Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于天然护肤品加工技术领域，具体为一种天然祛斑美容软膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平和审美标准的提高,白皙与洁润的肌肤越来越被大多数女性所推崇。美白产品需求量一直占有很大的比例，迄今为止仍然最大，而顾客的追求将令美白产品不断发展更新。一直以来,美白祛斑都是人们所热切关注的话题。人们希望通过美白护理品的使用而得到白皙、光洁的皮肤,更有一些利用功能型美白化妆品来减轻老年斑、黄褐斑等色素沉积。
化妆品在美白祛斑方面主要可分为几大类。一、遮盖：在护肤品里面添加钦白粉或类似的白色粉状物通过涂抹将其覆盖在皮肤表面,令皮肤看起来变白了如某品牌增白粉蜜等。80年代末至90年代前期增白粉蜜类化妆品风靡一时。由于消费习惯的变化及更佳替代品的出现此类产品几乎被淘汰了只有少数演变成彩妆湿粉类的品种。二、剥脱：将某类矿物、植物坚果壳、动物骨骼、贝壳等类粉碎成一定细度后添加到皮肤按摩用品或皮肤清洁用品中制成磨剥剂。使用中,通过对表皮外角质层的磨剥,令皮肤看起来显得更加嫩白如某品牌磨砂膏等。由于消费习惯的变化90年代前期和中期热销的磨砂膏或磨砂洗面奶类化妆品现已难觅其踪影了。三、生物化学方法：在护肤品中添加酸性化合物使用中通过对表皮外角质层的的侵蚀,令其加快脱落速度令皮肤看起来显得更加嫩白。90年代前期,发生了若千例因使用此类化妆品令皮肤受损的事件及其相关投诉,使化学剥脱类化妆品逐步退出了市场。由于个体差异，部分人使用一些美白产品后,发生皮肤受损情况。而少数持续使用者由于皮肤内一些有害物的增多令皮肤衰老加快也有发生皮肤变白而并不美，如同死人般的一张惨白的脸的情况。因此,现在许多美白产品并不推荐消费者持续使用,因为它们包含了不利于皮肤健康的因素。减少皮肤色素沉着令皮肤显得更加年轻、健康，是消费者的正确追求。但却不要以损害皮肤健康来换取暂时的白哲,更不要错误地去追求一张惨白的脸。减淡皮肤色素类化妆品经历了从增白类到美白类产品的两个阶段，现在“养白”概念和产品的推出，表明了其中科技含量的增高，也保证了美白类化妆品的有效性和安全性。随着生活富裕和社会交往增多我们更需要讲究个人的形象,我们更需要以良好的个人形象来增强自信迎接各种社会挑战。但是如果皮肤已经不健康了,正如前人所言“皮之不存毛将焉附？”皮肤的健康都没有了,如何还能谈得上美丽与漂亮,可以确定随着中国经济的快速增长、购买力的快速提高、人口数量持续正增长、农村人口城镇化、社会交往的增多等等因素可以推测中国减淡皮肤色素护肤品现有的庞大市场容量,还将长期以较快速度增长。
随着全球化妆品市场的成长以及消费者需求的不断增长，以下一些全球化妆品市场出现的新的发展趋势值得关注:1)产品要环保、绿色、可生物降解。源自天然成分和原料的化妆品产品将会越来越多地在市场上出现。2)产品要对人体绝对安全。化妆品的安全性不仅关系到消费者的身心健康，也关系到企业和行业的生死存亡。3)以天然植物尤其是中草药成分的功效性产品很有发展潜力。中国在应用中草药方面具有得天独厚的条件。我国素有天然药物王国的盛誉，开发的新产品很容易被消费者接受。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题，本发明的目的在于设计提供一种天然祛斑美容软膏及其制备方法的技术方案，具有美容祛斑、滋润肌肤、防治皮肤干裂、脱皮、角质化的功效，且生产成本低，效果显著，天然环保、无任何毒副作用。
所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于含有重量百分比的以下物质：桃胶粉15～25份，皂角米粉22～36份，薄荷粉7～13份，无水乙醇2～9份，蜂蜜6～13份，橄榄油3～11份，蒸馏水11～21份。
所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于：所述的桃胶粉为17～24份，优选20～22份。
所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于：所述的皂角米粉为25～32份，优选28～30份。
所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于：所述的薄荷粉为8～12份，优选10～11份。
所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于：所述的无水乙醇为4～8份，优选5～6份。
所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于：所述的蜂蜜为8～12份，优选9～11份。
所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于：所述的橄榄油为4～10份，优选5～8份。
所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于：所述的蒸馏水为12～20份，优选15～18份。
所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
1）将桃胶、皂角米、薄荷叶粉碎至600-800目细粉，备用；
2）按照桃胶粉15～25份，皂角米粉22～36份，薄荷粉7～13份，无水乙醇2～9份，蜂蜜6～13份，橄榄油3～11份，蒸馏水11～21份重量配比称取上述物质，搅拌溶解混合均匀成粘稠的膏状，即得祛斑美容软膏。
上述一种天然祛斑美容软膏及其制备方法，以纯天然的桃胶、皂角米为护肤原料，与蒸馏水、蜂蜜、橄榄油以及少量的无水乙醇调制而成，添加了一定比例的薄荷成分，起到了良好的辅助和舒缓肌肤的作用，具有淡化祛除色斑、美容养颜、防止皮肤干裂老化、消炎止痛的功效，同时能防治皮肤细菌的感染，对预防皮肤角质化，红肿瘙痒有很好的效果；其效果优良、使用方便，生产安全，所有原料天然无毒。
本申请文件中涉及的百分含量除另有说明外，其它的均为纯物质的重量百分含量。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明，并结合药效试验进一步说明本发明的有益效果。
实施例1
先将桃胶、皂角米、薄荷叶粉碎至800目细粉，再向干净的2L容器中加入170g桃胶粉、320g皂角米粉、90g薄荷粉、70g无水乙醇、80g蜂蜜、40g橄榄油和190g蒸馏水，最后搅拌溶解混合均匀成粘稠的膏状，即成最终产品。
实施例2
先将桃胶、皂角米、薄荷叶粉碎至600目细粉，再向干净的2L容器中加入230g桃胶粉、250g皂角米粉、110g薄荷粉、30g无水乙醇、100g蜂蜜、90g橄榄油和150g蒸馏水，最后搅拌溶解混合均匀成粘稠的膏状，即成最终产品。
实施例3
先将桃胶、皂角米、薄荷叶粉碎至700目细粉，再向干净的2L容器中加入180g桃胶粉、270g皂角米粉、100g薄荷粉、40g无水乙醇、90g蜂蜜、50g橄榄油和160g蒸馏水，最后搅拌溶解混合均匀成粘稠的膏状，即成最终产品。
实施例4
先将桃胶、皂角米、薄荷叶粉碎至650目细粉，再向干净的2L容器中加入190g桃胶粉、300g皂角米粉、95g薄荷粉、50g无水乙醇、85g蜂蜜、60g橄榄油和170g蒸馏水，最后搅拌溶解混合均匀成粘稠的膏状，即成最终产品。
实施例5
先将桃胶、皂角米、薄荷叶粉碎至750目细粉，再向干净的2L容器中加入200g桃胶粉、310g皂角米粉、105g薄荷粉、60g无水乙醇、95g蜂蜜、80g橄榄油和180g蒸馏水，最后搅拌溶解混合均匀成粘稠的膏状，即成最终产品。
实施例6
先将桃胶、皂角米、薄荷叶粉碎至680目细粉，再向干净的2L容器中加入175g桃胶粉、315g皂角米粉、97g薄荷粉、65g无水乙醇、95g蜂蜜、85g橄榄油和180g蒸馏水，最后搅拌溶解混合均匀成粘稠的膏状，即成最终产品。
以下通过试验进一步说明本发明的有益效果。

1. 一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于含有重量百分比的以下物质：桃胶粉15～25份，皂角米粉22～36份，薄荷粉7～13份，无水乙醇2～9份，蜂蜜6～13份，橄榄油3～11份，蒸馏水11～21份。
2. 如权利要求1所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于：所述的桃胶粉为17～24份，优选20～22份。
3. 如权利要求1所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于：所述的皂角米粉为25～32份，优选28～30份。
4. 如权利要求1所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于：所述的薄荷粉为8～12份，优选10～11份。
5. 如权利要求1所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于：所述的无水乙醇为4～8份，优选5～6份。
6. 如权利要求1所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于：所述的蜂蜜为8～12份，优选9～11份。
7. 如权利要求1所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于：所述的橄榄油为4～10份，优选5～8份。
8. 如权利要求1所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏，其特征在于：所述的蒸馏水为12～20份，优选15～18份。
9. 如权利要求1所述的一种天然祛斑美容软膏的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
1）将桃胶、皂角米、薄荷叶粉碎至600-800目细粉，备用；
