技术领域
本发明涉及一种配电电缆线路上使用的户外电缆保护管出口防水装置，具体的说是一种户外电缆保护管出口绝缘封堵头，主要应用在变电站及配电室进出电缆保护管的封堵，防止电缆保护管内进水和管口电缆受损，提高电缆运行周期，减少配电事故，确保线路正常运行。
背景技术
近年来，随着电网建设的加快，配电电缆线路的广泛应用，电缆保护管出口的封堵情况也暴露出许多问题，由此带来的电缆绝缘损坏造成线路跳闸时有发生，直接影响着线路的安全运行，给设备和人身安全造成隐患。传统的电缆线路施工后，电缆保护管用防水胶泥封堵，随着日晒雨淋，存在夏季高温凹陷、下沉，冬季低温板结、干裂的缺陷，在防水、电缆受损等方面带来安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、安装容易，能有效防止电缆保护管内进水，确保线路正常运行的户外电缆保护管出口绝缘封堵头。
为了达到以上目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：该户外电缆保护管出口绝缘封堵头，其特征在于：包括外套、硅橡胶内衬层和螺栓构成，外套的两侧边沿处设有锁定边，锁定边上设有通孔，所述的外套和锁定边的内壁上都设有硅橡胶内衬层，螺栓固定设在通孔内。
所述的外套，由上环套、过渡套和下环套构成，过渡套的上部固定在上环套的底部，过渡套的下部固定在下环套的顶部，上环套、过渡套和下环套为一个整体。
所述的外套的横断面，为圆弧状，或半圆形。
本发明的有益效果在于：结构简单、成本低廉、安装容易，有效的防止电缆保护管内进水，减少配电事故，确保了线路的正常运行，降低了配电电缆线路的维修率。

具体实施方式
参照附图1、图2、图3制作本发明。该户外电缆保护管出口绝缘封堵头，其特征在于：包括外套、硅橡胶内衬层5和螺栓6构成，外套的两侧边沿处设有锁定边4，锁定边4上设有通孔7，所述的外套和锁定边4的内壁上都设有硅橡胶内衬层5，螺栓6固定设在通孔7内，这样，可以将外套套设在电缆保护管的出口处，硅橡胶内衬层5的上部包裹在电缆上，下部包裹在保护管的出口外壁上，再用螺栓6固定即可，以防止电缆保护管内进水和松动，起到保护作用，结构简单，使用方便。
所述的外套，由上环套1、过渡套2和下环套3构成，过渡套2的上部固定在上环套1的底部，过渡套2的下部固定在下环套3的顶部，上环套1、过渡套2和下环套3为一个整体。
所述的外套的横断面，为一个整体的圆弧状，由可以弯折的材料制成，如薄铁片等，使用时，可以将两侧向内弯曲，使两侧的锁定边4重合在一起后，用螺栓6固定。
所述的外套的横断面，为半圆形，由不能弯折的硬质材料制成，如铸铁片、厚贴片、硬塑料等，每个半圆的外端都设有锁定边，使用时，需将两个半圆对扣在一起，再用螺栓固定。
所述的上环套1的大小与电缆相适应，下环套3的大小与保护管相适应，下环套3的直径大于上环套1的直径。

1.户外电缆保护管出口绝缘封堵头，其特征在于：包括外套、硅橡胶内衬层（5）和螺栓（6）构成，外套的两侧边沿处设有锁定边（4），锁定边（4）上设有通孔（7），所述的外套和锁定边（4）的内壁上都设有硅橡胶内衬层（5），螺栓（6）固定设在通孔（7）内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的户外电缆保护管出口绝缘封堵头，其特征在于：所述的外套，由上环套（1）、过渡套（2）和下环套（3）构成，过渡套（2）的上部固定在上环套（1）的底部，过渡套（2）的下部固定在下环套（3）的顶部，上环套（1）、过渡套（2）和下环套（3）为一个整体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的户外电缆保护管出口绝缘封堵头，其特征在于：所述的外套的横断面，为圆弧状，或半圆形。
