本发明涉及一种具有抑菌性能高分子材料。
背景技术
由于各类可溶性的消毒剂和有机抗菌剂的大量使用,曾一度受到抑制的全球性传染病发病率旦大幅回升趋势,不仅新的病原微生物被陆续发现,而且己去口微生物的变异种群也越来越多,如SARS 、禽流感、疯牛病和疯牛病等,对人类造成了严重的人员伤亡和巨大的经济损失。因此,开发和使用安全性高,效果长久的新型抗菌材料是一种行之有效的方法。也就是说,在需要防止微生物污染的地方采用长效安全的抗菌材料及制品,将控制微生物灾害的方法由被动变为主动,不损害其它微生物的环境,具有方便、经济、一劳永逸、环境友好等特点。

一种具有抑菌性能高分子材料,由以下重量份数的成份组成:20-30份合成纤维,2-8份吐温20,20-25份蒙脱石,1-5份分散剂,4-8份增溶剂,0.5-3份苯甲酸钠。
优选的,一种具有抑菌性能高分子材料,由以下重量份数的成份组成:23份合成纤维,4份吐温20,22份蒙脱石,4份分散剂,6份增溶剂,2份苯甲酸钠。
本发明的高分子材料添加了食品级别的抑菌剂-苯甲酸钠,对人体无害,使用安全性高,效果长久。
