本发明涉及法兰盖检测技术领域，具体涉及法兰盖深度规检具。
背景技术
汽车法兰盖零件的一类，如图1所示，对其槽深的精确测量一般使用三坐标测量仪。三坐标测量仪虽然测量精度高，但其操作复杂、费时，检测效率低，不适用与此类批量生产零件的检测。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了法兰盖深度规检具，其确保测量精度的同时，其操作使用简便，测量快捷，检测效率高。
其技术方案是这样的，法兰盖深度规检具，其包括机械千分表和校准件，其特征在于：其包括模板、定位块和夹持装置，所述定位块固定于所述模板底面两端，所述模板中心开有定位孔、所述模板左端开有导向孔，所述机械千分表插装于所述夹持装置、固定于所述导向孔端部。
其进一步特征在于：
所述夹持装置包括夹持体和夹持块，所述夹持体套装于所述机械千分表固定杆部位，并用夹持块夹紧固定；
所述定位孔、位于所述模板底面安装有定位柱。
采用本发明后，其有益效果在于：使用时，先通过校准件校准，确保了检具精度，然后检具套装于待测法兰盖上，即可迅速的测出法兰盖槽深，操作使用简便，测量快捷，检测效率高。

具体实施方式
见图1至图3，法兰盖深度规检具，其包括机械千分表2和校准件7，其还包括模板5、定位块1和夹持装置，定位块1固定于模板5底面两端，模板5左端开有导向孔9、中心开有定位孔8，机械千分表2插装于夹持装置、固定于导向孔9端部； 夹持装置包括夹持体3和夹持块4，夹持体3套装于机械千分表2固定杆部位，并用夹持块4夹紧固定；定位孔8、位于模板5底面安装有定位柱6。

1.法兰盖深度规检具，其包括机械千分表和校准件，其特征在于：其包括模板、定位块和夹持装置，所述定位块固定于所述模板底面两端，所述模板中心开有定位孔、所述模板左端开有导向孔，所述机械千分表插装于所述夹持装置、固定于所述导向孔端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的法兰盖深度规检具，其特征在于：所述夹持装置包括夹持体和夹持块，所述夹持体套装于所述机械千分表固定杆部位，并用夹持块夹紧固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的法兰盖深度规检具，其特征在于：所述定位孔、位于所述模板底面安装有定位柱。
