Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有滤波电路的自降温包装箱,在包装箱的侧壁上设置小风扇,包装箱内部设置温度传感器,该温度传感器将温度信号经A/D转换电路后传输给单片机,单片机根据温度信号控制设置在侧壁上的小风扇转动,温度传感器和A/D转换电路间串联滤波电路。通过在箱体上设置小风扇,并在箱体内设置温度传感器,当箱体内的温度高于设定温度时,单片机便控制小风扇运转,从而实现对箱体内的温度进行降温的目的,达到了对箱体内温度智能降温目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装箱领域,具体地,涉及一种具有滤波电路的自降温包装箱。
背景技术
目前,在需要蔬菜的运输过程中,因其本身会产生大量的热量,需要对其进行降温,现有的技术均采用冰柜车进行低温运输,但低温会降低蔬菜中的水分,从而降低蔬菜的口感和营养,如采用具有通风功能的运输车,则不能合理的对每个包装箱内的蔬菜进行降温,难免会造成部分蔬菜的腐烂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述问题,提出一种具有智能降温功能的包装箱,以实现在对箱体内温度智能降温的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种具有滤波电路的自降温包装箱,在包装箱的侧壁上设置小风扇,所述包装箱内部设置温度传感器,该温度传感器将温度信号经A/D转换电路后传输给单片机,所述单片机根据温度信号控制设置在侧壁上的小风扇转动,温度传感器和A/D转换电路间串联滤波电路:
所述滤波电路:在运放器的反相输入端串联第一电阻和第二电阻,第一电阻和第二电阻间的节点和地间串联第一电容,在运放器的反相输入端和输出端间并联第四电阻和第二电容,所述运放器的同相输入端和地间串联第三电阻。
本发明的技术方案,通过在箱体上设置小风扇,并在箱体内设置温度传感器,当箱体内的温度高于设定温度时,单片机便控制小风扇运转,从而实现对箱体内的温度进行降温的目的,达到了对箱体内温度智能降温目的。

如图1至图3所示,一种具有滤波电路的自降温包装箱,在包装箱的侧壁上设置小风扇,包装箱内部设置温度传感器,该温度传感器将温度信号经A/D转换电路后传输给单片机,单片机根据温度信号控制设置在侧壁上的小风扇转动,温度传感器和A/D转换电路间串联滤波电路:
滤波电路:在运放器A1的反相输入端串联第一电阻R1和第二电阻R2,第一电阻R1和第二电阻R2间的节点和地间串联第一电容C1,在运放器A1的反相输入端和输出端间并联第四电阻R4和第二电容C2,运放器A1的同相输入端和地间串联第三电阻R3。

1.一种具有滤波电路的自降温包装箱,其特征在于,在包装箱的侧壁上设置小风扇,所述包装箱内部设置温度传感器,该温度传感器将温度信号经A/D转换电路后传输给单片机,所述单片机根据温度信号控制设置在侧壁上的小风扇转动,温度传感器和A/D转换电路间串联滤波电路;
所述滤波电路:在运放器(A1)的反相输入端串联第一电阻(R1)和第二电阻(R2),第一电阻(R1)和第二电阻(R2)间的节点和地间串联第一电容(C1),在运放器(A1)的反相输入端和输出端间并联第四电阻(R4)和第二电容(C2),所述运放器(A1)的同相输入端和地间串联第三电阻(R3)。
