控制器相连接，通过控制器可以准确的控制出胶量，可以避免多喷或少喷，以提高工作效果。在胶水筒的外部设有外壳体，外壳体与胶水筒之间形成中空腔体，在中空腔体内设有电加热装置，其可以对胶水筒内部的胶水进行加热，避免胶水凝固，无法正常出胶，保证工作的顺利进行。
本发明的优点是：结构合理、使用效果好、实用性强。

如图1所示，本发明中性电极喷胶装置，包括胶水筒1，胶水筒1上连接有喷胶泵2，喷胶泵2的出胶管道3上设有电磁阀4，电磁阀4与控制器5相连接，出胶管道3的端部设有喷胶头6，胶水筒1的外部设有外壳体7，外壳体7与胶水筒1之间形成中空腔体8，中空腔体8内设有电加热装置9，外壳体7上设有与电加热装置9相连接的充电插座10，电加热装置9为电加热管，外壳体7由保温材料制作而成，外壳体7的厚度为10-15mm。
本发明中性电极喷胶装置，喷胶泵2的出胶管道3上设有电磁阀4，电磁阀4与控制器5相连接，控制器5可以准确的控制出胶量，可以避免多喷或少喷，以提高工作效果。在胶水筒1的外部设有外壳体7，外壳体7与胶水筒1之间形成中空腔体8，在中空腔体8内设有电加热装置9，其可以对胶水筒1内部的胶水进行加热，避免胶水凝固，无法正常出胶，保证工作的顺利进行。

1.中性电极喷胶装置，其特征在于：包括胶水筒，所述胶水筒上连接有喷胶泵，所述喷胶泵的出胶管道上设有电磁阀，所述电磁阀与控制器相连接，所述出胶管道的端部设有喷胶头，所述胶水筒的外部设有外壳体，所述外壳体与胶水筒之间形成中空腔体，所述中空腔体内设有电加热装置，所述外壳体上设有与电加热装置相连接的充电插座。

3.根据权利要求1所述的中性电极喷胶装置，其特征在于：所述外壳体由保温材料制作而成。
