技术领域
本发明涉及安装定子叶片固定罩的方法及用于实施该方法的装置。
背景技术
固定轮叶片与罩沿其内部直径固定。加工过程期间,罩不附着在叶片上,只有在将固定轮插入和安装在固定轮牢固固定在其上的涡轮机支撑里之后,罩才固定到叶片上。根据叶片安装的实际情况,固定叶片上的突出的铆钉必须在单独的小的覆盖件上手工延展,以此实现为规定数量的铆钉上放置覆盖件钻孔。这样钻出的孔用于在固定叶片的端部插入铆钉。然而,孔和铆钉公差很小以至于一些铆钉不得不用强力压入孔中,固定铆钉和实际的固定叶片都被损坏。当所有的覆盖件通过凸起的铆钉固定在固定叶片的端部时,所需的人为因素和外力带来以下后果:不可控制的人工特性在于其高劳动消耗,消极影响人类器官的强震和主要就无能力施加合适的力在铆钉上,引起需要向下钉入同样高度的铆钉过载且铆钉头部高度不同。
实现安装固定叶片固定罩的装置不是已知的,一直应用的方法是一定程序和装置的结合,特别是手握铆钉锤。
发明内容
这些缺点由用于固定叶片固定罩的方法来避免,其原理在于将叶片自由地无需任何固定地插入叶片轮。叶片轮位于旋转部分上,且通过顶部侧面固定。叶片铆钉一个接一个插入罩中。叶片底部插入叶片轮和叶片轮一起站立在一个固定表面并通过紧握的带有铆钉头的铆钉固定在罩里。当安装完成时,整个叶片轮借助旋转段旋转来安装下一个铆钉,即,整个轮旋转,从而使下一个叶片处于垂直固体表面的一个位置。执行该过程直到所有在罩内的叶片铆钉被安装。
安装固定叶片固定罩的方法和执行该方法的最大优点是铆接过程准确施加的力可以控制且铆钉不会过载。铆接通常在铆钉轴上实现。从而获得高准确性,避免将实际罩安装在铆钉上时固定叶片的变形。多亏使用该装置来实现该方法,工人在手工铆接期间不用接触强震,且不会损害他们的健康。

本发明的工业实用性
本发明能用于现有的隔圈生产,允许生产带有固定叶片并包括叶片罩的已制成的隔圈。直到最近,罩过去常用于安装涡轮机定距环后的固定,从长远来看,任务完成期间,这是非常不符合人体工程学,且在极端案例中,可以导致装配的涡轮机损坏。这样,对比现有过程,本发明的方法更有效、更快、同时成本更低。
