一；技术领域；本发明技术含量比较低，具有铸造技术钢铁及有机玻璃切割加工等技术。 
二；背景技术；中华人民共和国五千年来的传统造锅技术生产的锅，让多少操持厨艺的工作人员和妈妈深受其害，有多少美味佳肴因炒作不当前工尽弃。为排除以上隐患我发明一项可旋式锅盖及锅。 
三；发明内容；可旋式锅盖及锅，锅盖的材料为有机玻璃和金属材料，锅的材料为铁及不锈钢制品，锅柄为金属和塑料制品。炒菜时旋转锅盖领的按钮开启烹饪口，根据旋转的度数决定开口的大小，锅柄能上能下，套上反扣任意晃动锅与锅盖紧扣不易脱落及汤溢出且烹饪时能抛菜，炒菜时取下锅柄，端菜倒菜时扣上锅柄把手旋上锅柄便于双手出力。本产品适合于各种酒店、宾馆、家庭、野炊使用。适合于儿童，成人及老年人使用，造型美观，通体透明，便于观察，使用简单，安全，干净，卫生。适用于炒、煎、炸、炖汤等烹饪。经济，实惠，适合各类人群的消费。

1.可旋式锅盖和锅，锅盖的材料为有机玻璃和金属材料，锅的材料为铁及不锈钢制品，锅柄为金属和塑料制品。炒菜时旋转锅盖领的按钮开启烹饪口，根据旋转的度数决定开口的大小，锅柄能上能下，套上反扣任意晃动锅与锅盖紧扣不易脱落及汤溢出且烹饪时能抛菜，炒菜时取下锅柄，端菜倒菜时扣上锅柄把手旋上锅柄便于双手出力。
