新型龟纹效果在装饰中的运用施工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型龟纹效果工艺在装饰中的运用施工方法。
技术背景
如今的市场,行业的竞争程度在不断的加剧,创新工作成了各行各业当务之急需解决的问题,装饰行业也不例外。目前的装饰行业中的裂纹效果一般采用的是硝基裂纹效果,但是传统硝基裂纹无法呈现的色彩层次效果,而且饰面的抗划伤性能不佳。为满足装饰市场的需求,全新推出龟纹效果工艺,它以独特的裂纹脱颖而出,极大程度满足了市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明目的是解决现有技术中的硝基裂纹所存在的问题,提供一种新型龟纹效果工艺在装饰中的运用的施工方法,这一工艺的推出彻底改变了传统硝基裂纹效果。体现出了传统硝基裂纹无法呈现的色彩层次效果,不仅给人一种焕然一新的视觉效果,同时大大提高了饰面的抗划伤性能。
本发明设计一种新型龟纹效果工艺在装饰中的运用施工方法,其特征在于由下列步骤组成:
(1)素材砂光:选用240#砂纸将基材表面打磨平整、光滑;
(2)批刮腻子:选用外墙腻子,用批刀对基材表面厚刮腻子,使腻子层厚度达5mm以上,表面批刮平整;
(3)高温烘烤:将批刮好腻子层的基材进行60℃-70℃高温烘烤,直到腻子层自然开裂成类似龟纹的交织网状裂痕;
(4)刮涂水性补土:将开裂好的基材,刮涂一层水性补土,以填充龟纹裂痕;
(5)砂光:对批刮好水性补土的基材砂光平整、光滑;
(6)聚氨酯封闭底漆:将聚氨酯透明封闭底漆,加稀释剂粘度调制8-10秒,对批刮好的腻子层均匀喷涂一个“十”字,待干4-5小时;
(7)砂光:选用320#砂纸砂光平整、光滑;
(8)聚氨酯泥黄有色底:将聚氨酯有色底漆加稀释剂粘度调制14-15秒,均匀喷涂一个“十”字,待干3-4小时;
(9)砂光:选用400#砂纸,打磨平整、光滑;
(10)聚氨酯墨绿有色底漆:将聚氨酯有色底漆加稀释剂粘度调制14-15秒,均匀喷涂一个“十”字,待干3-4小时;
(11)砂光:用钢丝球沿着裂痕边缘擦拭,砂穿裂痕边缘,直至透露泥黄底漆;
(12)聚氨酯清底:将聚氨酯透明底加稀释剂粘度调制13-14秒,均匀喷涂一个“十”字,待干3-4小时;
(13)砂光:选600#砂纸砂光平整、光滑;
(14)格丽斯:选用棕色格丽斯,均匀擦拭表面,把表面擦拭干净;
(15)聚氨酯透明底漆:将聚氨酯透明底漆加稀释剂粘度调制13-14秒,均匀喷涂一个“十”字,待干5-6小时;
(16)砂光:选600#砂纸打磨,去除表面污渍,表面光滑、平整;
(17)聚氨酯透明面漆:将聚氨酯透明面漆,加稀释剂粘度调制12-13秒,均匀喷涂一个“十”字,待干24小时以上。
文中所说一个“十”字,是指将被涂物纵向从头到尾全面喷涂一遍,然后横向从头到尾全面喷涂一遍,两遍呈现“十”字交叉状,粘度均以2#岩田杯测试为准。
文中所涉及的聚氨酯封闭底漆、聚氨酯透明底漆、聚氨酯透明面漆、固化剂、稀释剂、稀释剂、棕色格丽斯、均为上海富臣化工有限公司常规配套产品或市场上有售的同类产品,聚氨酯泥黄底漆、聚氨酯墨绿底漆指的是在聚氨酯透明底漆与颜料搭配而成的产品,市场上也有销售同类产品。
具体实施方式
(1)素材砂光:选用240#砂纸将基材表面打磨平整、光滑;具体素材为木板或为三合板、九层板等人造机制板材,
(2)批刮腻子:选用外墙腻子,用批刀对基材表面厚刮腻子,使腻子层厚度达5mm以上,表面批刮平整;
(3)高温烘烤:将批刮好腻子层的基材进行65℃的高温烘烤,直到腻子层自然开裂成类似龟纹的交织网状裂痕;
(4)刮涂水性补土:将开裂好的基材,刮涂一层水性补土,以填充龟纹裂痕;
(5)砂光:对批刮好水性补土的基材砂光平整、光滑;
(6)聚氨酯封闭底漆:将聚氨酯透明封闭底漆,加稀释剂粘度调制10秒,对批刮好的腻子层均匀喷涂一个“十”字,待干5小时;
(7)砂光:选用320#砂纸砂光平整、光滑;
(8)聚氨酯泥黄有色底:将聚氨酯有色底漆加稀释剂粘度调制15秒,均匀喷涂一个“十”字,待干4小时;
(9)砂光:选用400#砂纸,打磨平整、光滑;
(10)聚氨酯墨绿有色底漆:将聚氨酯有色底漆加稀释剂粘度调制15秒,均匀喷涂一个“十”字,待干4小时;
(11)砂光:用钢丝球沿着裂痕边缘擦拭,砂穿裂痕边缘,直至透露泥黄底漆;
(12)聚氨酯清底:将聚氨酯透明底加稀释剂粘度调制14秒,均匀喷涂一个“十”字,待干4小时;
(13)砂光:选600#砂纸砂光平整、光滑;
(14)格丽斯:选用棕色格丽斯,均匀擦拭表面,把表面擦拭干净;
(15)聚氨酯透明底漆:将聚氨酯透明底漆加稀释剂粘度调制14秒,均匀喷涂一个“十”字,待干6小时;
(16)砂光:选600#砂纸打磨,去除表面污渍,表面光滑、平整;
(17)聚氨酯透明面漆:将聚氨酯透明面漆,加稀释剂粘度调制13秒,均匀喷涂一个“十”字,待干24小时以上。

Claims (1)

1.新型龟纹效果在装饰中的运用施工方法,其特征在于由下列步骤组成:
(1)素材砂光:选用240#砂纸将基材表面打磨平整、光滑;
(2)批刮腻子:选用外墙腻子,用批刀对基材表面厚刮腻子,使腻子层厚度达5mm以上,表面批刮平整;
(3)高温烘烤:将批刮好腻子层的基材进行60℃-70℃高温烘烤,直到腻子层自然开裂成类似龟纹的交织网状裂痕;
(4) 刮涂水性补土:将开裂好的基材,刮涂一层水性补土,以填充龟纹裂痕;
(5) 砂光:对批刮好水性补土的基材砂光平整、光滑;
(6)聚氨酯封闭底漆:将聚氨酯透明封闭底漆,加稀释剂粘度调制8-10秒,对批刮好的腻子层均匀喷涂一个“十”字,待干4-5小时;
(7)砂光:选用320#砂纸砂光平整、光滑;
(8)聚氨酯泥黄有色底:将聚氨酯有色底漆加稀释剂粘度调制14-15秒,均匀喷涂一个“十”字,待干3-4小时;
(9) 砂光:选用400#砂纸,打磨平整、光滑;
(10)聚氨酯墨绿有色底漆:将聚氨酯有色底漆加稀释剂粘度调制14-15秒,均匀喷涂一个“十”字,待干3-4小时;
(11) 砂光:用钢丝球沿着裂痕边缘擦拭,砂穿裂痕边缘,直至透露泥黄底漆;
