本发明公开了一种弹性整体泵芯,其特征在于:包括有泵芯杆,在所述的泵芯杆内设有导液通道,在所述泵芯杆一端上一体成型有密封塞,在所述的泵芯杆上一体成型有活塞件,在所述活塞件与密封塞之间的泵芯杆上设有导液通孔,所述的导液通孔与导液通道相互连通。本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,组装方便,密封效果好的弹性整体泵芯。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹性整体泵芯。
背景技术
传统的泵芯是由泵杆、活塞和堵头三件组装而成,是泵头中起到密封性的核心部件;但是现有的这种设计泵杆、活塞和堵头之间的连接不够牢固,使用过程中容易分离,密封效果不好,而且组装不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,组装方便,密封效果好的弹性整体泵芯。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种弹性整体泵芯,其特征在于:包括有泵芯杆,在所述的泵芯杆内设有导液通道,在所述泵芯杆一端上一体成型有密封塞,在所述的泵芯杆上一体成型有活塞件,在所述活塞件与密封塞之间的泵芯杆上设有导液通孔,所述的导液通孔与导液通道相互连通。
如上所述的一种弹性整体泵芯,其特征在于在所述泵芯杆另一端上设有与弯嘴按头相连接的连接部,在所述的连接部外壁上外延有环形密封圈。
如上所述的一种弹性整体泵芯,其特征在于所述连接部的直径小于所述泵芯杆的直径。
如上所述的一种弹性整体泵芯,其特征在于在所述密封塞与活塞件之间的泵芯杆上设有密封加强筋。
如上所述的一种弹性整体泵芯,其特征在于所述的密封塞为锥台密封塞。
如上所述的一种弹性整体泵芯,其特征在于在所述的密封塞一端上设有凹槽。
如上所述的一种弹性整体泵芯,其特征在于所述的活塞件包括由TPE材料做成的弹性圆柱体,在所述的弹性圆柱体中部上设有弧形凹槽。
如上所述的一种弹性整体泵芯,其特征在于所述的导液通孔为两个,两个所述导液通孔对称设置在所述泵芯杆上。
如上所述的一种弹性整体泵芯,其特征在于所述的活塞件的之间外径大于密封塞的外径。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
本发明中采用注塑工艺将不同材质的泵芯杆,密封塞,活塞件一体注塑成型减少了组装工序,减少了机台、模具的投入,通过工序的减少也有效的确保了产品质量的稳定性。
本发明中密封塞和活塞件采用TPE材料良好弹性韧性,满足产品的密封要求,泵芯杆采用PP材料的刚性又可以起到一定承压作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1至3所示的一种弹性整体泵芯,包括有泵芯杆1,在所述的泵芯杆1内设有导液通道2,在所述泵芯杆1一端上一体成型有密封塞3,在所述的泵芯杆1上一体成型有活塞件4,在所述活塞件4与密封塞3之间的泵芯杆1上设有导液通孔5,所述的导液通孔5与导液通道2相互连通。
本发明中在所述泵芯杆1另一端上设有与弯嘴按头相连接的连接部6,在所述的连接部6外壁上外延有一环形密封圈7。
本发明中所述连接部6的直径小于所述泵芯杆1的直径。
本发明中在所述密封塞3与活塞件4之间的泵芯杆1上设有密封加强筋8。所述的密封塞3为锥台密封塞。
本发明中在所述的密封塞3一端上设有一凹槽9。
本发明中所述的活塞件4包括由TPE材料做成的弹性圆柱体,在所述的弹性圆柱体中部上设有弧形凹槽10。
本发明中所述的导液通孔5为两个,两个所述导液通孔5对称设置在所述泵芯杆1上。所述的活塞件4的外径大于密封塞3的外径。
