Abstract

一种抽油机皮带安装校准仪,包括:螺母、大压帽、压板、激光发生器、联动开关、主体、补偿弹簧、复位弹簧、弹簧卡片、中间套、沉头螺钉、橡胶规板。其主体上部为圆柱形,内设两个互相连通的圆柱形大、小腔室和下部倒“U”形支架,小腔室内装有补偿弹簧和激光发生器,大腔室底部是螺纹连接的中间套,上部装有复位弹簧,中心是带有斜坡、下端设有“V”型槽的联动开关,压板套住联动开关、压住激光发生器,设有中心孔的大压帽与主体螺纹连接,螺母在大压帽外将联动开关锁定;主体下部支架两边对称弹簧卡片上各固定一个橡胶规板,沉头螺钉将弹簧卡片固定在支架的底部。本发明结构简单,操作方便,降本增效,延长皮带使用寿命,减轻工人的劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及油田抽油机皮带安装校准器具,具体而言是一种抽油机皮带安装校准仪。 
背景技术
抽油机传动皮带安装时如果电动机轴、主动轮与减速器输出轴、从动轮不平行或 主动轮、从动轮皮带槽不冲齐,都会使皮带与皮带轮产生夹角,当传动皮带与轮槽夹角大于 20 分时就会造成皮带过早磨损,增加能耗。现场通常过电动机轴、主动轮边缘与减速器输 出轴、从动轮边缘四点拉一直线即为“四点一线”,则合格。因此,在皮带安装时进行校准是 必需的。目前除了经验判断外,已有的关于传动皮带校准工具有四种。其中拉线的方法, 操作繁琐,当电机皮带轮安装时端面损伤,就会限制该方法的使用。“四点一线”校尺,专利 号 :ZL201120123013.1 需要多个型号才能满足不同直径皮带轮的需要,应用不方便。游梁 式抽油机皮带校正测量仪,专利号 :ZL200820023592.9 和抽油机电机皮带矫正器,专利号 :存在体积大,现场适用性差的问题。 
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述存在的不足之处,设计一种抽油机皮带安装校准仪。本发明包括:螺母、大压帽、压板、激光发生器、联动开关、主体、补偿弹簧、复位 弹簧、弹簧卡片、中间套、沉头螺钉、橡胶规板。其抽油机皮带安装校准仪的主体上部为圆柱 形,内设两个互相连通的圆柱形大、小腔室和下部倒 “U”形支架组成,小腔室内装有补偿弹 簧和激光发生器,大腔室底部是螺 纹连接的中间套,上部装有复位弹簧,中心是带有斜坡、下端设有“V”型槽的联动开 关 , 压板套住联动开关、压住激光发生器,设有中心孔的大压帽与主体螺纹连接,螺母在大 压帽外将联动开关锁定。主体的下部支架两边对称设有弹簧卡片,弹簧卡片上各固定一个 橡胶规板,沉头螺钉将弹簧卡片固定在支架的底部。
上述抽油机皮带安装校准仪中的压板为圆板状,内设两个通孔。 
上述抽油机皮带安装校准仪中的橡胶规板为一段联带,与皮带轮槽的规格相同。 
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,操作方便,使主动轮、从动轮四点一线,节约电 能,延长皮带使用寿命,降低原油生产成本,减轻工人的劳动强度。

抽油机皮带安装校准仪,由螺母 1、大压帽 2、压板 3、激光发生器 4、联动开关 5、主体 6、 补偿弹簧 7、复位弹簧 8、弹簧卡片 9、中间套 10、沉头螺钉 11、橡胶规板 12 组成。其抽油机 皮带安装校准仪的主体 6 上部为圆柱形,内设两个互相连通的圆柱形大、小腔室和下部倒 “U”形支架组成,小腔室内装有 补偿弹簧 7 和激光发生器 4,大腔室底部是螺纹连接的中间套 10,上部装有复 位弹簧 8,中心是带有斜坡 501、下端设有“V”型槽的联动开关 5, 压板 3 套住联动开关 5、压住激光发生器 4,设有中心孔的大压帽 2 与主体 6 螺纹连接,螺母 1 在大压帽 2 外将联 动开关 5 锁定 ;主体 6 的下部支架两边对称设有弹簧卡片 9,弹簧卡片 9 上各固定一个橡胶 规板 12,沉头螺钉 11 将弹簧卡片 9 固定在支架的底部。 
操作方法 
首先,手握主体 6,使联动开关 5 下部“V”型槽与电动机主动轮18的轮缘配合。其次, 下压抽油机皮带安装校准仪 16 使橡胶规板 12 与皮带轮槽啮合,皮带安装校准仪 16 下移过 程中激光发生器 4 的按钮开关 401 受到联动开关 5 的斜坡 501 的挤压,实现激光发射。安 装皮带 15 前激光束照射在从动轮 14 上,能指示出电动机左右调整的距离 ;皮带 15 安装后 激光束照射在从动轮 14 上,能指示出电动机前后移动的角度。

1.一种抽油机皮带安装校准仪,包括:螺母(1)、大压帽(2)、压板(3)、激光发生器(4)、联动开关(5)、主体(6)、补偿弹簧(7)、复位弹簧(8)、弹簧卡片(9)、中间套(10)、沉头螺钉(11)、橡胶规板(12);其特征是:所述的抽油机皮带安装校准仪的主体(6)上部为圆柱形,内设两个互相连通的圆柱形大、小腔室和下部倒 “U”形支架组成,小腔室内装有补偿弹簧(7)和激光发生器(4),大腔室底部是螺纹连接的中间套(10),上部装有复位弹簧(8),中心是带有斜坡(501)、下端设有“V”型槽的联动开关(5),压板(3)套住联动开关(5)、压住激光发生器(4),设有中心孔的大压帽(2)与主体(6)螺纹连接,螺母(1)在大压帽(2)外将联动开关(5)锁定;主体(6)的下部支架两边对称设有弹簧卡片(9),弹簧卡片(9)上各固定一个橡胶规板(12),沉头螺钉(11)将弹簧卡片(9)固定在支架的底部。
