Background
With the increasing of resource management and the substantial improvement of resource cost in China, the coal industry has entered a rapid development period. However, due to the lack of effective mining means, most of the thin coal seam accounting for 20% of the total coal resources is not mined, and at the same time, the resources of the thick coal seam are gradually exhausted, and the mining of the thin coal seam is inevitable.
At present, in main domestic coal production bases, a small part of thin coal seams are mined in a thin coal seam mining machine or blast mining mode, so that the efficiency is low, the failure rate is high, and potential safety hazards exist. The existing coal plough is mainly used for longwall mining transportation equipment of a 1.0-2.0 meter thin coal seam under a coal mine, the technology of the existing coal plough is integrated with scientific and technological achievements in the fields of multidisciplinary major such as machinery, hydraulic pressure, electronics, network control and the like, the technical content is high, the development difficulty is high, and the existing coal plough is used as a 'shallow-cut-depth and multi-cycle' coal mining equipment and has specific advantages for the thin coal seam and a large gas mine.
However, the existing coal planer adopts a single-chain traction plough head, uses a carriage as a guide rail, reciprocates along a working face, and falls coal by virtue of static pressure formed by a planer tool on a coal wall, and loads the coal into a conveyor under the action of the plough head and a carriage plough-shaped inclined plane, and the coal is circularly gradually advanced, so that continuous and automatic coal mining is realized. With the continuous maturity of the coal planer market, the requirements of the coal planer, such as hard coal planing capability, maximum installed length, large chain, large power, etc., are inevitably increased, and need to be solved.

In this embodiment, one end of the plough conveying part 36 is provided with a head driving device 1 for driving the plough head, and the other end of the plough conveying part 36 is provided with a tail driving device 6 for driving the plough head.
In this embodiment, the planing head 4 is disposed on the carriage 3, and in the working process, the planing head 4 uses the carriage 3 as a guide rail, and the planing head 4 is connected with the carriage 3 in a sliding fit manner.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the double endless chain 7 is wound around the machine head driving device 1 and the machine tail driving device 6, that is, on the chain wheel assembly 14 in the machine head driving device 1 and the chain wheel assembly 14 driven by the machine tail driving device 6, and drives the planing head 4 to reciprocate along the carriage 3, so as to plane coal by means of static pressure formed by the planing tool on the coal wall.
Compared with the existing single-chain traction coal planer in the market, the coal planer of the embodiment is double-chain traction, adopts the driving of the two ends of the machine head and the machine tail, thoroughly solves the technical problems that the whole height of the coal planer is increased along with the increase of the diameter of a single-chain strip and the requirement on the height of a working face is increased, breaks away from the driving limitation of the single-chain strip, and further solves the technical problem that no chain can be selected due to the increase of the power of a single machine.
Therefore, with the introduction of double chain traction and the increase of single machine driving power, the output torque of the motor is increased, the coal quality and hardness of the plough head of the coal plough can be increased, the adaptability of the coal plough to hard coal is improved, and the application range of the coal plough is enlarged.
In the above embodiments, the double endless chain 7 includes: a first endless chain and a second endless chain which jointly drive the planing head 4 to reciprocate along the carriage 3 through the sprocket assembly 14.
In the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the carriage 3 has:
a first operation cavity 31 and a second operation cavity 32 for accommodating the first endless chain.
A third operating cavity 33 and a fourth operating cavity 34 for accommodating the second endless chain.
The first operation cavity 31, the second operation cavity 32, the third operation cavity 33 and the fourth operation cavity 34 are not communicated with each other.
In this embodiment, a double-chain traction planing head is adopted, and four cavities are divided in the plane of the view of the carriage 3, namely the first operating cavity 31, the second operating cavity 32, the third operating cavity 33, and the fourth operating cavity 34.
In the embodiment, the carriage is not only horizontally divided into two cavities (such as a second operation cavity 32, a third operation cavity 33, a first operation cavity 31 and a fourth operation cavity 34) which are respectively used as the movement cavities of the endless chains of the double-chain coal plough, but also the cavities are of an unconnected structure, so that the endless chains in the cavities are not contacted with each other in the horizontal direction, and the two endless chains are effectively prevented from being entangled and twisted. And the two layers of spaces (such as a first operation cavity 31, a second operation cavity 32, a third operation cavity 33 and a fourth operation cavity 34) are divided into an upper layer and a lower layer in the vertical direction, the two layers of spaces are also of an unconnected structure, the endless chains in the upper cavity in the vertical direction are ensured not to be contacted with each other, the two endless chains are effectively prevented from being tangled and twisted, the lower layer in the two layers of spaces in the vertical direction is used as an operation cavity of the endless chain for transmitting power to drive the planing head to reciprocate along the working surface to realize coal planing, and the upper layer is used for returning the chain to realize the circulating operation of the chain.
In each of the above embodiments, the coal plough further includes:
the machine head chain tightening device 2 is connected with a transition groove of the coal plough conveying part 36, such as through bolts, and plays a role of communicating the through carriage 3 with the machine head driving device 1.
A tail chain tensioner 5 is connected, for example by means of bolts, to the transition channel of the plough conveyor part 36 and serves to connect the carriage 3 to the tail drive 6.
In the above embodiments, the handpiece driving apparatus 1 includes: the motor 11, the coupling cover 12, the reducer 13, the sprocket wheel assembly 14, and the flange assembly 15 may be connected in sequence by bolts, but the embodiment is not limited to this connection, and other connection manners may be implemented by matching these components. one end of the coal plough conveying part (36) is provided with a machine head driving device (1) for driving the plough head, and the other end is provided with a machine tail driving device (6) for driving the plough head;
the planing head (4) is arranged on the sliding frame (3), and the planing head (4) and the sliding frame (3) are of an integral structure;
the double endless chains (7) comprise first endless chains and second endless chains, the first endless chains and the second endless chains are wound on the machine head driving device (1) and the machine tail driving device (6), and the planing heads (4) are driven to reciprocate along the sliding frame (3) through chain wheel assemblies (14) respectively.
2. The coal plough of claim 1, further comprising:
the machine head chain tightening device (2) is connected with a transition groove of the coal plough conveying part (36) so as to communicate the carriage (3) with the machine head driving device (1);
and the tail chain tensioning device (5) is connected with a transition groove of the coal plough conveying part (36) to communicate the carriage (3) with the tail driving device (6).
3. The coal plough according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the carriage (3) is provided with:
a first operating cavity (31) and a second operating cavity (32) for accommodating the first endless chain;
a third operation cavity (33) and a fourth operation cavity (34) for accommodating the second endless chain;
the first operation cavity (31), the second operation cavity (32), the third operation cavity (33) and the fourth operation cavity (34) are not communicated with each other.
