技术领域:
本发明涉及一种高压电缆测试辅助工具,特别涉及一种电缆加压试验固定支架。
背景技术:
在现有技术中,各种电缆的性能测试都需要将电缆架空起来,尤其是高压电缆测试,更需要将电缆与地面隔离,现有技术的架空隔离是使用三根木棒或塑料棒制成的三角架对电缆进行架空,在使用中存在的不足是,三角架非常不稳定,很容易倾倒,而且高度不能调整,使用起来非常不方便。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种专用电缆加压试验固定支架。
本发明的目的时按一下方式实现的:绝缘底座、绝缘支架和绝缘扣环,其中,绝缘底座是由底盘、绝缘脚轮和绝缘套筒组成,绝缘套筒设置在绝缘底盘上部中心,绝缘脚轮设置在绝缘底盘底部的边缘,绝缘套筒的上部设置有定位顶丝;绝缘支架的下端插在绝缘套筒之中通过定位顶丝固定,绝缘扣环设置在绝缘支架的顶端,其结构包括上扣件、下扣件、绞轴、T型螺杆,其中,上扣件和下扣件中间为半圆环,半圆环内壁镶嵌有半圆形绝缘套,上扣件和下扣件两端分别设置有端耳,上扣件和下扣件的左端耳通过绞轴连接在一起组成环状,上扣件的右端耳开有通孔,T型螺杆的上端与通孔连接,下扣件的右端耳设置有豁口,T型螺杆的下端与豁口连接,T型螺杆的下端还设置有球形手柄,球形手柄的上部还设置有压紧螺母,压紧螺母的上端与豁口下端相接。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,抑郁加工,绝缘性能好,移动方便,卡缆方便,缩短测试准备时间,提高测试效率,操作使用方便;省时、省力、安全等特点。

绝缘底座、绝缘支架和绝缘扣环,其中,绝缘底座是由底盘2、绝缘脚轮1和绝缘套筒13组成,绝缘套筒13设置在绝缘底盘2上部中心,绝缘脚轮1设置在绝缘底盘2底部的边缘,绝缘套筒13的上部设置有定位顶丝3;绝缘支架12的下端插在绝缘套筒13之中通过定位顶丝3固定,绝缘扣环设置在绝缘支架12的顶端,其结构包括上扣件9、下扣件4、绞轴12、T型螺杆7,其中,上扣件9和下扣件4中间为半圆环,半圆环内壁镶嵌有半圆形绝缘套10,上扣件9和下扣件4两端分别设置有端耳,上扣件9和下扣件4的左端耳通过绞轴12连接在一起组成环状,上扣件9的右端耳开有通孔,T型螺杆7的上端与通孔连接,下扣件4的右端耳设置有豁口8,T型螺杆7的下端与豁口8连接,T型螺杆7的下端还设置有球形手柄5,球形手柄5的上部还设置有压紧螺母6,压紧螺母6的上端与豁口8下端相接。
实施例
将球形手柄5反倒上扣件右端耳的上方,打开上扣件,将高压电缆放在下扣环的半圆凹槽中,扣上上扣件,再将球形手柄下翻,T型螺杆的中部位于豁口之中,然后用压紧螺母压紧,高压电缆的高度可通过伸缩绝缘支架调整,调整后用定位顶丝固定,使用多个支架将高压电缆托起,通过脚轮移动与测试设备连接。
上扣件和下扣件是有工程塑料制成,中间半圆环内壁镶嵌的半圆形绝缘套是由绝缘橡胶或尼龙制成,绝缘支架和绝缘套筒是由工程塑料制成,绝缘脚轮是有尼龙制成。
