Abstract
本发明公开了一种门闸机，包括有一个机座和一根长杆，在所述长杆上设置有一个转轴，所述转轴与所述机座活动连接，所述转轴的位置靠近所述长杆的一端，所述转轴将所述长杆分为一段长部和一段短部，所述长杆的长部为置于门口的摇杆，在所述长杆的短部上设置有一个向外倾斜的动力缸，所述动力缸的活塞杆与一个装有导向装置的配重块连接。在所述机座上装有用于停止所述转轴转动的制动器。本发明与现有技术相比，解决了现有的门闸机工作噪声较高和驱动机件磨损较大等问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于安防器材制造技术领域，尤其涉及一种门闸机。
背景技术
目前常用的门闸机中有一种门闸机，包括有一根置于门口的摇杆，所述摇杆的一端通过转轴与一个机座连接，所述转轴通过电机及其齿轮减速机构驱动以实现所述摇杆的开启和关闭。这种门闸机由于其摇杆较长，使得驱动其运动的齿轮减速机构受力较大，且是单边受力，因而受力不匀，容易造成所述齿轮减速机构工作噪声较高，同时驱动机件的磨损也较大，无形中增大了维修、维护工作量。
发明内容
本发明提供一种工作噪声较低和驱动机件磨损较小的门闸机。
为了解决上述问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：这种门闸机，包括有一个机座，还有一根长杆，在所述长杆上设置有一个转轴，所述转轴与所述机座活动连接，所述转轴的位置靠近所述长杆的一端，所述转轴将所述长杆分为一段长部和一段短部，所述长杆的长部为置于门口的摇杆，在所述长杆的短部上设置有一个向外倾斜的动力缸，所述动力缸的活塞杆与一个装有导向装置的配重块连接。
在上述技术方案中，更具体的技术方案还可以是：在所述机座上装有用于停止所述转轴转动的制动器。
由于采用上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、本发明通过杠杆机构利用重力实现开关摇杆，有效减少了工作噪声和机件摩擦量。
2、本发明结构简单，方便实用。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明：
图1所示的门闸机，包括有一个机座1和一根长杆4，在长杆4上设置有一个转轴2，与1机座活动连接，转轴2的位置靠近长杆4的一端，转轴2将长杆4分为一段长部4A和一段短部4B，长杆4的长部4A为置于门口的摇杆，在长杆4的短部4B上设置有一个向外倾斜的动力缸5，动力缸5的活塞杆与一个装有导向装置7的配重块6连接。在机座1上装有用于停止转轴2转动的制动器3。其中动力缸5为气缸，导向装置7为导向筒，制动器3为电磁抱闸制动器。本发明是这样工作的：
在不允许车辆、行人通行时，可使动力缸5的活塞杆处于回缩位置，这时长杆4的短部4B侧的重力矩小于长杆4的长部4A侧的重力矩，长部4A受重力作用顺时针旋转至水平位置，横挡在门口，阻止未经许可的车辆、行人通行。当要让车辆、行人通行时，可使动力缸5的活塞杆处于伸出位置，这时长杆4的短部4B侧的重力矩大于长杆4的长部4A侧的重力矩，长部4B受重力作用反时针旋转至接近垂直位置，允许车辆、行人通行。通过分别调整动力缸5的活塞杆伸出长度和配重块6的重量可以实现上述功能。另外，当需要长杆4停在某个位置时，可在长杆4运动到此位置时，启动制动器3工作，抱住转轴2即可。
Claims (2)
1.一种门闸机，包括有一个机座，其特征在于：还有一根长杆，在所述长杆上设置有一个转轴，所述转轴与所述机座活动连接，所述转轴的位置靠近所述长杆的一端，所述转轴将所述长杆分为一段长部和一段短部，所述长杆的长部为置于门口的摇杆，在所述长杆的短部上设置有一个向外倾斜的动力缸，所述动力缸的活塞杆与一个装有导向装置的配重块连接；所述动力缸为气缸，所述导向装置为导向筒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门闸机，其特征在于：在所述机座上装有用于停止所述转轴转动的制动器；所述制动器为电磁抱闸制动器。
