Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有滤波电路的自降温包装箱，在包装箱的侧壁上设置小风扇，包装箱内部设置温度传感器，该温度传感器将温度信号经A/D转换电路后传输给单片机，单片机根据温度信号控制设置在侧壁上的小风扇转动，温度传感器和A/D转换电路间串联滤波电路。通过在箱体上设置小风扇，并在箱体内设置温度传感器，当箱体内的温度高于设定温度时，单片机便控制小风扇运转，从而实现对箱体内的温度进行降温的目的，达到了对箱体内温度智能降温目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装箱领域，具体地，涉及一种具有滤波电路的自降温包装箱。
背景技术
目前，在需要蔬菜的运输过程中，因其本身会产生大量的热量，需要对其进行降温，现有的技术均采用冰柜车进行低温运输，但低温会降低蔬菜中的水分，从而降低蔬菜的口感和营养，如采用具有通风功能的运输车，则不能合理的对每个包装箱内的蔬菜进行降温，难免会造成部分蔬菜的腐烂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，针对上述问题，提出一种具有智能降温功能的包装箱，以实现在对箱体内温度智能降温的优点。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种具有滤波电路的自降温包装箱，在包装箱的侧壁上设置小风扇，所述包装箱内部设置温度传感器，该温度传感器将温度信号经A/D转换电路后传输给单片机，所述单片机根据温度信号控制设置在侧壁上的小风扇转动，温度传感器和A/D转换电路间串联滤波电路：
所述滤波电路：在运放器A的反相输入端串联电阻R1和电阻R2，电阻R1和电阻R2间的节点和地间串联电容C1，在运放器A的反相输入端和输出端间并联电阻R4和电容C2，所述运放器A的同相输入端和地间串联电阻R3。
本发明的技术方案，通过在箱体上设置小风扇，并在箱体内设置温度传感器，当箱体内的温度高于设定温度时，单片机便控制小风扇运转，从而实现对箱体内的温度进行降温的目的，达到了对箱体内温度智能降温目的。

如图1至图3所示，一种具有滤波电路的自降温包装箱，在包装箱的侧壁上设置小风扇，包装箱内部设置温度传感器，该温度传感器将温度信号经A/D转换电路后传输给单片机，单片机根据温度信号控制设置在侧壁上的小风扇转动，温度传感器和A/D转换电路间串联滤波电路：
滤波电路：在运放器A的反相输入端串联电阻R1和电阻R2，电阻R1和电阻R2间的节点和地间串联电容C1，在运放器A的反相输入端和输出端间并联电阻R4和电容C2，运放器A的同相输入端和地间串联电阻R3。

所述滤波电路：在运放器A的反相输入端串联电阻R1和电阻R2，电阻R1和电阻R2间的节点和地间串联电容C1，在运放器A的反相输入端和输出端间并联电阻R4和电容C2，所述运放器A的同相输入端和地间串联电阻R3。
