技术领域
1.本发明涉及一种有机高分子复合材料,更具体地说,是涉及一种夜光塑料头盔专用材料制作工艺,本发明还涉及制作这种夜光塑料头盔专用材料的方法。
背景技术
2.现有的矿工头盔没有夜光类型,矿工在地下工作完全依赖相关照明设备,如果遇到照明设备故障时,就不便看到人。如果矿工头盔能够不需借助外来能量即可自然发光,对于提高矿工安全性有很大意义。
发明内容
3.本发明的目的在于,提供一种不需外来任何能源支持,可以自动释放在有光线时所吸收的光线能量而自动发光,其光亮易于清晰识别的绿色环保耐冲击夜光塑料头盔专用材料。
4.本发明提供的技术方案如下:是由以下成分按重量比组成,聚碳酸酯:47.5-96%;防应力开裂改性剂:1-35%;夜光剂:1.0-5.0%;抗氧剂:0.1-2.0%;润滑剂:0.1-2.0%;其他助剂:1.3-5.5%。
5.本发明所述的绿色环保耐冲击夜光塑料头盔专用材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:先将聚碳酸酯与抗氧剂、防应力开裂改性剂、夜光剂、润滑剂、其他助剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,后再及时经平行同向双螺杆挤出机在一定强度剪切的螺杆组合情况下,在保持良好真空状态下,用一定螺杆转速混炼挤出,水冷拉条切粒经过筛分脱水制得绿色环保耐冲击夜光塑料头盔专用材料。
6.本发明绿色环保耐冲击夜光塑料头盔专用材料,综合机械性能优良,有较好耐冲击性能,尤其是在无光线照射情况下,不需外来任何能源支持,可以自动释放在有光线时所吸收的光线能量而自动发光,其光亮易于清晰识别,这样制得的头盔会发光,从而在夜里易于看清。

8.实施例一,提供一种绿色环保耐冲击夜光塑料头盔专用材料,由以下成分按重量比组成,聚碳酸酯:90.0%,防应力开裂改性剂:4.0%;夜光剂:3.2%;抗氧剂:1.0%,润滑剂:0.3%;其他助剂:1.5%。
9.本发明的具体步骤如下:先将聚碳酸酯与抗氧剂、防应力开裂改性剂、夜光剂、润滑剂、其他助剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,混料机采用低速混合,不锈钢材质,搅拌叶应与筒壁间隙小于0.5厘米,原辅料混合效果应目视各种粒子和粉末基本均匀,没有明显团块或集聚,然后再及时经平行同向双螺杆挤出机在一定强度剪切的螺杆组合情况下,双螺杆挤出机使用36长径比,在保持良好真空状态下,用一定螺杆转速混炼挤出,水冷拉条切粒经过筛分脱水制得绿色环保耐冲击夜光塑料头盔专用材料。

2.一种夜光塑料头盔专用材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:先将聚碳酸酯与抗氧剂、防应力开裂改性剂、夜光剂、润滑剂、其他助剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,后再及时经平行同向双螺杆挤出机在一定强度剪切的螺杆组合情况下,在保持良好真空状态下,用一定螺杆转速混炼挤出,水冷拉条切粒经过筛分脱水制得绿色环保耐冲击夜光塑料头盔专用材料。
