技术领域
本发明涉及接收车门门槛的机动车辆的纵梁护壳。
背景技术
购买机动车辆的客户通常会为它的汽车选择各种装备。从风格的角度来说，它们经常会在具有某些与众不同的细节的修饰件中选择。这些细节的其中之一涉及具有不锈钢元件的车辆驾驶舱护壳。这样的驾驶舱护壳会使得车辆显得更加运动和/或优雅。
为了使汽车的成本更低，基于这些新颖装置的模型由成本更低的部件代替，例如塑性材质的元件。
因此，机动车辆的纵梁护壳可以承载具有不同修饰件的车门门槛。车门门槛可以由塑性材质制成、可以为不锈钢部件，或者为了使汽车更加个性化，门槛可以背光地展示标记、装饰或者标志。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种接收车门门槛的机动车辆的纵梁护壳，其允许装配具有不同修饰件和/或不同功能的车门门槛，而无需为不同的车门门槛设计不同的纵梁护壳。
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种接收车门门槛的机动车辆的纵梁护壳，其中，所述护壳的本体包括向上开口的壳体，所述壳体基本上沿所述护壳的纵轴线延伸并且被所述车门门槛封闭，所述车门门槛在具有不同修饰件水平和/或不同功能的多种模型中选择。
所述车门门槛的形式可以为具有弯折边缘的盖并且可以被容置在所述护壳的上表面的凹部中。
根据一个优选实施例，所述门槛是具有设置在护壳的本体的壳体中的照明系统的背光门槛，所述门槛的盖部分中的切口被半透明窗填充。
优选地，照明系统包括向上开口的箱，所述箱的上边缘安放在所述护壳的本体的壳体的边缘上，所述箱的底部上包括具有沿其纵轴线规则分布的多个发光二极管的印刷电路板。
优选地，所述箱用树脂玻璃材质的半透明盖关闭，门槛的盖部分通过切口装配在所述半透明盖上。
优选地，所述半透明盖面向切口的部分升高以便使其上表面与门槛的盖部分的上表面对齐。
门槛的盖部分可以是围绕切口的冲压部，以形成用于半透明遮盖部的壳体。
优选地，遮盖部包括带有装饰或标志的半透明印刷膜。
门槛的盖部分可以是不锈钢材质或塑性材质。

图1是示出根据本发明的纵梁护壳1的实施例的分解图。护壳1的本体包括向上开口的必要时接收照明系统5的壳体3，所述照明系统5包括其中具有印刷电路板10的盒8，所述印刷电路板具有以规则的方式沿其纵轴线分布的发光二极管11。盒8的上部由半透明的盖7关闭。壳体3的上边缘周围包括轮廓与车门门槛2相同的凹部4，所述车门门槛安放在纵梁护壳1上使得切口6面向照明系统5。切口6也由凹部12围绕，半透明的遮盖部13安放在所述凹部中，所述遮盖部包括带有装饰、标记或标志的半透明印刷膜。
图1示出具有背光车门门槛的纵梁护壳。当车辆的车门打开时，光源（即LED）可以受到处于启动位置的电开关控制。
这种背光门槛的实施例展示了车门门槛最豪华的配置。如果客户不保留这种新颖装置，则可以选择更简单和成本更低的修饰件。
图2示出三种可能的修饰件。图2a示出塑性材质的车门门槛2a。在这种情况下，车门门槛2a具有在纵梁护壳1中的壳体3上的简单的用于开口的盖并且在该实施例中不具有附加功能。
同样地，如图2b所示，可以在纵梁护壳1的上表面上设置不锈钢的车门门槛2b。
图2c示出具有如图1所示的背光车门门槛2c的纵梁护壳。盒8的上边缘安放在壳体3的上边缘上。在盒8的底部上设置具有发光二极管11的印刷电路板10。盒8由半透明材质的盖7关闭。盖7包括在车门门槛2的切口6位置处的升高部分，以便使其上表面与围绕车门门槛2切口6的冲压部分对齐。图2c所示的车门门槛2c是不锈钢的，但是其也可以由塑性材质制成。
不锈钢车门门槛2c的该部分12中安放有遮盖部13，所述遮盖部也是半透明的并且印刷有标记、装饰或标志。如同从图2c中可以看出，布置这种背光的门槛，可以获得纵梁护壳1和车门门槛2共同的平坦表面，没有令人不适的突出。
这种纵梁护壳和车门门槛涉及的模块性有助于降低制造成本，因为对于三种版本的修饰件都仅需要制造一种纵梁护壳的本体模型。这降低了这种部件的制造、存储和分配的设备成本。

Claims (4)

1.一种接收车门门槛(2)的机动车辆的纵梁护壳(1)，其中，所述护壳(1)的本体包括向上开口的壳体(3)，所述壳体基本上沿所述护壳(1)的纵轴线延伸并且被所述车门门槛(2)封闭，所述车门门槛在具有不同修饰件水平和/或不同功能的多种模型中选择；
所述车门门槛(2)的形式为具有弯折边缘的盖并且被容置在所述护壳(1)的上表面的凹部(4)中；所述门槛(2)是具有设置在护壳(1)的本体的壳体(3)中的照明系统(5)的背光门槛，所述门槛的盖部分中的切口(6)被半透明盖(7)填充；照明系统(5)包括向上开口的箱(8)，所述箱的上边缘(9)安放在所述护壳(1)的本体的壳体(3)的边缘上，所述箱的底部上包括具有沿其纵轴线规则分布的多个发光二极管(11)的印刷电路板(10)；所述箱(8)用树脂玻璃材质的半透明盖(7)关闭，门槛的盖部分通过切口(6)装配在所述半透明盖上；所述半透明盖(7)面向切口(6)的部分升高以便使其上表面与门槛的盖部分的上表面对齐；门槛的盖部分是围绕切口(6)的冲压部(12)，以形成用于半透明遮盖部(13)的壳体。
