本发明公开了一种强化玻璃,该强化玻璃成分按重量份为:二氧化硅65-70份;氧化钡5-8份;三氧化二铝2-5份;氧化钠15-20份;氧化钾2-7份;氧化钡1-5份;氧化锂3-8份。强化玻璃表面具有压缩应力层,且该压缩应力层的厚度为5-10μm。本发明的优点是:玻璃的应变点越低温度越低,本发明玻璃可在短时间内通过离子交换所得,不需要长时间制备,失透性优良,可大规模生产。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种强化玻璃。
背景技术
随着玻璃工业的进步和人们生活水平的提高,玻璃在建筑工业上的使用越来越广泛,而且人们对玻璃的性能要求越来越高,通常用作强化玻璃的成分为二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、氧化钠和氧化钾,所以说玻璃中加入化学元素的种类的不同,直接决定了强化玻璃的性能。因此,需要提供一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供软化点低的一种强化玻璃。
本发明采用的技术方案:
一种强化玻璃,所述该强化玻璃成分按重量份为: 
二氧化硅     65-70份;
氧化钡       5-8份;
三氧化二铝   2-5份;
氧化钠       15-20份;
氧化钾       2-7份;
氧化钡       1-5份;
氧化锂       3-8份。                      
所述强化玻璃表面具有压缩应力层,且该压缩应力层的厚度为5-10μm。
所述该强化玻璃的液相温度为1060-1150℃。
所述该强化玻璃的应变点为500-800℃。
所述强化玻璃的成分还包括1-5重量份的氧化硼。
本发明的优点是:玻璃的应变点越低温度越低,本发明玻璃可在短时间内通过离子交换所得,不需要长时间制备,失透性优良,可大规模生产。
具体实施方式
下述实施例仅用于说明本发明,但并不能限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种强化玻璃,该强化玻璃成分为: 
二氧化硅     65㎏;
氧化钡       5㎏;
三氧化二铝   2㎏;
氧化钠       15㎏;
氧化钾       2㎏;
氧化钡       1㎏;
氧化锂       3㎏,                      
氧化硼       1㎏。
强化玻璃表面具有压缩应力层,且该压缩应力层的厚度为5-10μm,该强化玻璃的液相温度为1060-1150℃,该强化玻璃的应变点为500-800℃。
实施例2
一种强化玻璃,该强化玻璃成分为: 
二氧化硅     68㎏;
氧化钡       6.5㎏;
三氧化二铝   3.5㎏;
氧化钠       17㎏;
氧化钾       4㎏;
氧化钡       3㎏;
氧化锂       5㎏,                      
氧化硼       3㎏。
强化玻璃表面具有压缩应力层,且该压缩应力层的厚度为8μm,该强化玻璃的液相温度为1100℃,该强化玻璃的应变点为650℃。
实施例3
  一种强化玻璃,该强化玻璃成分为: 
二氧化硅     70㎏;
氧化钡       8㎏;
三氧化二铝   5㎏;
氧化钠       20㎏;
氧化钾       7㎏;
氧化钡       5㎏;
氧化锂       8㎏,                      
氧化硼       5㎏。
强化玻璃表面具有压缩应力层,且该压缩应力层的厚度为10μm,该强化玻璃的液相温度为1150℃,该强化玻璃的应变点为800℃。
玻璃的应变点越低温度越低,本发明玻璃可在短时间内通过离子交换所得,不需要长时间制备,失透性优良,可大规模生产。

1.一种强化玻璃,其特征在于:所述该强化玻璃成分按重量份为: 
二氧化硅     65-70份;
氧化钡       5-8份;
三氧化二铝   2-5份;
氧化钠       15-20份;
氧化钾       2-7份;
氧化钙       1-5份;
氧化锂       3-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种强化玻璃,其特征在于:所述强化玻璃表面具有压缩应力层,且该压缩应力层的厚度为5-10μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种强化玻璃,其特征在于:所述该强化玻璃的液相温度为1060-1150℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种强化玻璃,其特征在于:所述该强化玻璃的应变点为500-800℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种强化玻璃,其特征在于:所述强化玻璃的成分还包括1-5重量份的氧化硼。
