一种太阳能防冻管
技术领域    本发明涉及一种管材,尤其是一种水管防护管材设备。
背景技术    众所周知,太阳能热水器已成为现代住宅中常用的淋浴设备。但是,受太阳能热水器的结构特性限制,导水管始终露在户外,在冬季使用时很容易造成导水管内结冰,此时便会堵塞正常排水,导致无法使用热水器。为此,我们提供了一种专门防止该段导水管上冻问题的管材,避免导水管上冻而造成的排水不畅的问题。
发明内容    本发明的目的是提供一种通过电能供热来防止水管上冻的太阳能防冻管。
本发明包括套管,套管内壁附有一层粘性膜,在套管内部设有加热电阻丝,所述加热电阻丝与电源线连接,电源线从套管底部引出。
使用时,使用者将套管套在热水器导水管的外部,通过套管内壁的粘性膜增大连接稳定性,使用前将电源线接通电源,使管内的加热电阻丝消耗电能而升温,提高管壁的温度,从而达到融化导水管内结冰的目的,或者防止管内结冰的目的。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:设计合理、方便实用、工艺精巧,可提高热水器使用寿命,避免结冰问题。

具体实施方式    在图1所示的本发明的立体结构简图中,包括套管1,套管内壁附有一层粘性膜2,在套管内部设有加热电阻丝3,所述加热电阻丝与电源线连接,电源线从套管底部引出。
