新型卫生防疫消毒烟剂。本产品属于日用化工产品、卫生防疫消毒剂。家庭、学校、宿舍、工房、坑道等相对密闭场所等进行疫源地消毒。本产品中消毒剂有效成分由醚菌酯或氯异腈尿酸等与适宜的燃料木粉、助燃剂次氯酸钾、发烟剂氯化铵、阻燃剂粘土和粘合剂羟甲基纤维素等混配均匀压制而成。使用简便,使用时点燃本品熏烟即可。按“国家卫生部·消毒技术规范(2002版)有关方法检测,产品对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率达到99.9%。使用时将产品置于地面瓦片上,按体积大小算出使用数量,封闭门窗等通道等,点燃熏蒸120min即可。

1.技术领域
本产品属于日用化工产品、卫生防疫消毒剂。
2.背景技术
消毒烟剂具有使用便捷、作用迅速的特点,适用于密闭场所快速杀灭空气与物体表面致病细菌、病毒等微生物,尤其适用于以空气传播为主的呼吸道传染病爆发流行时疫源地消毒。
目前空气消毒多采用通风过滤、紫外线照射、动态空气消毒机以及化学消毒剂气溶胶喷雾或超低超低容量喷雾等。但上述消毒方法都有一定的局限性,如某一季节有些场所通风困难、物品较多场所不宜喷雾等,过氧乙酸熏蒸需要相应器材等。
为此本研究利用烟雾熏蒸技术,快速将消毒剂弥散达到快速、简便消毒目的。
3.发明内容
本产品中消毒剂有效成分由醚菌酯、三氯异腈尿酸或三氯异腈尿酸钠组成。
上述成分与适宜的燃料木粉、助燃剂次氯酸钾、发烟剂氯化铵、阻燃剂粘土和粘合剂羟甲基纤维素等混配均匀压制于模具中制成本产品。使用时点燃本品熏烟即可。
按“国家卫生部·消毒技术规范(2002版)有关方法检测,产品对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率达到99.9%。

Claims (1)

1.本产品由消毒剂有效成分为醚菌酯或三氯异腈尿酸或三氯异腈尿酸钠按一定比例与燃料、助燃剂、发烟剂、阻燃剂和粘合剂材料组成,主要用于呼吸道等传染病快速疫源地消毒。
申请保护该烟剂的配方组成,包括有效成分、各成分之间配比。配方组成:醚菌酯或三氯异腈尿酸或三氯异腈尿酸钠含量为1.5-6%,木粉等燃料10-30%,次氯酸钾等助燃剂20-40%,粘土阻燃剂20-40%,氯化铵等发烟剂10-20%,羟甲基纤维素等粘合剂5-15%。
