本发明涉及一种含有氧化苦参碱与苯甲酰脲类成分的杀虫组合物,其中氧化苦参碱与苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂的质量份数比为1-40:40-1,苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂选自氟铃脲、氟虫脲、氟啶脲、虱螨脲、氟酰脲、灭幼脲、除虫脲和伏虫隆中的一种或多种。该杀虫组合物可用于防治甜菜夜蛾、稻纵卷叶螟、棉铃虫、小菜蛾、菜青虫、斜纹夜蛾、苹果卷叶蛾、粉虱、红蜘蛛。

含有氧化苦参碱与苯甲酰脲类成分的杀虫组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种杀虫组合物及用途,特别是含有氧化苦参碱和苯甲酰脲类杀虫成分的复配组合物。本发明可用于防治甜菜夜蛾、稻纵卷叶螟、棉铃虫、小菜蛾、菜青虫、斜纹夜蛾、苹果卷叶蛾、粉虱、红蜘蛛等害虫。
背景技术
在过去的几十年中,有机磷类、氨基甲酸酯类及拟除虫菊酯类等杀虫剂在防治和保障农业丰产增收方面起到十分重要的作用,然而,由于这些杀虫剂频繁大量的应用,害虫对这些杀虫剂已经了严重的抗药性;与此同时,这些传统杀虫剂对害虫的天敌带来了严重危害,并对环境产生了污染。所以,研制高选择、低毒和环境友好的杀虫剂成为未来农药发展的趋势。
氧化苦参碱是天然植物性成分,对人畜低毒,具有广谱杀虫活性,对害虫具有触杀和胃毒作用。对各种作物上的黏虫、菜青虫、蚜虫、红蜘蛛有明显的防治效果。苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂主要是阻止昆虫表皮几丁质的生物合成及沉积,致使UDPAG在昆虫体内积累,使昆虫表皮变薄、体液渗出或不能蜕皮而死亡。又由于几丁质不存在哺乳动物及高等植物中,因此该类杀虫剂具有极高的环境安全性,同时具有使用浓度低、降解速度快特点,是开发和复配的热点之一。
研究与开发生物农药成为农林业可持续发展的热点,而且将两种不同结构、不同作用机理的成分进行复配,是减少、延缓抗性害虫、提高药效和保护生态的有效途径。目前,关于氧化苦参碱与苯甲酰脲类杀虫成分的增效复配及应用研究尚未报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服和延缓害虫的抗药性,提供一种含有氧化苦参碱和苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂的杀虫组合物,其中氧化苦参碱与苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂的质量份数比为1-40:40-1,优选地,氧化苦参碱与苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂的质量份数比为1:1-40。
上述杀虫组合物中,优选地,苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂选自氟铃脲、氟虫脲、氟啶脲、虱螨脲、氟酰脲、灭幼脲、除虫脲和伏虫隆中的一种或多种。优选地,苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂为氟铃脲、氟虫脲、氟啶脲或虱螨脲。
上述杀虫组合物可加工配制成悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂等制剂。
上述制剂的加工配制方法可以通过制剂领域常规的制备方法制备。
本发明还提供了上述杀虫组合物用于防治害虫的用途,其中所述害虫为甜菜夜蛾、棉铃虫、小菜蛾、菜青虫、斜纹夜蛾、苹果卷叶蛾、白粉虱、红蜘蛛等害虫的一种或多种。优选地,害虫为甜菜夜蛾、朱砂叶螨、稻纵卷叶螟和螺旋粉虱中的一种或多种。
本发明的农药组合物与现有技术相比,产生以下有益效果:
(1)活性成分组合物有协同增效作用;
(2)由于组合物活性成分的作用机理不同,根据害虫抗药性理论和实践,组合物的应用能够延缓苯甲酰脲类的抗性发展,延长其使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明决不限于下述实施例。以下所述仅用于解释本发明,对于不偏离本发明精神和原则所做的修改、替换或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
生物实施例1:甜菜夜蛾
试验采用田间采集的甜菜夜蛾,经饲养2代后用于试验。具体方法如下:
叶碟准备:选取清洁苞菜,清洗并晾干,用打孔器做成叶碟备用。
药剂配制:试验原药为厂家提供原药,由我公司产品开发中心制成需要的制剂。试验前,根据不同配比方案配制成不同的浓度梯度,每配比6个浓度。
浸渍:用镊子夹取叶碟在药液中浸5秒,取出晾在吸水纸上,待自然风干后放于24孔板内,每孔2片。每浓度处理共放3板。
接虫:24孔板每孔放1头甜菜夜蛾,盖好盖好后放入养虫室(25±1℃,12H/12H)中。
调查统计:处理48小时后检查死虫数,用Abbott公式计算校正死亡率。应用计算机程序求出各供试单剂及各不同配比的致死中浓度LC50,根据孙云沛法计算药剂的毒力指数及混用的共毒系数(CTC值),CTC值大于120的为增效作用,具体方法如下。

结果表明,氟铃脲与氧化苦参碱组合物与相应单剂相比,三个配比实例的CTC值明显均大于120。因此,本发明的组合物对甜菜夜蛾具有明显的增效作用,防治甜菜夜蛾具有显著的效果。
生物实施例2:朱砂叶螨
试虫:室内用蚕豆苗常年饲养的朱砂叶螨,试验前,将双面胶带贴在载玻片的一端,用毛笔挑选已扩繁的龄期一致的成螨反帖在胶带上,每玻片帖50头左右,放于铺有滤纸保湿的9cm培养皿中。2小时后镜检,弃掉死亡虫体。
药剂配制:试验原药为厂家提供原药,由我公司产品开发中心制成需要的制剂。试验前,根据不同配比方案配制成不同浓度梯度,每配比6个浓度。
浸渍:从低浓度开始,用镊子夹起载玻片,将粘有螨的一端浸入待测的浓度系列溶液中,轻轻摇动3秒后取出,滤去药液并用吸水纸吸去多余的药液,放于培养皿中。每浓度3个玻片。
调查统计:处理48小时后检查死虫数。用Abbott公式计算校正死亡率,应用计算机程序求出各供试单剂及各不同配比的致死中浓度LC50,根据孙云沛法计算药剂的毒力指数及混用的共毒系数(CTC值),CTC值大于120的为增效作用,等于120为加和作用,小于120为拮抗作用,试验结果见表2。

结果表明,氟虫脲与氧化苦参碱组合物与单剂相比,三个配比的CTC值明显均大于120。因此,本发明的组合物对朱砂叶螨具有明显的增效作用,防治朱砂叶螨具有显著的效果。
生物实施例3:稻纵卷叶螟
试虫:将田间采集有稻纵卷叶螟新鲜虫苞剪成长约8cm,放入一次性塑料杯中,每塑料杯放30~40个虫苞。
药剂配制:试验原药为厂家提供原药,由我公司产品开发中心制成需要的制剂。试验前,根据不同配比方案配制成不同浓度梯度,每配比6个浓度。
喷雾:用POTT喷雾塔在50PSI压力下喷雾,每次喷药2毫升。喷雾从低浓度开始,空白对照喷等量清水。喷完后盖上卷纸,橡皮筋扎好,放入养虫室(25±1℃,12H/12H)中。
调查统计:处理24小时后检查死虫数,用Abbott公式计算校正死亡率。应用计算机程序求出各供试药剂致死中浓度LC50,根据孙云沛法计算混用药剂的共毒系数(CTC值),CTC值大于120的为增效作用。具体结果见表3。

结果表明,氟啶脲与氧化苦参碱组合物与相应单剂相比,三个配比的CTC值明显均大于120。因此,本发明的组合物对稻纵卷叶螟具有明显的增效作用,防治稻纵卷叶螟具有显著的效果。
生物实施例4:螺旋粉虱
试虫:统计田间番石榴植株具有试虫的叶片并标记,每叶片具虫50头以上。
喷雾:用手动喷雾器轻轻喷雾,保证雾滴均匀并布满叶片。
调查统计:处理24h、48h后检查死虫数,用Abbott公式计算校正死亡率。统计防效。试验结果见表4。

结果表明,虱螨脲与氧化苦参碱组合物与相应单剂相比,三个配比组合物在相同的应用剂量下,24h、48h的防效均高于相同剂量下单剂的效果,本发明的组合物对螺旋粉虱具有明显的增效作用,防治螺旋粉虱具有显著的效果。

Claims (7)

1.一种含有氧化苦参碱和苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂的杀虫组合物,其中氧化苦参碱与苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂的质量份数比为1-40:40-1。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其中氧化苦参碱与苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂的质量份数比为1:1-40。 
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的杀虫组合物,其中苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂选自氟铃脲、氟虫脲、氟啶脲、虱螨脲、氟酰脲、灭幼脲、除虫脲和伏虫隆中的一种或多种。 
4.根据权利要求3所述的杀虫组合物,其中苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂为氟铃脲、氟虫脲、氟啶脲或虱螨脲。 
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述的杀虫组合物,该杀虫组合物加工配制成悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。 
6.权利要求1-5任一项所述的杀虫组合物用于防治害虫的用途,其中所述害虫为甜菜夜蛾、棉铃虫、小菜蛾、菜青虫、斜纹夜蛾、苹果卷叶蛾、白粉虱、红蜘蛛等害虫的一种或多种。 
7.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其中害虫为甜菜夜蛾、朱砂叶螨、稻纵卷叶螟和螺旋粉虱中的一种或多种。
