Abstract

一种材质为铜的导热装置,主要应用于不锈钢或其他金属容器设备与需要对接的管口焊接时,防止管口焊接点(线)由于骤然、积聚受热而变形的装置。由冷却液注入口、铜薄壁导热管、丝扣卡箍、铜厚壁导热管、冷却液贮室组成。在焊接时可同拟焊接在罐体开孔处的管口临时固定吻合,焊接后可灵活拆分。

一种防焊接变形导热器
技术领域:
本发明是由金属材料铜制作的一种导热装置,主要应用于不锈钢或其他金属容器设备与需要对接的管口焊接时,防止管口焊接处由于骤然、积聚受热而变形的装置。 
背景技术:
目前,在不锈钢容器设备的制作中(尤其是生物制药设备)通常需要对接一些用于连接精密的测量仪器的标准直径的管口。这些管口同容器设备的罐体的对接往往是通过焊接实现的,然而这些管口在焊接中往往由于骤然、积聚受热而使得在焊接处变形,从而导致所要连接的精密测量仪器不能或不能有效的安装。为解决此问题特作此发明,以实现焊接管口同罐体焊接精确吻合无变形。 
发明内容:
是一组可以在将管口同容器设备罐体焊接时临时吻合固定的贮有冷却液的铜制导热管装置,由冷却液注入口、铜薄壁导热管、丝扣卡箍、铜厚壁导热管、冷却液贮室组成,在焊接过程中可迅速将焊接时所产生的热量疏导排散,在焊接后可灵活与管口拆分。

实施方式: 
如图,通过3丝扣卡箍使该发明装置同6对接的管口固定按装,由1冷却液注入口注入冷却液,当在7焊接点(线)处实施对6对接管口同8罐体开孔处的焊接时,利用铜良好的热传导性及冷却液的冷却作用通过4铜厚壁导热管将在7焊接点(线)处产生的热量迅速排散传导,一部份热量被5冷却液贮室内的冷却液消耗,一部份热量由4铜厚壁导热管导热壁传送至2铜薄壁导热管在空气中排散。焊接完成后,松动3丝扣卡箍取下该导热装置。 

Claims (2)

1.一种铜制的导热装置,主要利用铜良好的热传导性及自身附有的冷却液贮室将不锈钢钢(或其他金属罐体设备)与需要对接的管口焊接时产生的热迅速传导,防止焊接处因骤然积聚受热变形。
2.焊接时该装置通过丝扣卡箍同管口临时固定吻合,焊接后可灵活拆分。
