Abstract

一种用于水稻种子种植的水直播机,包括动力传动机构,播种机构和破土打浆机构等组成。其特征是在动力传动机构与播种机构之间设有一破土打浆轮轴,轮轴上装有与播种咀——对应的破土打浆轮,在破土打浆轮与播种咀之间还设有V型挡土罩,破土打浆轮旋转将水土打成泥浆,播种咀种下的种子落在V型挡土罩内的泥浆上,并被慢慢沉淀的於土覆盖,避免了种子外露被鸟食和烈日晒伤,因而提高了出芽率,节约了种子,并能提高产量,降低种植成本。

一种水稻种子水直播机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种农田播种机,特别是水稻种子的水直播机。 
背景技术
目前我国的水稻机械种植方式主要有三种:第一种是机插秧,笫二种是旱直播,第三种是水直播。用插秧机栽插当然比人工栽插省工省力,但它也必须先育小苗然后二次移栽,费用及成本也较高,而且插秧机大多是由日本引进或合资生产,价格昂贵,结构复杂,使用维修都要经专门培训,所以农民并不欢迎它;第二种旱直播,即用拖拉机为动力配上旋耕条播机或旋耕穴播机旱地麦芷地直接播种,这种方法最省工、省钱,农民大都愿意采用这种方法,但这种方法也有不少缺点,除草剂使用不好会造成草灾,第三它田不平,连续几年旱直播田块中高处水供不上去;第三种方法是水直播,即用拖拉机在田中灌足水的情况下先水耕并用槾板槾平,然后用播种机将水稻种子播入水田中,这种方法比用插秧机要省工省钱,但比旱直播费用要高些。但它也有一些弊端,由于水直播种下的种子大多暴露在水土表面,虽然水稻种子能在水田土表面生根发芽,但若遇上刚种下去即飞来一大群鸟儿,外露的种子很可能被鸟儿食去,或遇上刚种下去连续几天烈日暴晒也有可能会晒伤嫩芽,所以这种水直播也有它的不足之处。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于水稻种子机械种植的水直播机,它能够将播种在水田表面的种子上面覆盖一层泥土,这样种子既不会被鸟儿发现,又不会被烈日晒伤,同时又能保持穴播机种下的种子仍保持原设定的行距、株距,条播机种下的种子,仍保持原设定的行距,并保持原来的均匀度。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种水稻水播机,它的动力传动机构及播种机构与现有技术相同,不同点在于:在动力传动机构与播种机构之间增设一个破土打浆轴,在轴上装有与播种机构中播种嘴数量相同的破土打浆轮,且破土打浆轮的安装位置与播种嘴一一对应,在每对破土打浆轮与播种嘴之间还设有V形档土罩,V型档土罩紧靠播种嘴,其下端比播种嘴低5cm左右,其前边与破土打浆轮之间留有3-5cm间隙,破土打浆轮的宽度与单行播幅相近,一般在8cm左右,破土打浆轮的入土深度3-5cm左右,不同土质略有不同,粘质土壤可以适当浅些,砂质土壤适当深些,目的是能让形成的泥浆中有足够的粘质土或淤泥在比较慢的沉淀时覆盖水稻种子。 
本发明的特点是:当水直播机播种前进时,由于破土打浆轮旋转搅拌将播种嘴前边的泥土与水搅成泥浆,从播种嘴播下的种子落在泥浆上面,随着泥水的分离,砂质土先沉淀,粘质土和淤泥后沉淀,种子沉在砂质土之上的淤泥中,一般能覆盖0.5cm左右一层薄土即不会被鸟儿发现,也不会被烈日晒伤,V形档土罩的作用是保护播种嘴播下的种子不被破土打浆轮抛出的泥浆冲散,而按播种机原设定的株距、行距落在V形罩内的泥浆上。 
本发明的优点是:播下的种子不会被鸟食和烈日晒伤,因而发芽齐全、生长发育良好,既节约种子又能提高产量。它比插秧机大大降低了种植成本和劳动强度,它虽然比旱直播机成本略高些,但它克服了旱直播草难除、田不平和受天气制约的弊端。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示:一种水稻种子水直播机,在动力传动部件1的动力输出轴2上装有第一链轮3和第四链轮4,当前进播种时动力输出轴2旋转,通过第四链轮14、链条13和第三链轮12带动破土轮轴5以及装于轴上的破土打浆轮11一同旋转,此时破土打浆轮将播种嘴前的泥水搅成泥浆,与此同时动力输出轴2的另一端通过第一链轮3、链条4和第二链轮6带动播种机构8的播种轴7旋转,并将种子从播种嘴9播入泥浆中,由于在破土打浆轮11与播种嘴9之间装有V形挡土罩10,这样种子不会被破土打浆轮抛出的泥浆冲散。而是按照水直播机设定的行距株距落在V形挡土罩10内的泥浆上,随着泥浆的沉淀种子上面将会沉淀薄薄一层淤泥,避免了种子外露被鸟食和烈日晒伤。 

Claims (2)

1.一种水稻水直播机,包括动力机构、播种机构和旋转轮打浆机构等部分组成,其特征是:在播种咀前面设有一旋转的破土打浆轮轴,轮轴上装有与播种咀——对应的破土打浆轮,在破土打浆轮与播种咀之间设有V形挡土罩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的破土打浆轮与播种咀之间所设的V形挡土罩必须紧靠播种咀,其下端应低于播种咀5cm左右,其前端应与破土轮留有间隔3-5cm。
