本发明涉及一种步履式矿井水仓清淤装置，该清淤装置的下端设有一个步履式底盘，底盘的上方设有长方形状的支撑架，支撑架中吻合套装有可以拉出或推进的储泥盒，支撑架的边缘开有凹槽，凹槽向上吻合嵌置有多对过滤板，过滤板上开有过滤孔，后侧过滤板上的过滤孔的面积小于位于前侧过滤板上的过滤孔的面积，过滤板的斜上方设有喷淋头，喷淋头可以及时清理残留在过滤板上的淤泥。该清淤装置运行平稳，操作简便，清理彻底，极大的方便了矿井水仓的清淤工作。

步履式矿井水仓清淤装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种清理矿井水仓淤泥的装置，尤其是可以有效防止清淤装置在矿井中下陷的步履式矿井水仓清淤装置。
背景技术
目前，矿井水仓排水时会有很多淤泥，随着淤泥的堆积和扩散，不仅会阻塞排水通道，还会给矿井作业带来很大不便，公知的矿井水仓清淤装置在矿井水仓中很容易下陷，给矿井水仓的清理工作带来很大的困扰。
发明内容
为了克服现有的矿井水仓清淤装置容易下陷的问题，本发明提供一种步履式矿井水仓清淤装置，该清淤装置运行平稳，操作简便，清理彻底，极大的方便了矿井水仓的清淤工作。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该清淤装置包括喷淋头、过滤板、支撑架、储泥盒及底盘；该清淤装置的下端设有一个步履式底盘，底盘的上方设有长方形状的支撑架，支撑架中吻合套装有可以拉出或推进的储泥盒，支撑架的边缘开有凹槽，凹槽向上吻合嵌置有多对过滤板，过滤板上开有过滤孔，后侧过滤板上的过滤孔的面积小于位于前侧过滤板上的过滤孔的面积，过滤板的斜上方设有喷淋头，喷淋头可以及时清理残留在过滤板上的淤泥。使用时，将此清淤装置迎着水流的方向放入水仓的入口处，水流依次通过过滤板，大的颗粒被位前侧过滤板过滤掉，小的颗粒被后侧过滤板过滤掉，被过滤出的颗粒掉入下方的储泥盒中，人们只需将储泥盒从支撑架中拉出，定期清理储泥盒中的淤泥即可。
该清淤装置上设有5-7层过滤板，过滤板上的过滤孔为长方形、圆形、三角形或菱形，位于最前方的过滤板上的过滤孔的直径为8至12厘米，后侧过滤孔的直径依次为前侧过滤孔直径的五分之四。
本发明的有益效果是，该清淤装置运行平稳，操作简便，清理彻底，极大的方便了矿井水仓的清淤工作。

具体实施方式
在图1中，该清淤装置包括喷淋头1、过滤板2、支撑架3、储泥盒4及底盘5；该清淤装置的下端设有一个步履式底盘5，底盘5的上方设有长方形状的支撑架3，支撑架3中吻合套装有可以拉出或推进的储泥盒4，支撑架3的边缘开有凹槽，凹槽向上吻合嵌置有多个过滤板2，过滤板2上开有过滤孔，后侧过滤板上的过滤孔的面积小于位于前侧过滤板上的过滤孔的面积，过滤板2的斜上方设有喷淋头1，喷淋头1可以及时清理残留在过滤板2上的淤泥。使用时，将此清淤装置迎着水流的方向放入水仓的入口处，水流依次通过过滤板2，大的颗粒被位前侧过滤板过滤掉，小的颗粒被后侧过滤板过滤掉，被过滤出的颗粒掉入下方的储泥盒4中，人们只需将储泥盒4从支撑架3中拉出，定期清理储泥盒4中的淤泥即可。
该清淤装置上设有5-7层过滤板2，过滤板2上的过滤孔为长方形、圆形、三角形或菱形，位于最前方的过滤板2上的过滤孔的直径为8至12厘米，后侧过滤孔的直径依次为前侧过滤孔直径的五分之四。

1.步履式矿井水仓清淤装置，该清淤装置包括喷淋头（1）、过滤板（2）、支撑架（3）、储泥盒（4）及底盘（5）；其特征在于，该清淤装置的下端设有一个步履式底盘（5），底盘（5）的上方设有长方形状的支撑架（3），支撑架（3）中吻合套装有可以拉出或推进的储泥盒（4），支撑架（3）的边缘开有凹槽，凹槽向上吻合嵌置有多个过滤板（2），过滤板（2）上开有过滤孔，过滤板（2）的斜上方设有喷淋头（1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的步履式矿井水仓清淤装置，其特征在于，该清淤装置上设有5-7层过滤板（2），过滤板（2）上的过滤孔为长方形、圆形、三角形或菱形，位于最前方的过滤板（2）上的过滤孔的直径为8至12厘米，后侧过滤孔的直径依次为前侧过滤孔直径的五分之四。
