本发明涉及一种绞车排绳器，特别涉及一种不易卡死的绞车排绳器。
背景技术
绞车排绳器用于卷扬机钢丝绳卷绕时的排布，其包括左支座、右支座、往复丝杆、往复滑座、夹绳滚轮、导向轴和滑套，左、右支架之间安装平行设置的往复丝杆和导向轴，往复丝杆上套装有往复滑座，导向轴上安装有滑套，滑套与往复滑座之间连接有一对夹绳滚轮。钢丝绳由一对夹绳滚轮夹住，通过往复滑座带动夹绳滚轮往复移动实现排线。其缺点是：由于滑套与导向轴滑动配合，支承效果差，长期使用磨损后易出现卡死现象，影响正常的排线。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种不易卡死的绞车排绳器。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种绞车排绳器，包括左支座、右支座，其创新点在于：所述左、右支架之间安装有一对平行设置的往复丝杆，所述往复丝杆表面均设置有两道沿轴向延伸的左、右螺旋槽，两往复丝杆上均套装有往复滑座，两往复滑座之间连接一对夹绳滚轮；所述两往复丝杆端部之间通过齿轮副连接。
本发明的优点在于：进行排线时，两往复丝杆同步转动，使得其上的往复滑座同步沿往复丝杆轴向移动，从而由夹绳滚轮夹住进行排线，不易卡死。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，包括左支座1、右支座2、往复丝杆3、往复滑块座4、夹绳滚轮5、齿轮副6。
上述左支座1、右支架2之间安装有一对平行设置的往复丝杆3，往复丝杆3表面均设置有两道沿轴向延伸的左、右螺旋槽，两往复丝杆3上均套装有往复滑座4，两往复滑座4之间连接一对夹绳滚轮5；两往复丝杆3端部之间通过齿轮副6连接。
进行排线时，驱动机构驱动其中一往复丝杆3转动，另一往复丝杆通过齿轮副6带动同步转动，使得其上的往复滑座4同步沿往复丝杆3轴向移动，从而由夹绳滚轮5夹住进行排线。

1.一种绞车排绳器，包括左支座、右支座，其特征在于：所述左、右支架之间安装有一对平行设置的往复丝杆，所述往复丝杆表面均设置有两道沿轴向延伸的左、右螺旋槽，两往复丝杆上均套装有往复滑座，两往复滑座之间连接一对夹绳滚轮；所述两往复丝杆端部之间通过齿轮副连接同步转动。
