本发明要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现的，一种太阳能热水器上水阀自动关闭器，其特点是：在上水阀的阀杆上固定有一个平衡管，平衡管的一端固定有一个平衡体，平衡管的另端装有一个与平衡管相通的空心的注水器，平衡管上设有与太阳能热水器回水管相接的注水口，注水器上开有透气排水小孔。
使用时，将太阳能热水器的回水管插入平衡管上注水口内。平衡管接近水平位置，此时平衡管两端重量相等，打开太阳能热水器的上水阀，当太阳能热水器的水箱水满时，从回水管流出的水经平衡管，流入注水器内，在重力作用下，平衡管向注水器一侧旋转，则自动关闭上水阀。注水器内的水相应的从注水器的小孔中慢慢排出，为下一次上水作准备。
