本发明提供了一种齿轮齿槽对称度检测装置,可以方便地确定齿轮齿槽的对称切点,保证了检测的精度,大大提高了检测效率,其包括底座,其特征在于:所述底座上设置有与齿轮配合的V形定位座,所述V形定位座与所述底座滑动连接,所述V形定位座中心位置设置有检测杆,所述检测杆与所述V形定位座滑动连接,所述检测杆上端设置有与齿轮齿槽配合的梯形检测头,所述检测杆下端通过弹簧与所述V形定位座连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及测量检验工具的技术领域,具体为一种齿轮齿槽对称度检测装置。
背景技术
在对齿轮齿槽的对称度进行检测时,采用普通的检测量具,由于齿轮齿的两侧呈圆弧形,通常的检测方法确定齿轮齿槽的对称切点较为困难,检测的精度不高,而且检测效率很低。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种齿轮齿槽对称度检测装置,可以方便地确定齿轮齿槽的对称切点,保证了检测的精度,大大提高了检测效率。
其技术方案是这样的:一种齿轮齿槽对称度检测装置,其包括底座,其特征在于:所述底座上设置有与齿轮配合的V形定位座,所述V形定位座与所述底座滑动连接,所述V形定位座中心位置设置有检测杆,所述检测杆与所述V形定位座滑动连接,所述检测杆上端设置有与齿轮齿槽配合的梯形检测头,所述检测杆下端通过弹簧与所述V形定位座连接。
本发明的上述结构中,底座上设置有与齿轮配合的V形定位座, V形定位座与底座滑动连接, V形定位座中心位置设置有检测杆,检测杆与所述V形定位座滑动连接,检测杆上端设置有与齿轮齿槽配合的梯形检测头,检测杆下端通过弹簧与V形定位座连接,通过梯形检测头的上下调整,使得V形定位座在底座上左右滑动,方便地确定齿轮齿槽的对称切点,保证了检测的精度,大大提高了检测效率。

见图1,一种齿轮齿槽对称度检测装置,其包括底座1,底座1上设置有与齿轮配合的V形定位座2, V形定位座2与底座1滑动连接, V形定位座2中心位置设置有检测杆3,检测杆3与V形定位座2上下滑动连接,检测杆3上端设置有与齿轮齿槽配合的梯形检测头4,检测杆3下端通过弹簧5与V形定位座2连接。
