技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻芯机(core drilling machine),包括用于将钻芯机固定到一构件的竖立部件,并且包括在竖立部件上的引导件,沿着该引导件钻芯单元(core drilling unit)以可移动的方式被承载,竖立部件具有竖立壳体,引导件承载在竖立壳体的外侧面上,并且钻芯单元具有细长的机器壳体,所述机器壳体被承载以便可沿着引导件通过滑动件移动,并且所述钻芯机还包括从竖立部件行进至钻心单元的缆线。
背景技术
这种钻芯机例如从EP0554017A1中可知。在此种情形中,缆线从竖立部件以相对大范围的环路延伸到承载有钻芯单元的滑动件的端部。
在那种情形中的一个缺点是,缆线的布线易于损坏并且/或者经受非常高的扭结负载(kinking load)。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的目的是公开一种钻芯机,其中缆线的布线具有最小可能的不便性,并且经受最少可能的扭结负载,并且其中将损伤的风险尽可能最小化。
根据本发明实现了该目的,在开始提及的类型的钻芯机的情形中,其中缆线经由柔性保护套筒从竖立壳体行进到钻芯单元,并且通过回转旋转接头承载在钻芯单元上。
从而实现了本发明的目的。
这是因为,根据本发明,通过回转旋转接头将缆线承载在钻芯单元上提供了非常短的缆线布线,同时将弯曲负载最小化。这提供了非常紧凑的设计,并且与此同时,将缆线损坏的风险最小化。
根据本发明的另一个设计,所述机器壳体具有电机壳体部件,电机承载在该电机壳体部件中,并且所述机器壳体具有传动壳体部件,在所述传动壳体部件上设有工具接收器,缆线与保护套筒一起通过回转旋转接头承载在电机壳体部件上。
通过这种方式,缩短了缆线布线并且考虑滑动件在引导件上移动的能力。
根据本发明的另一个设计,在竖立壳体的上端处承载有弓形把手(handle bow),缆线与保护套筒一起延伸通过所述弓形把手。
通过这种方式,缆线牢固地固定在位,并且被保护起来而免于由无故意的接触而产生的损害。
根据本发明的另一个设计,竖立壳体具有两个侧部面,缆线与保护套筒一起在两个侧部面之间居中地从竖立壳体延伸出去。
由于缆线的这种居中布线,因此在使用中时缆线提供了非常小的阻碍。
根据本发明的另一个设计,旋转接头承载在电机壳体的轴向端部处。
在本发明的另选实现方式中,旋转接头承载电机壳体的面向引导件的侧部面上。
在两种设计的情形中,实现了缆线的特别有利的布线。
根据本发明的另一个设计,旋转接头相对于竖立壳体被居中地承载在电机壳体部件上。
由于这种从竖立部件到电机壳体的居中缆线布线,因此缆线以被安全保护的方式延伸并且提供最小的可能的干扰。
应该理解的是,上述本发明的特征以及下面阐述的那些特征可以不仅在相应的具体组合中应用,而且也可以在本发明的其他组合中应用,或者独立地应用。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中,根据本发明的钻芯机分别以立体图和侧视图示出,并且整体上由标号10来指示。
钻芯机10具有竖立部件12,所述竖立部件包括磁性底座(foot)20并且包括引导件16,钻芯单元14可沿着所述引导件通过滑动件40移动。缆线26用于实现竖立部件12与钻芯单元14之间的连接。
钻芯单元14具有细长的机器壳体,在所述机器壳体的上端具有电机壳体部件32,传动壳体部件34从所述电机壳体部件向下延伸。在电机壳体部件32中承载有电机,该电机由标号33指示。所述电机驱动传动装置,所述传动装置承载在传动壳体部件34中,并且在所述传动装置的下端处设有用于钻芯工具接收器38的耦接螺母36。
在磁性底座20上承载有在竖立部件12上的竖立壳体18,在所述竖立壳体的外侧面上设有引导件16,并且在所述竖立壳体的上端处设有弓形把手22,所述弓形把手从竖立壳体18的外端向外延伸到引导件16的后侧。用于控制钻芯机的电子控制装置承载在竖立壳体18中。此外,图1和图2还示出了连接缆线21,经由所述连接缆线为钻芯机10提供电源电压。
从竖立壳体12的上端处的缆线出口27,缆线26在竖立壳体18的两个侧部面42、44之间居中地延伸,且通过手柄部件22中的通道24并在柔性保护套筒28中延伸,以便直接邻接引导件16的后侧,并以轻微的弧度到达电机壳体32的外端部,所述缆线在所述电机壳体处通过旋转接头30相对于引导件16居中地固定,即固定在电机壳体3的两个侧部面之间。
缆线26的这种布置和紧固产生了特别短的缆线布线、固定的缆线延伸,以及在钻芯单元14沿着引导件16移动时引起很小的弯曲负载。
此外,图1和图2还示出了杠杆46,如果未选择自动操作,那么该杠杆可以用于在钻芯操作期间手动地实现钻芯单元14的前进。
图3示出了钻芯机的略微变型的配置,该配置整体上由标号10a表示。在这种情形中,相同的部件由相同的参考标号表示。
与之前参照图1和图2说明的配置相比仅有的区别在于旋转接头30不是承载在电机壳体32的轴向端部处,而是稍微偏移朝向传动壳体34的方向而居中地承载在电机壳体32的两个侧部面之间。
通过这种方式,同样地,实现了有利的缆线布线。
由于局部截面视图,图3还示出了缆线26自身,所述缆线在柔性保护套筒28内部行进,所述保护套筒在旋转接头30与缆线出口27之间延伸,并且所述保护套筒还包括在缆线出口27处的附加塑料垫圈。

Claims (7)

1.一种钻芯机,包括用于将所述钻芯机(10、10a)固定至一构件的竖立部件(12),并且所述钻芯机包括在所述竖立部件(12)上的引导件(16),钻芯单元(14)沿着所述引导件以可移动的方式承载,所述竖立部件(12)具有竖立壳体(18),所述引导件(16)承载在所述竖立壳体的外侧面上,并且所述钻芯单元(14)具有细长的机器壳体,所述机器壳体被承载以便能通过滑动件(40)沿着所述引导件(16)移动,并且所述钻芯机包括缆线(26),所述缆线从所述竖立部件(12)行进至所述钻芯单元(14),其特征在于,所述缆线(26)经由柔性保护套筒(28)从所述竖立壳体(18)行进至所述钻芯单元(14),并且通过回转旋转接头(30)承载在所述钻芯单元(14)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钻芯机,其特征在于,所述机器壳体具有电机壳体部件(32),在所述电机壳体部件中承载电机(33),并且所述机器壳体具有传动壳体部件(34),在所述传动壳体部件上设有工具接收器(38),并且所述缆线(26)与所述保护套管(28)一起通过所述回转旋转接头(30)承载在所述电机壳体部件(32)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的钻芯机,其特征在于,在所述竖立壳体(18)的上端处承载有弓形把手(22),所述缆线(26)与所述保护套筒(28)一起延伸通过所述弓形把手。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的钻芯机,其特征在于,所述竖立壳体(18)具有两个侧部面(42、44),并且所述缆线(26)与所述保护套筒(28)一起在所述两个侧部面(42、44)之间居中地从所述竖立壳体(18)延伸出去。
5.根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的钻芯机,其特征在于,所述旋转接头(30)承载在所述电机壳体(32)的轴向端部处。
6.根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的钻芯机,其特征在于,所述旋转接头(30)承载在所述电机壳体(32)的面向所述引导件(16)的侧部面上。
7.根据权利要求2-6中任一项所述的钻芯机,其特征在于,所述旋转接头(30)相对于所述竖立壳体(18)居中地承载在所述电机壳体部件(32)上。
