鱼陷阱,是在湖泊或泽沼泥塘的岸边挖掘一个深二米左右,宽一米左右的井状体,再挖一个横小洞使这个井状体与湖泊或泥塘的水面线下部连通,这个井状体的上部开口用一个大盖子盖住或用木杆子、草皮的混合结构盖住不让太阳光把内部水晒热,这样,由于鱼有要上浮呼气的特性,当中午太阳猛烈把湖泊或泥塘里上部的水晒热了时鱼上浮呼气时怕被烫,于是鱼便纷纷躲到这个井状体内纳凉,这时人把横小洞塞紧,打开井口盖把鱼捞上来的泥土陷阱。

背景技术
本文所指的捕鱼方法指的是捕捉野生鱼类。人类的捕鱼方法真是多种多样:有人用鱼网捕鱼,于是有人发明了多层的新式鱼网,能大鱼小鱼齐上网,把鱼网搞的一团乱;有人用鱼勾捕鱼,于是有人发明了一系列先进的鱼勾、鱼杆;有的人更聪明,发明了复杂电路的高技术含量的电鱼机,却弄巧成拙,把小鱼种也电死了,有时不小心连人也电死在水里,真是聪明反被聪明误。 
发明内容
什么样的捕鱼方法才是最好、最先进的捕鱼方法呢?是不是以捕鱼工具的结构复杂程度论先进呢?其实,真正最好、最先进的捕鱼方法或工具是怎样用最小的代价(包括时间以及劳动力)捕获到最多的鱼,并且不能伤及小鱼种。本人发明了一种最简单、最快的捕捉野生鱼类的方法-----鱼陷阱捕鱼法,种鱼陷阱制作简单,捕鱼量大,付出的投资小,不伤小鱼种。有人会产生疑问:陷阱不是古代就有了吗?在人类历史上的陷阱,都是在陆地上用作捕捉地上的野兽,但对于真正的泥土结构的鱼陷阱,人类历史至今还没有相关的文献、资料记录。 
本发明解决技术问题所采取的技术方案是:在湖泊或泽沼泥塘的岸边挖掘一个深二米左右,宽一米左右的井状体,再挖一个横小洞使这个井状体与湖泊或泥塘的水面线下部连通,这个井状体的上部开口用一个大盖子盖住或用木杆子、草皮的混合结构盖住不让太阳光把内部水晒热,这样,由于鱼有要上浮呼气的特性,当中午太阳猛烈把湖泊或泥塘里上部的水晒热了时鱼上浮呼气时怕被烫,于是鱼便纷纷躲到这个井状体内纳凉,这时人把横小洞塞紧,打开井口盖把鱼捞上来。 
本发明的井状体是真正意义上的陷阱了,几乎全泥土结构。那么一些捕鱼用的鱼笼、鱼柜等是不是鱼陷阱呢?回答是这些都不属于真正的鱼陷阱。很多野生的鱼类是很聪明的,别看它在水里到处钻,它钻的地方都选择泥土结构的地方,如果它发现有一点规则性结构的东西就知道那是人类的制作,就算里面有香饵它也不会上当。做个水泥结构的陷阱不是更好吗?有些鱼聪明到连水泥结构它也能发觉而快速离开,它只要靠近用嘴巴碰一下就知道是人类的水泥结构还是自然的泥土结构,当然,也有一部分的笨蛋鱼不会识别而误入这样的笨蛋水泥陷阱。 
虽然本发明的鱼陷阱很是简单,却有着科学的原理,如果添技加叶做的复杂了鱼反而不敢钻进去上当。通过发明人细心观察,野生鱼不但聪明还有着惊人的记忆力:原来,这些湖泊、泥塘里的鱼平时总是在水里转,好象是在寻找食物,其实除了在寻 找食物,它们还对周围的地形、位置、物体等进行观察和记忆,哪里有个洞、哪里有块大石头、哪里有阴影等它都记忆在脑里,一旦发生危险的响动它即刻向记忆中不远的洞或阴影窜去。有一次,一条狡猾的野鱼在寻找食物时发现了本发明的全泥土结构的陷阱,它通过细心观察,没有发现里面有人类制作的规则性的东西,认为那是一个天然的生成的阴暗的纳凉地方或避难所,虽然它走了,但它已把这个位置记忆在脑子里。过了两天,太阳十分猛烈,中午时分,地上湖泊、泥塘、水沟等上部的水都被晒热了,这时水下的鱼要浮上来呼气,浮到水上部烫的它们受不了,那条狡猾的野鱼这时记忆起那天发现的阴暗的大洞,其实那就是本发明的陷阱,于是它便游过去钻了进去。进来纳凉的鱼越来越多,有的还相互撕咬起来,里面正好有一大捆乱柴棒供它们追逐躲藏。
那么制作本发明的鱼陷阱需要什么工具呢和材料呢?回答很简单:只需要一把铲或一把匕首就可以了。那么材料呢?回答是:就地取材,陷阱全身就是当地挖下去的泥土结构,上部盖口材料可以从周围找些木棒子并用铲在草地上铲下几块大草皮。是不是马上可以有收获昵?回答是:不是的,当鱼陷阱挖成并盖好后要等两天后再来收获、打捞,因为这几天要让鱼有一个发现、熟悉的过程,有时一次能捞上百折的鱼只需十分钟,打捞完后又重新盖好过了几天再来打捞。 
本发明的有益效果是:用最简单的方法、最小的代价捕得最多的鱼。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。 
附图中,我们看到了一个不规则形状的井状体建立在湖泊或水塘的堤岸边,建造这个井状体所需的工具只需一把铲,有的猎人或空降到野外的特务员甚至只用一把匕首就能挖出一个小一点的井状体。为什么不建成规则的长井状体呢?因为野生的鱼类很聪明,只要它一看到规则性的东西就知道那是人类的制作而避而远之。这个不规则形状的井状体的全身壁结构也是泥土(6)结构,这些泥土结构也是现成的泥土,不必另外找来泥土以免引起鱼的怀疑。图中看到这个井状体的内部水(10)的水面线(5)和外部水(8)的水面线(5)是一样的,因为有横小洞(7)将井状体的内外连通的原故。井状体底部有一捆乱柴棒(9),乱柴棒应该是浮着的了,但这捆乱柴棒上绑着了一块大石头,这使得它沉了下去。这捆乱柴棒的作用是使进入井内的鱼相互追咬时作躲藏。井盖用一个大盖子能盖没这个井口就完工了,但是对于一些人,如偏远的山民 或一些特种部队队员的进行野外生存,他们不可能找到大盖子,于是可以在周围找些大棒(4)、小棒(3)架在井口上部进行初步的覆盖。盖住这个约一米宽的井口不能让光线照进去,对于一些山民或野外生存的人来说也是小事,他们的工具可能只有一把匕首;乱柴棒先架大棒再架小棒,这样很坚固,就是有人或牲畜误踩上去也不会掉下去,用匕首在草地上挖些草皮(2)盖上去,再到湖底或池塘底挖些稀泥巴(1)在草皮上摊开抚平,这样,一个鱼陷阱就制作完成了。 
人类能制作工具和使工具,那么人怎样从这个鱼陷阱里把鱼抓上来呢?两天后,在太阳猛烈的中午时分,外部的水热了,那么人就可以突然用泥巴团塞紧这井状体的横小洞(7),这时很多鱼已被困在井里了。人准备翻井盖了,有经验的猎人经过或训练的特务不会轻易用手去翻动这个封了几天的乱草盖,他会找来一小柴棒用这柴棒撬起一块块草皮,突然“呼”地一声从草皮下窜出一条蛇,头竖起很高准备朝人攻击,原来这一带的地头蛇也来纳凉了。人这时不要打它,人的目的是捉鱼,人先向后退远让这蛇走了再来把草皮撬开完又把大棒(4)、小棒(3)收起放置一边。开始捉鱼了,对于一个手持网兜的人来说把鱼捞上来并不是难事,因为井里的鱼浓度很大,但是一些空降特务员或特种部队员根本没有这样的网兜,怎么办呢?这样的小事难不住聪明的队员,原来,在前两天盖井口前他已在井里放下了一捆乱柴棒(9),乱柴棒绑着石头沉在井底,乱柴棒上绑上一根小绳子(11),小绳子的一另一头伸出井口,这时他可以快速地用这根绳子把那捆乱柴棒(9)拉上来。队员把乱柴棒解开,啊,里面葳着很多鱼呢。原来,由于井口突然被打开射进光线,鱼都吓得往这捆乱柴棒内躲,被拉上来时一下子又钻不出去。队员重新捆好乱柴棒又扔进井里,这次他又以打水响来吓鱼躲藏进来了。

1.鱼陷阱是在湖泊或泽沼泥塘的岸边挖掘一个深二米左右,宽一米左右的井状体,再挖一个横小洞使这个井状体与湖泊或泥塘的水面线下部连通,这个井状体的上部开口用一个大盖子盖住或用木杆子、草皮的混合结构盖住不让太阳光把内部水晒热,这样,由于鱼有要上浮呼气的特性,当中午太阳猛烈把湖泊或泥塘里上部的水晒热了时鱼上浮呼气时怕被烫,于是鱼便纷纷躲到这个井状体内纳凉,这时人把横小洞塞紧,打开井口盖把鱼捞上来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鱼陷阱,其特征是:本发明的井状体是真正意义上的陷阱了,几乎全泥土结构。
