本发明涉及一种有机高分子复合材料,更具体地说,是涉及一种耐寒超韧尼龙66及其制作工艺;是由以下成分按重量比组成,尼龙66:49.5-90%,耐寒剂:3-35%;耐冲击改性剂:3-35%,抗氧化剂:0.3-1.5%;其他助剂:0.3-5.5%,本发明的一种耐寒超韧尼龙66及其制作工艺,能够在零下四十度低温的状态下,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度比普通尼龙66高出十倍左右,并且生产采购方便,原辅材料和生产设备均采用国产,使得原材料成本和生产成本大大降低,这样有效的提高了产品的综合竞争能力。

耐寒超韧尼龙66及其制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种有机高分子复合材料,更具体地说,是涉及一种耐寒超韧尼龙66及其制作工艺。
背景技术
尼龙66是聚酰胺树脂,目前应用最多的几种工程塑料之一,他的酰胺基团具有极性,在他的结构中具有结构牢固的氢键,使得尼龙66的熔点较高,具有很好的物理力学性能和耐磨性以及自润滑性,这些综合特点是其他塑料所不具备的。但是纯尼龙66的冲击强度较低,在较低环境温度时这个缺点更加突出。因此,展开了对尼龙66进行复合抗冲击改性的研究。耐寒增韧尼龙66因保持树脂固有的特性,而冲击强度提高十到数十倍,可以在极低温度下仍然保有良好韧性,甚至可以达到摔不烂砸不碎的程度,可以使得应用范围不断扩大。在生产制造有缺口或锐角的制件,或是需要能够耐受极低温度仍保持良好韧性,以及替代金属以减轻重量又提高性能和寿命的领域,有着不可替代的优势。
目前市场上,国外大公司的相关产品价格奇高,而国内厂家的产品又存在牺牲了尼龙66本身的某项优点,或是由于工艺或技术不够充分导致产品品质稳定性控制不好,不能规模生产使用,本技术发明就是为了有效克服上述技术缺陷而产生的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可以耐受极低温度仍保持良好韧性的耐寒超韧尼龙66原料。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:本发明的一种耐寒超韧尼龙66,是由以下成分按重量比组成,尼龙66:49.5-90%,耐寒剂:3-35%;耐冲击改性剂:3-35%,抗氧化剂:0.3-1.5%;其他助剂:0.3-5.5‰
本发明所述的耐寒超韧尼龙66生产流程是:先将尼龙66、耐寒剂、耐冲击改性剂均烘干,然后与抗氧化剂、其他助剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,再经积木式平行同向双螺杆挤出机在中等强度剪切的螺杆组合情况下混炼挤出,水冷拉条切粒经过筛分脱水制得耐寒超韧尼龙66材料。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明所述的耐寒超韧尼龙66原料的最佳实施例,并不因此限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例一,提供一种耐寒超韧尼龙66,由以下成分按重量比组成,尼龙66:82.5%;耐寒剂:8%;耐冲击改性剂:8%;抗氧化剂:1.0%;其他助剂:0.5%。
先将尼龙66、耐寒剂以及耐冲击改性剂分别用85度和60度烘干,然后与抗氧化剂、其他助剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,混料机采用低速混合,搅拌叶应与筒壁间隙小于0.5厘米,原辅料混合效果应目视各种粒子和粉末基本均匀,没有明显团块或集聚;双螺杆挤出机使用40长径比,中等强度剪切;采用水冷拉条切粒方式,经过筛分脱水即制得耐寒超韧尼龙66材料。

1.一种耐寒超韧尼龙66及其制作工艺,其特征在于是由以下成分按重量比组成,尼龙66:49.5-90%,耐寒剂:3-35%;耐冲击改性剂:3-35%,抗氧化剂:0.3-1.5%;其他助剂:0.3-5.5%。
2.一种耐寒超韧尼龙66及其制作工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤:先将尼龙66、耐寒剂、耐冲击改性剂均烘干,然后与抗氧化剂、其他助剂按照比例称量后在混料机中低速混合10分钟,再经积木式平行同向双螺杆挤出机在中等强度剪切的螺杆组合情况下混炼挤出,水冷拉条切粒经过筛分脱水制得耐寒超韧尼龙66材料。
