本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：该信号发射器包括微处理器、编码器、滤波器和信号发射模块；其中微处理器的输出端连接编码器的输入端，编码器的输出端连接滤波器的输入端，滤波器的输出端连接信号发射模块的输入端。
本发明的优点是：性能稳定，抗干扰，节省电路资源，使用方便。
