一种反射光涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成,硅乳液2-5份、氧化钛5-10份、酞氰蓝1-5份、丙烯酸树脂3-6份、硅油10-15份、中铬黄1-4份、耐晒黄2-5份、重质碳酸钙15-20份、钛白粉4-9份、滑石粉3-7份、羟乙基纤维素1-8份、丙二醇15-20份、缔合型聚氨酯35-40份、水15-25份。本发明的反射光涂料,产生光波光能的反射和衍射作用,从而隔断热能进入基层,取得良好的隔热效果。

一种反射光涂料
技术领域
  本发明涉及一种涂料。 
背景技术
太阳高热辐射给工业部门、人民的生活都带来很大的损失和危害,而传统的在物体表面涂刷一般银粉漆的方法无法解决上述问题。因此,避免太阳高热辐射,使储罐、房顶等物体表面温度不升高已成为一项急待研究和解决的重要课题。现有相关技术中,中国专利申请92102102 公开了一种防火涂料,该涂料由改性丙稀酸树脂乳液及有机氮化物、三聚氢胺、磷酸胺等组成,其功能主要是用作防火涂料。涂料工业杂志则披露了一种“屋面浅色降温与隔热防水涂料”(涂料工业,1987,2),该涂料是由AAS树脂(由丙稀酸丁脂与丙稀晴、苯乙稀等单体共聚而成)等组成。其功能主要是用于屋顶降温与隔热防火的建筑涂料,用作反射太阳热的涂料则并不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种反射光涂料。 
 本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种反射光涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成,硅乳液2-5份、氧化钛5-10份、酞氰蓝1-5份、丙烯酸树脂3-6份、硅油10-15份、中铬黄1-4份、耐晒黄2-5份、重质碳酸钙15-20份、钛白粉4-9份、滑石粉3-7份、羟乙基纤维素1-8份、丙二醇15-20份、缔合型聚氨酯35-40份、水15-25份。
 制备方法采用常规方法,将原料混合并搅拌均匀,搅拌速度200-3000转/分钟。
    本发明所取得的有益效果:本发明的反射光涂料,在太阳光波的照射下,粒子与太阳光波产生共振,使粒子的电子跃迁至高能位,产生光波光能的反射和衍射作用,从而隔断热能进入基层,取得良好的隔热效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1 
一种反射光涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成,硅乳液2份、氧化钛5份、酞氰蓝1份、丙烯酸树脂3份、硅油10份、中铬黄1份、耐晒黄2份、重质碳酸钙15份、钛白粉4份、滑石粉3份、羟乙基纤维素1份、丙二醇15份、缔合型聚氨酯35份、水15份。
实施例2 
一种反射光涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成,硅乳液5份、氧化钛10份、酞氰蓝5份、丙烯酸树脂6份、硅油15份、中铬黄4份、耐晒黄5份、重质碳酸钙20份、钛白粉9份、滑石粉7份、羟乙基纤维素8份、丙二醇20份、缔合型聚氨酯40份、水25份。
实施例3 
一种反射光涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成,硅乳液3份、氧化钛6份、酞氰蓝2份、丙烯酸树脂4份、硅油13份、中铬黄2份、耐晒黄3份、重质碳酸钙17份、钛白粉8份、滑石粉5份、羟乙基纤维素5份、丙二醇17份、缔合型聚氨酯37份、水20份。

1.一种反射光涂料,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组分组成,硅乳液2-5份、氧化钛5-10份、酞氰蓝1-5份、丙烯酸树脂3-6份、硅油10-15份、中铬黄1-4份、耐晒黄2-5份、重质碳酸钙15-20份、钛白粉4-9份、滑石粉3-7份、羟乙基纤维素1-8份、丙二醇15-20份、缔合型聚氨酯35-40份、水15-25份。
