技术领域
本发明涉及牙科防治领域，具体地说，涉及一种治疗牙龈炎的药剂。
背景技术
牙龈炎是指牙齿组织在致病因素的作用下而发生的急、慢性炎症。医学上将围绕并覆盖在牙齿周围及槽突表面的口腔粘膜称之牙龈。由于几乎每人在一生的某个时期均会发生程度和范围不等的慢性牙龈炎，完全有理由说：牙龈炎是人类最常见的疾病。临床上一直在研究有效地治疗牙龈炎的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗牙龈炎的药剂。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种治疗牙龈炎的药剂，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：白花蛇舌草10-20份、香加皮20-30份、淡竹叶10-30份、锦灯笼20-50份、竹黄5-15份、大风子5-15份、石菖蒲5-10份、白鲜皮10-20份、白术10-20份、代代花1-10份、王不留行5-15份、鹅不食草10-20份、远志10-20份、麦冬10-20份和金银花5-15份。
优选地，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：白花蛇舌草15份、香加皮25份、淡竹叶20份、锦灯笼30份、竹黄10份、大风子10份、石菖蒲7份、白鲜皮15份、白术15份、代代花5份、王不留行10份、鹅不食草15份、远志15份、麦冬15份和金银花10份。
优选地，所述药剂为片剂、分散片、速溶片、散剂或汤剂。
本发明所述的治疗牙龈炎的药剂中使用天然药物，因此其具有见效快、疗效好、无毒副作用的优点。

以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明，但这并非是对本发明的限制，本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想，可以做出各种修改或改进，但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想，均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1本发明汤剂的制备
取白花蛇舌草150克、香加皮250克、淡竹叶200克、锦灯笼300克、竹黄100克、大风子100克、石菖蒲70克、白鲜皮150克、白术150克、代代花50克、王不留行100克、鹅不食草150克、远志150克、麦冬150克和金银花100克，加入3000毫升水，在1个标准大气压、回流的条件加热5小时。冷却至室温，过滤，滤液即为本发明的汤剂。
实验例
选取患者40(男20，女20)例，年龄26-38岁。临床表现为患牙牙龈深红色或暗红色，松软光亮，眼沟出血指数(SBI)3～5，龈缘肥厚，龈乳头呈球状增生，甚至覆盖部分牙面，龈沟探诊深度(PD)＞3mm，但未能探及釉牙骨质界；病程较长的患者牙龈颜色变浅，探诊出血减少，龈乳头和龈缘呈实质性肥大，质地较硬而有弹性。牙石(+～++)，严重者龈袋可有淡黄色渗出液或脓液溢出。
使用实施例1制备的汤剂来进行治疗。每天口服2次，每次50毫升，连续治疗7天为一个疗程。
疗效标准
1治愈：疼痛消失，牙龈无出血，肿胀消退，外观恢复正常；2显效：疼痛缓解，牙龈肿胀消退，外观基本恢复正常；3有效：疼痛减轻，牙龈肿胀减轻，外观有所改善；4无效：症状、体征无明显变化。
经过治疗，发现40例患者中疼痛消失，牙龈无出血，肿胀消退，牙齿外观恢复正常。因此，所有患者均符合治愈的标准。
在治疗过程中对患者进行观察，所有患者并未发现明显的不良反应。

1.一种治疗牙龈炎的药剂，其特征在于，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：白花蛇舌草10-20份、香加皮20-30份、淡竹叶10-30份、锦灯笼20-50份、竹黄5-15份、大风子5-15份、石菖蒲5-10份、白鲜皮10-20份、白术10-20份、代代花1-10份、王不留行5-15份、鹅不食草10-20份、远志10-20份、麦冬10-20份和金银花5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗牙龈炎的药剂，其特征在于，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：白花蛇舌草15份、香加皮25份、淡竹叶20份、锦灯笼30份、竹黄10份、大风子10份、石菖蒲7份、白鲜皮15份、白术15份、代代花5份、王不留行10份、鹅不食草15份、远志15份、麦冬15份和金银花10份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗牙龈炎的药剂，其特征在于，所述药剂为片剂、分散片、速溶片、散剂或汤剂。
