本发明涉及一种准磁单极子模型,属于物理学应用技术领域。经变磁轴取向压制成型并烧结、充磁后制成空心半球永磁体,由两个空心半球永磁体对接组合形成空心球永磁体,在空心球永磁体的内、外表面设置高导磁材料,所述空心半球永磁体的半球体底的外缘倒圆角,在倒圆角处做变磁轴充磁。本发明提供的准磁单极子模型,消除了磁单极外周的杂散异极磁场,使其外表单极磁场均匀,制作出严格意义的且能实用的磁单极子模型。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种准磁单极子模型,属于物理学应用技术领域。
背景技术
    在微观世界物理学家们一直在探寻磁单极子而不懈努力,但至今未果。而在宏观世界中人们根据磁单极子的特性进行模拟,设计出多种模型。如2010年12月1日授权公告的中国专利“磁单极子”(CN201663026U),它“是一个由永磁牙体组装而成的外表是一个磁极,内部又包裹另一个磁极模拟的磁单极子。”实际上它是一个具有一定形状的外周显示一个磁极的磁体。严格地说,按照这种结构和组装工艺,这种单极磁体的外表面均可测出的杂散异极磁场存在,其外表面的磁场是不均匀的,尤其在各部分组装的接缝处。
发明内容
    为弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种准磁单极子模型,以最少磁组合体组装并在其内外表面设置均磁导磁材料的结构,以及变磁轴充磁方向的工艺,制作出严格意义的且能实用的磁单极子模型。
    为了实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案,一种准磁单极子模型,经变磁轴取向压制成型并烧结、充磁后制成空心半球永磁体,由两个空心半球永磁体对接组合形成空心球永磁体,在空心球永磁体的内、外表面均设置高导磁材料,所述空心半球永磁体的半球体底的外缘倒圆角,在倒圆角处做变磁轴充磁,并在倒圆角处形成的凹陷填充非导磁材料。
    本发明的有益效果是,由于仅有两个磁组合体组装而成,最大限度减少组合缝隙,从而使球体外表面产生杂散异极磁场的可能性降到最低;由于对空心半球永磁体的半球体底的外缘倒圆角,并在倒圆角处做变磁轴充磁方向取向,使两个空心半球永磁体的结合面的杂散磁场向内收敛,使球的外表面不显示异性磁极;由于在空心球永磁体的内外表面均设置高导磁材料,使得球体外周单极磁性更加均匀;本发明的技术方案可制作直径为1000mm—3mm之间的准磁单极子模型,应用范围更加广泛。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本发明准磁单极子模型由两个空心半球永磁体1对接组合而成,在其内、外表面均设置高导磁材料层2 a、2 b 。本实施例的空心半球永磁体1的半径为6mm,其内表面的高导磁材料层2 a为一整体空心球,一般地说,当空心半球永磁体1的半径较小时,如小于3mm时,其内表面的高导磁材料应为实心球体。空心半球永磁体1的制作是,经变磁轴取向压制成型(全过程绝氧,高纯氩气环境下进行),烧结、时效,机械整形等工序后放入变磁轴磁场和辅助磁极的充磁机中充磁。空心半球永磁体1的半球体底的外缘做倒圆角3,并对倒圆角3处做变磁轴充磁方向取向,在倒圆角3处形成的凹陷填充非导磁材料。

1.一种准磁单极子模型,其特征是,经变磁轴取向压制成型并烧结、充磁后制成空心半球永磁体(1),由两个空心半球永磁体(1)对接组合形成空心球永磁体,在该空心球永磁体的内、外表面设置高导磁材料(2a、2b),所述空心半球永磁体(1)的半球体底的外缘倒圆角(3),在倒圆角(3)处做变磁轴充磁取向(G'),并在倒圆角(3)处形成的凹陷填充非导磁材料。
