Abstract

本发明涉及一种管道内部循环方法,涉及利用管道内部循环方法的节水方法以及冬季防止自来水管和计量器结冰及冻裂。本发明通过在热水管内部将管插入到水龙头或淋浴器阀的前部而形成双重通道,并将所述管连接于泵,使水循环于锅炉的热水管的内部,从而具有将热水管内部的温度保持预定温度的功能。由此初期使用热水或淋浴器时防止出凉水,进而防止浪费自来水。

管道内部循环方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道内部循环方法,更详细而言涉及自来水计量器和自来水管锅炉热水管,尤其是冬季利用自来水管内部循环的节水及防冻的方法。
背景技术
通过锅炉使用热水时,由于自来水管的长度长而初期使用热水时从淋浴器或水龙头流出凉水,因此而导致使用者受惊吓或惊慌,且只能一直放任流出热水为止。
而且,冬季由于自来水管或计量器结冰或冻裂导致生活不方便,且发生金钱开支。
发明内容
本发明是为解决所述问题而提出的,其目的在于提供节水的方法,防止使用热水初期不经意流出的凉水,且提供冬季防止自来水管或计量器结冰或冻裂的方法。
根据本发明的配管内部循环方法,其另一其他目的在于提供即使在加压预定压力且在长度长的配管内部也能进行循环的方法。
为了解决所述课题的本发明具有如下功能。即,在管道的内部插入管形成双重通道,并将插入的管连接于设置在管道内部的循环泵的输出侧,在管道内部重新将管插入于热水箱内,并其端部连接于泵的输入侧而阻断阀门,且依据外部信号值自动或手动运转泵时,液体通过插入于管内部的管移动,并在阀门的端部通过管重新绕回后在管内部进行循环。
根据如上所述的适用本发明的方法,在初期使用热水时,由于流出预定温度的热水因而不浪费水,能够及时使用热水而具有节水的效果,且具有冬季防止自来水管或计量器结冰或冻裂的效果。

以下,为了本领域的技术人员能够容易实施本发明而参照附图详细说明优选实施例。但是,详细说明本发明的优选实施例时,若判断为对于相关公知功能或结构的具体说明会使本发明的要旨不明确时,省略对其的详细说明。
在整个说明书中,若某一部分“连接”于其他部分时,不仅包含“直接连接”,还包含在中间含有其他元素的“间接连接”。而且,“包含”某一构成要素是在没有特别相反的记载时,并不排除包含其他的构成要素,而是指进一步包含其他的构成要素。
图1是实施根据本发明的管道100的内部循环方法而使液体循环在管道100、管道180、管道130内部的循环图,图2是根据本发明的管道100的内部设置构造的分离正视图,图3是根据本发明的管道180内部循环泵300的组装正视图和俯视图。
本发明,如图2所示由管道100、管道180、管道130、与插入于管道100内部的管110和插入于管道130内部的管120连接的内部循环泵300构成。
实施管道100的内部循环方法,在管道180的主体将泵300插入于管道180的平面350的孔390并用螺栓375进行耦合,在管道100内部将管110插入到阀门400的前部形成双重通道,将已插入的管110连接于管180内部的循环泵300的输出侧320,将连接于管道100的法兰160和连接于管道180的法兰360用螺栓140进行耦合,在管130内部将管120插入于锅炉的热水桶200并连接于泵300的输入侧330,将连接于管道130的法兰170和连接于管道180的法兰370用螺栓150进行耦合。
切断阀门400,通过运转泵300时插入的管120,泵300吸入液体并在管道100内部通过管110,并通过在阀门400的前部与管道100连接的管道180、管道130重新流回热水桶200内部,进而重新循环水。
对于以上说明的本发明,本领域的技术人员可进行多种变更或应用,且本发明的技术思想的范围应由权利要求来决定。

Claims (2)

1.一种管道内部循环方法,其特征在于,在管道(100)内部将管(110)插入到阀(400)的前部而形成双重通道,将插入的管(110)连接于管(180)内部的循环泵(300)的输出侧(320),并用螺栓(140)耦合连接于管道(100)的法兰(160)和连接于管道(180)的法兰(360),在管(130)内部将管(120)插入于锅炉的热水桶(200)内并连接于泵(300)的输入侧(330),并用螺栓(150)耦合连接于管道(130)的法兰(170)和连接于管道(180)的法兰(370),通过锅炉的信号值自动或手动运转泵(300)时,在连接于热水桶(200)的管道(130)、管道(180)、管道(100)的内部进行循环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道内部循环方法,其特征在于,在所述管道(180)的两侧内部形成有螺丝(380)、法兰(360、370),在所述管道(180)的上面形成有平(350)和泵插入口(390),并用螺栓(375)结合泵(300)和管(180),从而在管道内部具备输入侧(330)和输出侧(320)。
