Abstract

一种承压热水节能炭灶,主要由外壳、保温层、耐火层、贮灰室、水箱组成。本发明的保温层内为一空腔,空腔内安装有与保温层有间隙的两个相交的金属筒。本发明的高温废焰、高温废烟在第一时间、第一空间与竖直金属筒、水箱接触,可极大的提高换热效率。本发明相交的两个金属筒既是功能结构部件,又是大面积換热器,因而既能节约大量原材料,又有很好的換热效果。本发明在用锅正常做饭、炒菜的同时,利用余热可产生大量热水、开水。本发明的灶体与水箱一体化安装,可使厨房整洁漂亮。

本发明涉及一种烧炭灶,尤其是一种承压热水节能炭灶。
背景技术
目前,宾馆、饭店炒菜做饭用灶多为单功能非节能炭灶,灶内未安装余热回收系统,能源浪费现象十分严重。
发明内容
为解决普通灶具能源浪费的问题,本发明提供了一种承压热水节能炭灶。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:保温层内为一空腔,空腔内安装有与保温层有间隙的两个相交的金属筒;两金属筒在相交处焊在一起;平置金属筒为水箱,水箱外周的支承物将水箱固定在空腔之中;水箱-保温层间隙与竖直金属筒-保温层间隙相互连通;竖直金属筒安装固定在底板上,竖直金属筒内腔上部有桶状耐火层,桶状耐火层安装固定在环状耐火层上,环状耐火层安装固定在环状金属网上,环状金属网与竖直金属筒固定在一起;竖直金属筒下部为贮灰室,贮灰室壁上安装固定有进风管,贮灰室底部有泻灰口,泻灰口上安装有泻灰板。
保温层内空腔底部安装固定有多个排灰管,排灰管下端有密封盖。
保温层内空腔通过烟管开口于室外或负压源。
水箱下部有进冷水管,水箱上部有出热水管。
本发明的有益效果是:高温废焰、高温废烟在第一时间、第一空间与竖直金属筒、水箱接触,可极大的提高换热效率。
本发明相交的两个金属筒既是功能结构部件,又是大面积換热器,因而既能节约大量原材料,又有很好的換热效果。
本发明在用锅正常做饭、炒菜的同时,利用余热可产生大量热水、开水。

附图描述了一种承压热水节能炭灶的结构形式。腿1与外壳6固定在一起;外壳6内有保温层7;保温层7内为一空腔,空腔通过烟管25开口于室外或负压源;空腔底部安装固定有多个排灰管28,排灰管下端有密封盖29;空腔内安装有与保温层有间隙的两个相交的金属筒;两金属筒在相交处焊在一起;平置金属筒为水箱12,水箱外周的多个支承物14将水箱固定在空腔之中,水箱-保温层间隙26与竖直金属筒-保温层间隙20相互连通,水箱内腔上部有出热水管11,水箱内腔下部有进冷水管13;竖直金属筒3安装固定在底板30上,竖直金属筒内腔上部有桶状耐火层5,桶状耐火层安装固定在环状耐火层4上,环状耐火层安装固定在环状金属网15上,环状金属网与竖直金属筒固定在一起;竖直金属筒下部为贮灰室19,贮灰室19壁上安装固定有进风管2,贮灰室底部有泻灰口17,泻灰口上安装有泻灰板18,泻灰为普通技术;灶面9两侧安装固定有侧围边8,灶面9后边安装固定有后围板21,灶面9前边安装固定有前围边23,锅圈10安装固定在灶面9上,灶面9上冲压拉伸有排水槽24,排水槽24上安装固定有水篦22,排水槽24底部安装固定有排水管27。使用时,从桶状耐火层5上端加炭,燃烧废烟、废焰从竖直金属筒-保温层间隙20、水箱-保温层间隙26、烟管25、负压源排出室外。当燃烧废烟、废焰从竖直金属筒-保温层间隙20、水箱-保温层间隙26经过时,水箱中的水被加热。

1.一种承压热水节能炭灶,主要由外壳、保温层、耐火层、贮灰室、水箱组成,其特征是:保温层内为一空腔,空腔内安装有与保温层有间隙的两个相交的金属筒;两金属筒在相交处焊在一起;平置金属筒为水箱,水箱外周的支承物将水箱固定在空腔之中;水箱-保温层间隙与竖直金属筒-保温层间隙相互连通;竖直金属筒安装固定在底板上,竖直金属筒内腔上部有桶状耐火层,桶状耐火层安装固定在环状耐火层上,环状耐火层安装固定在环状金属网上,环状金属网与竖直金属筒固定在一起;竖直金属筒下部为贮灰室,贮灰室壁上安装固定有进风管,贮灰室底部有泻灰口,泻灰口上安装有泻灰板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的承压热水节能炭灶,其特征是:保温层内空腔底部安装固定有多个排灰管,排灰管下端有密封盖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的承压热水节能炭灶,其特征是:保温层内空腔通过烟管开口于室外或负压源。
