本发明提供一种锅能受到面加热的聚光式太阳灶,包括反射镜、支撑反射镜的底架和供锅坐落的锅圈,所述反射镜为回转抛物面结构,锅圈所处平面在反射镜聚焦点和反射镜之间,并且,在反射镜聚焦点和反射镜中心连线方向上,锅圈所处平面位于离反射镜聚焦点53mm处,该聚光式太阳灶还包括支撑锅圈于锅圈所处平面处的支撑杆。在离反射镜聚焦点53mm处,光线聚焦于焦面,将锅圈设置在此处,锅能够受到面加热,具有加热均匀、加热效率高、保护锅体的优点。

技术领域    
本发明涉及一种太阳能利用装置,具体涉及一种聚光式太阳灶。
背景技术   
太阳灶是利用太阳能辐射,通过聚光获取热量,进行炊事烹饪食物的一种装置,它不烧任何燃料,没有任何污染,是一种清洁能源利用状态。现有的太阳灶包括反射镜、支撑反射镜的底架,供锅坐落的锅圈和支撑锅圈于反射镜焦点处的支撑杆。现有的聚光式太阳灶是将锅圈支撑于反射镜聚焦点处,因此,锅受到点的加热,使得锅内食物或水加热不均匀,加热时间长,加热点的温度极高,容易烧坏锅底。
发明内容   
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种锅能受到面加热的聚光式太阳灶。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种聚光式太阳灶,包括反射镜、支撑反射镜的底架和供锅坐落的锅圈,所述反射镜为回转抛物面结构,锅圈所处平面在反射镜聚焦点和反射镜之间,并且,在反射镜聚焦点和反射镜中心连线方向上,锅圈所处平面位于离反射镜聚焦点53mm处,该聚光式太阳灶还包括支撑锅圈于锅圈所处平面处的支撑杆。
上述聚光式太阳灶,所述反射镜内凹面呈回转抛物面形状的铸铁底板,铸铁底板的内凹面上具有10-13mm厚的铝镀层,铝镀层的外表面为抛光面,抛光面上裱糊镀铝涤纶薄膜。
上述聚光式太阳灶,所述锅圈为中空管状结构。
在离反射镜聚焦点53mm处,光线聚焦于焦面,将锅圈设置在此处,锅能够受到面加热,具有加热均匀、加热效率高、保护锅体的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种聚光式太阳灶,包括反射镜3、支撑反射镜的底架4和供锅坐落的锅圈1,所述反射镜为回转抛物面结构,锅圈所处平面在反射镜聚焦点5和反射镜之间,并且,在反射镜聚焦点和反射镜中心连线6方向上,锅圈所处平面位于离反射镜聚焦点53mm处,该聚光式太阳灶还包括支撑锅圈于锅圈所处平面处的支撑杆2。
如图2所示,所述反射镜内凹面呈回转抛物面形状的铸铁底板31,铸铁底板的内凹面上具有10-13mm厚的铝镀层32,铝镀层的外表面为抛光面,抛光面上裱糊镀铝涤纶薄膜33。镀铝涤纶薄膜具有高反光率特性,并且铝镀层的外表面为抛光面,进一步增强了反光效率,提高了阳光的利用率。
所述锅圈为中空管状结构,采用耐热材料制成。相对于同质量的实心结构,结构强度更大,不易毁损。

1.一种聚光式太阳灶,包括反射镜、支撑反射镜的底架和供锅坐落的锅圈,其特征在于:所述反射镜为回转抛物面结构,锅圈所处平面在反射镜聚焦点和反射镜之间,并且,在反射镜聚焦点和反射镜中心连线方向上,锅圈所处平面位于离反射镜聚焦点53mm处,该聚光式太阳灶还包括支撑锅圈于锅圈所处平面处的支撑杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚光式太阳灶,其特征在于:所述反射镜内凹面呈回转抛物面形状的铸铁底板,铸铁底板的内凹面上具有10-13mm厚的铝镀层,铝镀层的外表面为抛光面,抛光面上裱糊镀铝涤纶薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚光式太阳灶,其特征在于:所述锅圈为中空管状结构。
