技术领域
本发明涉及渔具技术领域，主要是一种表面附有金葱粉的人造鱼饵。
背景技术    
市场上销售的人造鱼饵大都是由一塑料外壳和鱼钩组成，由于塑料外壳比较轻，在水中是漂浮状态，其位置比较偏上，不能满足垂钓的水位要求；同时，一般的塑料外壳不具吸引性，很难吸引鱼儿。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种表面附有金葱粉的人造鱼饵，其结构简单，在鱼形状的塑料壳体内增设重物，使用时可满足漂浮的水位要求；同时其表面的金葱粉增强了视觉效果，吸引鱼儿。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种表面附有金葱粉的人造鱼饵，包括有鱼形状的塑料壳体，鱼形状塑料壳体的头部安装有吊耳，其特征在于：所述鱼形状塑料壳体的腹部和尾部分别安装有用于连接挂钩的八字圈；所述鱼形状塑料壳体内设有空腔，空腔内装置有密度油，所述的空腔内还放置有钢珠，所述的钢珠上方设有一弧形胶件，弧形胶件正好罩在钢珠上；所述鱼形状的塑料壳体的表面涂覆有一层金葱粉。
所述的塑料壳体是由下述重量份的原料造粒制得：尼龙PA66  70-75，聚烯烃弹性体 10-15，PBT 5-10,聚己内酯 1-2，硅烷偶联剂KH-540 0.5-1，抗氧剂1035  0.4-0.6，抗紫外剂0.1-0.3，氧化聚乙烯蜡1-2，硬脂酸锌1-1.5，改性纳米硅藻土 2-4,改性凹凸棒土3-6；
所述的改性凹凸棒土的制备方法为：
(1)将凹凸棒土用浓度为10-15%的盐酸溶液浸泡3-4小时，去离子水洗涤，再用浓度为10-12%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时，再用去离子水洗涤至中性，烘干，得经过处理的凹凸棒土备用；
(2)将相当于凹凸棒土重量2-3%的三聚磷酸钠溶于去离子水中，再加入凹凸棒土重量2-3%的月桂醇硫酸钠、1-2%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、2-3%的柠檬酸三丁酯、3-5%氧化铝，于1200-1500转/分下搅拌4-8分钟，得到分散液；
（3）将步骤（1）所得经过处理的凹凸棒土与步骤（2）所得分散液于1500-1800转/分下搅拌10-15分钟，烘干、粉碎成粉末，过100-200目筛即得； 
所述改性纳米硅藻土通过以下方法制备：将硅藻土于600-700℃下烧损4-5小时，后研磨成纳米粉末，拌入相当于粉体重量1-2%的邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、1-2%的偏苯三酸三辛酯拌搅均匀，烘干，粉碎成粉末，即得；
按照重量份将其各原料置于高混机中混合3-5min，得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中，控制加工温度在250-270℃，螺杆转速在300-600rpm，熔融后挤出造粒即得到塑料壳体原料。
所述空腔内的钢珠靠近鱼形状塑料壳体的腹部位。
本发明中在钢珠的上方设有一弧形胶件罩在其上，是为了防止钢珠在空腔内随意滚动，尤其防止其滚动到空腔的前面而靠近鱼形状塑料壳体的头部位置，这样影响在水中的漂浮位置。
本发明中金葱粉作为一种效果独特的表层处理材料，其特点在于增强产品的视觉效果，使装饰部分凹凸有层次，更具立体感，其高度闪光的特性同时又使装饰物鲜艳夺目、倍添光彩，能吸引鱼儿。
本发明中在鱼形状塑料壳体的腹部、尾部的八字圈上分别安装有鱼钩，更容易钓取猎物，提高了钓鱼效率。
本发明的优点是：
本发明结构简单，在鱼形状的塑料壳体内增设重物，使用时可满足漂浮的水位要求；同时其表面的金葱粉增强了视觉效果，吸引鱼儿。

具体实施方式
参见图1，一种表面附有金葱粉的人造鱼饵，包括有鱼形状的塑料壳体1，鱼形状塑料壳体1的头部安装有吊耳2，所述鱼形状塑料壳体1的腹部和尾部分别安装有用于连接挂钩的八字圈3；所述鱼形状塑料壳体1内设有空腔4，空腔4内装置有密度油5，所述的空腔4内还放置有钢珠6，所述的钢珠6上方设有一弧形胶件7，弧形胶件7正好罩在钢珠6上；所述鱼形状的塑料壳体1的表面涂覆有一层金葱色粉8。
所述空腔内的钢珠6靠近鱼形状塑料壳体1的腹部位。
塑料壳体1是由下述重量份（kg）的原料造粒制得：尼龙PA66  70，聚烯烃弹性体 10，PBT 10,聚己内酯 1，硅烷偶联剂KH-540 0.5，抗氧剂1035  0.6，抗紫外剂0.3，氧化聚乙烯蜡2，硬脂酸锌1.5，改性纳米硅藻土 4,改性凹凸棒土6；
所述的改性凹凸棒土的制备方法为：
(1)将凹凸棒土用浓度为15%的盐酸溶液浸泡4小时，去离子水洗涤，再用浓度为12%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡4小时，再用去离子水洗涤至中性，烘干，得经过处理的凹凸棒土备用；
(2)将相当于凹凸棒土重量3%的三聚磷酸钠溶于去离子水中，再加入凹凸棒土重量3%的月桂醇硫酸钠、2%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3%的柠檬酸三丁酯、3%氧化铝，于1500转/分下搅拌4-8分钟，得到分散液；
（3）将步骤（1）所得经过处理的凹凸棒土与步骤（2）所得分散液于1500转/分下搅拌10分钟，烘干、粉碎成粉末，过200目筛即得； 
所述改性纳米硅藻土通过以下方法制备：将硅藻土于700℃下烧损5小时，后研磨成纳米粉末，拌入相当于粉体重量2%的邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、2%的偏苯三酸三辛酯拌搅均匀，烘干，粉碎成粉末，即得。
所述的聚烯烃弹性体型号为埃克森美孚注塑级POE-8210。
按照重量份将其各原料置于高混机中混合5min，得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中，控制加工温度在270℃，螺杆转速在600rpm，熔融后挤出造粒即得到产品。

1.一种表面附有金葱粉的人造鱼饵，包括有鱼形状的塑料壳体，鱼形状塑料壳体的头部安装有吊耳，其特征在于：所述鱼形状塑料壳体的腹部和尾部分别安装有用于连接挂钩的八字圈；所述鱼形状塑料壳体内设有空腔，空腔内装置有密度油，所述的空腔内还放置有钢珠，所述的钢珠上方设有一弧形胶件，弧形胶件正好罩在钢珠上；所述鱼形状的塑料壳体的表面涂覆有一层金葱粉；
所述的塑料壳体是由下述重量份的原料造粒制得：尼龙PA66  70-75，聚烯烃弹性体 10-15，PBT 5-10,聚己内酯 1-2，硅烷偶联剂KH-540 0.5-1，抗氧剂1035  0.4-0.6，抗紫外剂0.1-0.3，氧化聚乙烯蜡1-2，硬脂酸锌1-1.5，改性纳米硅藻土 2-4,改性凹凸棒土3-6；
所述的改性凹凸棒土的制备方法为：

(2)将相当于凹凸棒土重量2-3%的三聚磷酸钠溶于去离子水中，再加入凹凸棒土重量2-3%的月桂醇硫酸钠、1-2%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、2-3%的柠檬酸三丁酯、3-5%氧化铝，于1200-1500转/分下搅拌4-8分钟，得到分散液；
（3）将步骤（1）所得经过处理的凹凸棒土与步骤（2）所得分散液于1500-1800转/分下搅拌10-15分钟，烘干、粉碎成粉末，过100-200目筛即得； 
所述改性纳米硅藻土通过以下方法制备：将硅藻土于600-700℃下烧损4-5小时，后研磨成纳米粉末，拌入相当于粉体重量1-2%的邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、1-2%的偏苯三酸三辛酯拌搅均匀，烘干，粉碎成粉末，即得；
按照重量份将其各原料置于高混机中混合3-5min，得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中，控制加工温度在250-270℃，螺杆转速在300-600rpm，熔融后挤出造粒即得到塑料壳体原料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种表面附有金葱粉的人造鱼饵，其特征在于：所述空腔内的钢珠靠近鱼形状塑料壳体的腹部位置。
