Abstract

该门窗限定器又称门窗定位器，将该限定器安装在门窗框内上下横梁内空的一端或两端内，当门窗扇平开时，可将门窗扇的上转轴及下旋转轮限定在所需的位置内，起到门窗扇外开稳定的作用，使门窗扇实现平开折叠功能。

本发明涉及门窗用的一种配件
现有的门窗窗扇平开时，大都采用两种方式的配件来使门窗扇与门窗框加以连接，即铰链式及摩擦铰链式，这两种配件连接后的门窗扇，存在有以下缺陷，即铰链式和摩擦铰链式连接后的门窗扇不能移动，全都把门扇或窗扇定死在门窗框内左右一侧或两侧内，使门窗的空间不能最大化，这已不适应当今人们期盼窗户大采光、大通风的要求，及多扇门开启的要求，窗扇采用摩擦铰链还有一个缺陷是：当窗扇外开久了，摩擦铰链在窗扇玻璃的自重下沉下变形，从而影响窗扇的开合。
为解决这些缺陷，本人发明了门窗限定器。
该限定器(又称定位器)主要用于多功能门窗，作门窗扇平开时定位所使。把该限定器安装在门框或窗框上下横梁内空中的一端或两端。将门扇或窗扇在门窗框内的轨道上呈推拉状向左右推拉至门框或窗框内的一侧或两侧。再随着门窗扇向外旋转，安装在门窗扇上的上转轴帽及下转轴旋转轮的角度发生变化，这时的上转轴帽及下转轴旋转轮，逐渐进入限定器的凹槽2内，从而带动门窗扇被定位在窗框内所需的位置内，达到门窗扇外开后稳定定位的效果，实现门窗扇平开折叠的功能。如果门窗扇需要移动时，门窗扇呈反方向旋转90度，这时门窗扇上转轴帽和下转轴旋转轮自动脱离限定器，门窗扇就可以左右移动了。
所说的限定器呈条形状1，限定器形状截面根据实用，可以制作成方形、扁方形、圆形、椭圆形，但是不论哪种形状，都必须在条形状整体的一侧或一面开有凹形口2，并带有镶装槽3，缓冲滑动轨5，限定器底座7，有的限定器可带边框6，如图1所示，带稳定键4，有的限定器可不带边框，如图2所示，也可不带稳定键，制作限定器所用的材质，为硬质材质。

Claims (3)

1.门窗限定器(又称定位器)其特征在于：该限定器为长条形、形状截面根据实用可制作成方形、扁方形、椭圆形、圆形，但是不论哪种截面形状，其都必须在长条形整体的一侧或一面开有多个凹形口，带有镶装槽。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的门窗限定器，其特征在于：限定器有缓冲滑动轨，限定器底座。
3.根据权利要求书1、2所述的门窗限定器，其特征在于：有的限定器带有稳定键，限定器边框。
