Abstract

一种触摸面板,包括电路板、透明保护层、触摸感应层和多个按键单元。透明保护层一面为设置有多个触摸区域以及可操作点的操作面,当物体按压操作面上一触摸区域时产生相应的触摸感应信号。每个按键单元包括导柱和与电路板电性连接的触发部。触摸感应层开设用于容纳导柱的多个通孔,每个导柱一端与一触发部对应连接,另一端穿过对应的通孔与透明保护层接触,且与可操作点对应。当按压一可操作点时可压缩导柱与触发部之间的行程,同时被按压的导柱触发对应的触发部而产生按键触发信号。利用本发明,通过在触摸感应层开设容纳导柱的通孔,用户在触摸面板上按压操作点时触发导杆向下移动而触发按键,从而在输入时提高操作手感。

触摸面板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种触摸面板,尤其涉及一种具有按键的触摸面板。
背景技术
随着通讯技术的飞速发展,触屏手机的应用越来越普遍。目前按键输入主要包括机械按键与触摸屏两大类。其中,机械按键的优点是可靠性较高,操作手感好;缺点是作为信息终端使用时,点击、查询、浏览网页时使用不便。触摸屏与机械按键相比恰好相反,其优点是点击、查询、浏览网页时使用便捷,但进行常规输入时使用不便,且操作时手感较差。尽管触摸屏产品从软件上进行了一定的改良,例如增加振动反馈、按键声音等,但还是在操作手感及常规输入上不及机械按键。当前,为了扩大触摸屏面积和增强手机一体化感观,经常会有仅设置触摸屏的手机,这种手机对于习惯机械按键进行输入的用户,产生了极大不便。现在虽然有些触摸屏手机保留或设置了多个机械按键,然而该些机械按键均为设置在外壳某些区域,该些机械按键的增加导致了手机的外观不美观或体积过大等问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有按键的触摸面板,以进行输入时提高操作手感。
本发明提供一种触摸面板,包括电路板,该触摸面板还包括:
透明保护层,该透明保护层一面为操作面,该操作面上设置有多个触摸区域以及多个可操作点。
触摸感应层设置于该透明保护层与该电路板之间,用于响应一物体按压该操作面板上的一触摸区域时产生相应的触摸感应信号,其中,该触摸感应层开设有多个通孔。
多个按键单元,每个按键单元包括导柱和触发部,该触发部与该电路板电性连接,该每一导柱容纳于该触摸感应层中的一通孔中,每个该导柱的一端与一触发部对应连接,另一端穿过该触摸感应层中对应的通孔与该透明保护层接触,且每一导柱对应一操作面上的一可操作点对应。当按压一可操作点时可压缩该导柱与该触发部之间的距离,同时被按压的导柱触发对应的触发部而产生按键触发信号。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的触摸面板,通过在触摸感应层与绝缘层上开设多个通孔,以容纳一按键单元的导柱,并且该导柱对应该操作面上的位置构成一个可操作点,由于该些可操作点的面积较小,用户可在触摸面板上进行滑动与触摸的操作而并不受影响。并当用户按压一可操作点时触发导杆向下移动而触发按键,从而在进行点击输入时提高操作手感,而实现机械按键的操作感觉。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请同时参阅图1和图2所示,本发明一实施方式中的触摸面板10包括透明保护层11、绝缘层12、触摸感应层13、多个按键单元14以及电路板15。其中,透明保护层11一面为操作面110,该操作面110上设置有触摸区域、键盘输入区域以及图标显示及操作区域等,透明保护层11的另一面与绝缘层12接触。在本实施方式中,该透明保护层11采用聚酯材料制成。
该触摸感应层13设置于绝缘层12与电路板15之间,当一物体按压该透明保护层11上设置的一输入区域时,该触摸感应层13产生相应的触摸感应信号。该触摸感应层13可以是电阻式触摸感应层、压力式触摸感应层等。
每个按键单元14包括导柱140和触发部141。其中,该每个触发部141均与电路板15电性连接。该绝缘层12以及触摸感应层13分别开设多个通孔120和130,并且每个通孔与一个导柱140对应,用于容纳该导柱140。该每个导柱140的一端与一个触发部141对应连接,另一端依次穿过对应的通孔130和120而与透明保护层11接触。该操作面110上对应每个导柱140接触的位置对应一个可操作点,当按压一可操作点时可压缩导柱140与触发部141之间的行程,产生按压手感,同时被按压的导柱140通过触发对应的触发部141而产生按键触发信号。
本发明提供的触摸面板,通过在触摸感应层与绝缘层上开设多个通孔,以容纳一按键单元的导柱,并且该导柱对应该操作面上的位置构成一个可操作点,由于该些可操作点的面积较小,用户可在触摸面板上进行滑动与触摸的操作而并不受影响。并当用户按压一可操作点时触发导杆向下移动而触发按键,从而在进行点击输入时提高操作手感,而实现机械按键的操作感觉。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种触摸面板,包括电路板,其特征在于,所述触摸面板还包括:
透明保护层,所述透明保护层一面为操作面,所述操作面上设置有多个触摸区域以及多个可操作点;
触摸感应层设置于所述透明保护层与所述电路板之间,用于响应一物体按压所述操作面板上的一触摸区域时产生相应的触摸感应信号,其中,所述触摸感应层开设有多个通孔;
多个按键单元,每个按键单元包括导柱和触发部,所述触发部与所述电路板电性连接,所述每一导柱容纳于所述触摸感应层中的一通孔中,每个所述导柱的一端与一触发部对应连接,另一端穿过所述触摸感应层中对应的通孔与所述透明保护层接触,且每一导柱对应一操作面上的一可操作点对应;当按压一可操作点时压缩所述导柱与所述触发部之间的距离,同时被按压的导柱触发对应的触发部而产生按键触发信号。
2.如权利要求1所述的触摸面板,其特征在于,所述透明保护层由聚酯材料制成。
3.如权利要求2所述的触摸面板,其特征在于,还包括绝缘层,所述透明保护层未设置操作面的另一面与所述绝缘层接触。
4.如权利要求2所述的触摸面板,其特征在于,所述绝缘层具有与所述触摸感应层对应的多个通孔,所述每一导柱为穿过所述触摸感应层中对应的通孔以及该绝缘层对应的通孔而与透明保护层接触。
